Had an excellent experience with a replacement of my rear Subaru window. Another company tried to replace it and the first time the glass came in damaged. The second time after waiting over the a week the glass did not fit. Then they could not provide me with another date as I was told that they could not get the part due to supply chain issues. So I went to American Auto and Plate Glass and they had it for me the next day. It turned out that the reason why the glass was not fitting was because the part that held on the wiper was bent. American Auto and Plate Glass went the extra mile and heated the part and straightened it out. Then all fit fine. Everyone was really nice there (especially Sandy). Thanks!!!

I had a power moonroof installed in my pickup. These guys had the best price, answered all of my questions, did the project the way I requested, neatly, and were done on time. Dropped the truck off, picked it up 3 days later, paid them and drove home happy.

Called to have side steps put on my Jeep & Victor was a rude as hell. It’s a 30 min job I know they charge $89 hr and he try’s tell me it’s $149 just to install no removal. I was shocked & said it’s 6 screws on each side & he said well then do it yourself. He also seems pissed I bought the parts myself. Never have I had someone be so rude & I’ve had work done there twice. So by by American Auto Glass maybe you should stick to just glass.

Great guys the prices are a little high and most of the things that they order you can get cheaper online but they do the installation.

They think Authorized dealer mean they have to come here so we can be unprofessional. Ordered the wrong part, blamed the supplier, then didnt even apologize for a bad installation. Avoid this place.
