Store had more things than I thought. It was my one stop fast check out and workers were knowledgeable and easy to find

Enjoy shopping here for many items that cant be purchased elsewhere. Customer service is great. We are always treated upon arrival and thank youd on the way out. If you dont see something on the shelves it is very possible they can order it for you.

This is a decent hardware store with very nice people to help out. There is a large selection of popular and common items and things are easy enough to find.My issue comes with supply and specifics. At one point I was looking for a lawn trimmer and there was only 1 and they were out. I was looking for a larger file, they only had smaller files.All in all a good time, just a little hit or miss.

I don’t appreciate the way I was disrespected today, when I was in the store. Some of the employees we’re quick to judge me and tried to make me look like a thief, and after the exchange of words we had was over, they we’re 100% in the wrong, and didn’t even apologize to me for it.

Good place most of tge time the help is helpful. Prices arnt to bad beats the trafic of going to pueblo.

Had the items I was looking for. Competent help for answering my questions. Paying for items was slow for some reason.

Ace hardware was a very nice place to visit the employees were very nice and helpful they addressed you as good morning or good afternoon when you walked in their door they seemed to always happy to assist and whenever you might need I had a very nice experience at Ace hardware.

Ace hardware is probably the last place in Alamosa where you can.get descent plumbing supplies. Its also a very good hardware store.

Ace is always a good place to start for the next house project. However I wish that the way their warehouse setup works was better. Not everything gets stocked because of the warehouse.

Bought stuff here for years it has really gone down hill 30 day return policy. The kid who was the manager took forever to come talk to me. He was a bit rude and standoffish I told him I was done shopping there and he said thats fine. I was fixing something for my mom she said Ill call and he was rude to her too. Dont waste your money. I hope the owners think its fine to treat customers poorly

Well, I ordered a garden buddy on line to be picked up here. So, it was ordered and paid for by me. Then immediately canceled. Went to the store to followup why it had been canceled. Manager on site said they didnt have it and would call the warehouse to have several delivered to the Alamosa store. He said he would call me if he could get it or not. Never got a call in 10 days or more. Called the store again and woman who unloads product said the manager would call to let me know if it came in or not late day.. so I could order elsewhere if they couldnt get it. Never got a call. Went in today and this store manager said they couldnt get product from another store. Some of the worst customer service I have had to deal with. So, I told him to just forget it.Whats happened to you ACE hardware?

Very nice customer service person today who helped me find something to fix my RV toilet. Other times Ive been in there, they were less helpful. They seem to be having some trouble getting some supplies in.

They loudly said through walkie talkies a lady in the front of the store will not wear a mask. I informed the employee that I cannot wear them due to health issues. I was then literally harassed by multiple employees until I left. Ace will N E V E R get our service again. It was 100% embarrassing and a terrible way to treat a customer. Especially over something I cannot control.

If I could give yall a 0 star rating I would. Refusing service to someone because it was pointed out the manager wasnt wearing his mask properly after being told I had to wear one if I wanted to purchase something. I complied and put it on and then told him he needed to pull his up and wear his right Id he was gonna tell others to wear one and he refused me service so I left and I will never spend another dime there

Typical of most Ace Hardware outfits I have patronized across our United States, the Alamosa store is seemingly no different than the rest.Consisting of: Fine quality merchandise to be found at competitive prices. A generally friendly staff mostly knowledgeable in their specific departments. A clean store, having a lot of inventory, but very little clutter, so to speak. A good place to shop.Thank you

It was a typical Ace hardware. The setup was fairly easy to get around and they had a lot of stuff in there. The people were friendly and somewhat helpful. Unfortunately I had to return one item that I bought because it didnt fit, and it was an easy return with no questions askef basically. Ive actually been here twice in the few days that Ive been in Alamosa. If I need something else Ill go back.

They are a very reliable store and has some of the best customer service and they have knowledge about things people like or looking for.

I dont like giving negative reviews, but I never seem to walk away with what I needed from this store. I had an overly attentive gentleman stand over me while I tried to select a product and provided no assistance. I walked out with the wrong thing. Now I am out $70. Try Big R, Alamosa Building Supply, or Tractor Supply first. I have told myself I will stop shopping here many times, this was the final straw.

Ace has a good selection of paint and stains, and is the only place in the Valley with a good selection of drawers of small parts, like hardwAre stores used to have. They also have a selection of chrome fasteners. Its better than most modern hardware stores.

When i went to return something, with the receipt, they told me unless i gave them my name, address and phone number, they wouldnt give me my money back. I gave them fake info but am appalled they would do such a thing.

Poor customer service in the isles but ok at the register. Good selection for a small town store. Prices are higher than down the street by about 25%.

Ace Hardware in Alamosa, CO is convenient and usually has the product you need, especially when Wal-Mart doesnt have it!

Great products but customer service is not good I went in there and there is nothing but lazy kids that point instead of walking you to were the product is. My business goes to Big R in monte vista where people walk you threw were the product is and they have positive attitudes and greetings.

One thingI was shocked by,was I bought 1 piece of gutter& asked the employee if he could cut it in half for me? He said sure. When he brought it back to me,the cut was very crooked,and 1Piece was about a foot shorter than the other. I told him,I saw a reallyNice tool, its a tape measure.TheWork really easy! Found the small item needed, very rude cashier. Sliding doors dont open correctly and I walked into it and knocked it off the track. Definitely not the same store it used to be. Try Big R next time.
