Went here because my tire pressure light was on. Was able to get it checked really quickly and they found a nail in one of my tires. They were able to fix it quickly and Greg took care of it. Was in and out in less than an hour. Greg is the coolest cat I ever did see! Will definitely come here again if needed.

Best service ever. My tire pressure alert was on so I brought my car in to have them check it out. The guys inspected the tires, found a nail, and patched it on the spot. Also helped check out my brake fluid (another mechanic told me I was due for a change, but it wasnt necessary). Will come back for my regular car servicing needs!

What a great car-fixing experience!! I needed my car tires checked and the team at Tire Choice presented me with the most affordable option in the most efficient amount of time. Absolutely amazing service. Called an hour and a half before they were closing on Sunday with a car tire that had two nails in it. Told me to come on down and they would get it fixed up super quick. True to their word, they whisked the car in immediately and 20 minutes later the tire was fixed and back on the car. The folks there are super nice too which is lovely.Having a toddler, living too far to walk home from the shop, and it being late in the day on a weekend I figured this would be the most inconvenient thing. The folks here made it so quick and painless and my toddler was so entertained watching them fix the tire.A+++ - the next time we have tire needs we will be back here!!

Woke up Sunday morning with a flat tire and had to find a place that can patch it. Found this spot that took care of it quick and didnt even charge me for it! Everyone nice and professional!

I bought tires here because it was it near where I live. It turned out to be a great choice because when I had problems (nails in my tires on two separate occasions), I was able to drive my car there in the late afternoon and get it fixed on the spot, free of charge. It was VERY convenient - I did not have to deal with commuting without a car the next day. Also, the workers were friendly.

Today was my second time coming here to get my tire pressure looked at, and both times the guys at the shop have been wonderful! Turns out this time I drove over a screw, and in less than a half hour they had the tire patched and I was on my way. Service was fast and very courteous, I will definitely be returning here for any future issues!

Pulled in ready to buy a sensor for a TPS light that wasn’t going off. Talked to Greg and Andy and they took care of it on the spot without selling me the sensor - which they could have easily done. Air in all tires and reset the sensor. Presto - light off. And no charge. Talk about going the extra mile. This shop is the real deal. No BS and guys you can trust. I woke up today to a flat tire, and was so frustrated because this was my only day to run errands and most garages arent open on Sundays. Tire Choice totally saved me! When I called, Greg told me I could come in right then. When I arrived, I told Greg I was concerned that the tire wasnt salvageable because I had driven a few miles on it while it was flat. I ran over a screw and thought I needed a whole new tire. The place I usually go to couldnt see me for three days (!), but Greg (Store Manager) at Tire Choice told me to come right down and I was incredibly impressed with his level of professionalism and commitment to service. This was on a Sunday, and he was the only person working the front desk, but watching him interact with all the customers and addressing all their needs and concerns with grace and respect was an impressive sight in this day and age. Greg assured me that I did not need a new tire, and had his crew fix the one I had. Most other places would have been eager to sell me a new one. The work was done quickly and I was on my way in under an hour. I had an outstanding experience and highly recommend their services.

We called at 7:30am when we were about to leave for a trip when we found a flat tire. Big o could not help us until noon, but Greg said we should come right over and he can get us back on our trip. He and his team were really great! He explained each step which my kids and I really enjoyed. He had to clean up a bad patch from another shop and he did not charge us. They also checked out other tires to make sure we would have a safe trip. Great customer service. Totally recommend.

Cant thank Greg and his staff enough. Brought in a used car where the prior owner had replaced all 4 tires before selling. I noticed the front left tire would shake at 60mph+. Just from prior experience I know this usually means the wheel needs to be re-balanced (b/c of the new tires). Greg was quick to accommodate despite not having an appointment. Greg, the manager, was fantastic. I called bright and early this morning and asked if he had time to fix a flat. He said, “come on down here right now and I’ll take care of you!” He was incredibly nice. His employee who was working on my car went above and beyond. I watched Greg put air in one guy’s tires for free, and directed another person who was looking for a used tire, down the street to a competitor. No one tried to upsell me. It must have been an easy fix because he refused to charge me. This guy is a total sweetheart. 10/10.

