I just had my second started installed and I could not be happier. Fair price, professional staff, and an overall great experience... I couldnt be happier.
I was happy when I took the vehicle in for a starter and almost $400 later I have a starter. I had called them Three times with a minor question and NO ONE returend my call.Now im wondering they got their payment and I have my starter will the customer be just another pat on the back thank you. I will have another business look at the starter with the problem I am having.
They installed a JVC aftermarket iPod integration system into my car over 2 years ago and Ive not had any problems with it. Would definitely use them again.
They advertise goods and services they do not provide and no one likes an apologetic vendor.I spent about 800 to have two remote car starters installed. They no longer install mobile audio products, but they continue to advertise. eMail, no response, Phone call, no human.I leave a message. A day later, another. Two days later another. My GF leaves a message,... no response. I leave a rather critical message which triggers a call. After 8 days, I have human contact.The owner calls and converts the issue into blame. Its my fault. Rather than working to resolve the problem, Im asked to be in his shoes, understand his problems and give him ample time. He seems bent upon my embracing his business woes and tells me of his strategic vision and passionately argues my position.I simply wanted a return phone call. He also insists weve been called. Rather than play that game, I inquired about the outcome of those calls.After a few minutes of heightened conversation, he says: I will check my inventory and call you tomorrow and then proceeded to do exactly what he claimed they do not do. He did not call me.I call. I leave a message.My daughter posts this experience to Facebook. This triggers another call from the owner and, again, its my fault but this time I am accused of Slander. I did not lie, nor did I exaggerate, I did point out that they have not return phone calls AND advertise a product and service they do not provide.I dont need to spend more time and money with Audio Obsessions, so I wont. I was impressed with the owners passion and rhetoric, but had he simply focused on my problem rather than defending his problems, the car starter would be working and everyone would be happy.
Good products, good install, and great customer service.
