The customer service was outstanding! The paint I chose is high quality, and the color on my walls is exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend Sherwin-Williams for all of your painting needs!

Waited too long for help, the recommended help in choosing my color was a waste of time and the price was the same as the more expensive one. We bought it anyway BUT will not visit again nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

Best place to go for supplies for painting fast friendly service

The service was excellent. We were in the store several times over a few weeks. Every employee was very friendly, helpful and patient in helping us determine proper products and color for painting the entire interior of our house. Highly recommend this store.

This particular sherwin Williams store completely let me and my grandmother down. I thought that I would be able to trust the employees here to sell me the proper materials. What they did instead was sell me some stain that was non-refundable. They failed to inform me that what I was purchasing was not refundable and I was left stuck with the wrong stain for my grandmothers project. They were undeniably rude to me when they informed me the day I walked in to return the stain and laughed at me as I walked out the doors. I recommend Walmart instead do not waste your time and money here!

The service provided during these crazy times made me feel like Home. Especially after just moving 2000 miles..during all of this. Cant wait decorate my new home, and spend some time IN a store actually talking to humans.

I have ordered twice already from this store, worked with Brandon and he was fantastic. Very kind and he always has a happy attitude since I had never ordered paint ever before, he was patient. I had a great experience with brandon. The only reason I even gave the rating 3 stars.I wanted to order more paint today, Travis was not at all kind. He was rude, and seemed very rushed, as if I was taking up too much of his time. Terrible experience and bad customer service.

It is a paint service store...the people have worked with the product-know the product, can answer questions, recommend alternatives and give price ranges to suit the budgets. Ive NEVER had a bad gallon of paint or shoddy service, products etc from SW here-and-the people are friendly-and stand by their product...We had an errant color mix one time-and they replaced it right away-no questions asked...and it was a huge 5 gallon can of stain...

The guys at Sherwin are friendly, helpful, and courteous. They are knowledgeable about all of their products and will give you all the guidance you need to make the right choice. I was very impressed with the service I received. And, they have great sales!