I came in to get one (or more) of my tires replaced, because one of them was leaking. It still had a lot of tread left on it, so Greg patched the leaking tire free of charge instead of replacing it and saved me a bunch of money. Great service. The waiting area was also great - spacious, clean, and with a good seat & table to get a bit of work done. I can highly recommend and will be back.

My tire signal light shows up on my dashboard today, I need a tire inspection. I went to a tire store near me and they couldnt do the inspection for me on same day ( have to wait 2 more days for inspection).So I went to Tire Choice Auto service, and this is the best decision Ive ever met. I had a scare on a Friday afternoon after noticing fluid dripping from one of my axles. As I had to drive from the Bay to LA that Sunday, I raced around looking for a place not closed for the weekend. I ended up at Tire Choice feeling at my wits end. Within two hours, they had finished looking over my car. Luckily, there was nothing wrong with it. The manager, Greg, was kind enough to say he would not charge me for the visit. After dealing with back-to-back family medical emergencies, I got home very late Wednesday night only to find a giant screw lodged in my front drivers side tire--the cherry on top of an already extremely long week. The next morning I woke up, and was greeted by a parking ticket since I had been too tired to read the street signs and hadnt realized it was street sweeping day. To make matters worse my tire was completely deflated by that point. Based on the recommendation of AAA, I headed to Tire Choice Auto Service Centers at 431 San Pablo Ave. to see if they could help fix my tire. Immediately I was greeted by the store manager, Greg A., who asked how he could help me? Even though they were completely booked, I think he could sense my desperation and agreed to squeeze me in. They worked efficiently to patch up my tire and got me back on the road as quickly as they could, and Haitian was very professional and courteous the entire time. I appreciate the lengths Tire Choice went to help me when I truly needed it. This will now be my go-to spot to take my car for services and repairs, and if youre smart youll go here too!

I went to have my tires checked because my dashboard showed my tire pressure was low. The service staff checked and it wasnt my tires it was the computer that measured the pressure. They corrected the computer. No more problems. Excellent work and excellent customer service.

Greg is a life saver!! Truly I couldn’t believe what an honest, knowledgeable, helpful and kind person he was. I came in with a flat and four locked wheels, due to buying my car from a family friend who misplaced the wheel lock. Greg and his crew were able to remove the locks and replace the tire for an unspeakable deal - I was shocked by how kind they were to me and am forever beyond grateful. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else from now on, for any of my mechanical issues - Greg seems to be an expert on all things CAR, and I greatly trust his opinion. Went to Costco and they pretty much said your not our type. I looked up on Google the next tire shop near me and presto, Tire Choice came up. I just had the best experience with Greg at Tire Choice. I could tell my brakes were in bad shape...and boy was I right. I called based on other Google reviews, on a Saturday afternoon (about 2:30pm), and was told I could come immediately. Within minutes my car was lifted and Greg personally showed me the horrible shape of not just my brake pads but also rotors, and damage to one tire. He was able to tell me on the spot how much the job would cost, which I found totally reasonable. Work on my car started at around 3:30 and at 5:00pm on the dot I got a call saying my car was ready for pickup. Best, most courteous service Ive ever had with auto repair. I will absolutely return. So far so very great! Greg and David and all the others there have been excellent. They are working with me to get my loved 94 Nissan pathfinder back to great as well, I cant wait to see the final results.

Greg and staff at Tire choice are stand up people. The wife and I have brought multiple vehicles service and tire needs. They alway meet us with a smile and are quick with getting are vehicles back to us. They provide a range of maintenance repairs and are trustworthy in our book. They are just really good people that are good at their work.

I kept having a tire that lost pressure over the course of a week. I went in today and the technician spotted a metal screw in my tire. Greg inspected it and said it could be repaired so it was all done in less than fifteen minutes. I have gone to this service center for many years now and have only excellent things to say about them. They are courteous, efficient, and prompt in tending to your auto problems, whatever they may be. I will be going back when the need arises again.
