After requesting a quote for a six speaker install, I brought my car in. The speakers came with specific instructions on where to put each speaker unique to my car. When I asked the sales rep if he wanted the instruction, he looked at me odd and told me they install thousands of speakers. When I picked up the car and got home I found that they only installed four of the six speakers because they couldn’t find where the other two went. I was still charged for a six speaker install. When I called, the salesperson told me, “our bad” and I had to schedule another appointment. When I got to the next appointment, I showed them where the other speakers went and later picked up the car. Now the rear driver’s side speaker does not work. I can’t bring myself to go there again for them to fix it. I can only imagine what problems I would encounter then.
