Extremely helpful and nice people! Phillip was great to work with and helped me outfit my cabin with a new fridge and range. I received honest evaluations of the appliances and the service plan will save me a lot of money in the future. Everyone I know around town loves this store. The handful of negative reviews are not an accurate description of anyone here and are likely a reflection of the lack of maturity and coherence of the complainer.

I spent a few days wondering if posting one star was even worth my time.The owner/manager is extremely rude and after our experience, we will never shop at any Sears stores again.As a paying customer, I didnt deserve to be yelled at.The dishwasher we bought was was over priced and had issues.We were able to get a better one for less in Pueblo with exceptional service.Dont waste your time or money here.

I went with this location, trying to go local and invest in our community. Also, I considered the nostalgia and quality associated with the Sears brand. However, I wish I had went with another retailer for my purchases.The experience was similar to going to a franchised McDonalds or Subway restaurant. With an owner doing as he pleaes and corporate unaware. The salesmen try their best but have limited authority over any of the day to day processes.Save your money and your time.

My family has had a cabin in the San Luis Valley since I was a child. We have always brought everything we needed with us from Texas. This year our refrigerator went out and we were able to get a new one at a good price quickly from this store. The salesperson, Devon, made everything from selecting the refrigerator to getting it delivered very easy. We will definitely be purchasing more from this store. Thank you for saving our vacation!

The sales people in this store were very friendly and honest about the availability of appliances. While they ordered what we wanted, they also cautioned us about appliances being put on back order after the fact. I have my fingers crossed that our appliances will make it in on time, but I appreciate that they told us from the very beginning that it may be later than expected. We dont necessarily need our appliances as early as they are coming in, but they said it was safer to get them early than to have them arrive late. We will be back for more things and will recommend them to our friends. Thank you Devon and Cindy for your help.

These are hard times for everyone, and I had the unfortunate experience of having my refrigerator go out unexpectedly. The salesperson I spoke with was very understanding and helped me find a replacement that I could afford. He set me up with their payment plan so I didnt have to pay the whole amount at one time. He also sold me the service plan so I never have this problem again! Great place!

I purchased a dryer here this week. The customer service was awesome - they had a new delivery of the model I chose coming in a couple of days, so they gave me a fresh from the box model instead of a floor model. The deliverymen were very professional and knew their job well. I highly recommend!

I needed to get a stove because mine quit working. The young man the helped me worked really hard to find one that he could get soon since they are having a hard time getting appliances right now because of this COVID thing. I used the plan they have that I only had to make a small payment when I bought it and they will take the money out of my bank every month. I am happy that I went there to look for my stove.

This is a very nice store: clean, neat, and very friendly atmosphere. I don’t live in Colorado year- round, but it’s nice to be able to get things for my summer home easily. They also have great delivery service. I will definitely tell my friends & neighbors to shop here.

The manage your Cindy Snyder was awesome she was so attentive and personable and one of the most wonderful people I have ever dealt with in a retail setting. She gave me what I needed she was kind considerate helpful it was the most amazing experience Ive ever had in a retail store!

Service was unacceptable. They left my $800.00 product on the porch with they neighbor who is one of the most untrustworthy individuals invented. Then they did not follow through with any of their services. My product was 2 months delayed due to their negligence. They did not help me get the product in my house, the product was weathered on the porch while I was at work and the manager was not helpful when I called with my concerns. I will never use this store again, I will travel out of town to get my appliances.

Been to many Sears and this is by far one of the cleanest and well set up stores Ive seen. The staff are all friendly and either busying themselves around the store or hard at work with their customers. I go into a Sears store every month to pay my bill and this is my favorite location.

Took 2 month to deliver. Bad service no one knew what was going on with my order.

Everyone in this store does their best to help customers find the best product for them at a good price.

I bought a mattress from here a while back and they got me a great deal on the best bed Ive ever owned. Will be returning to replace my appliances.

Very poor service. Staff dumber than a box of rocks. Very bad return policy. Will be doing my shopping at Lowes where a phone number can be used for returns, I probably wont have to return anything to Lowes anyway cause they will sell me the correct items to begin with.

Struggled to get the appliances we ordered. They kept pushing the date back, but had poor communication to us about it.The store Manager salvaged the situation by going out of her way to get products in just in the nick of time before we moved in.In the end they worked it out.
