Most worthless customer service. I have no idea why they even have people working in there when all they do is call Verizon services for you when you can do that on your own and to file a claim I gotta do it online ? Pointless store and employees you can do what they do for you from home.

I have to say this store and the ppl working for this store are awesome! That fixed my phone, I wasnt getting text or couldnt make any text. So the woman stephanie working there helped fix my phone and pay up my service this month. They are amazing now I have my phone fully functioning and back thank you so much I really appreciate it!!!!

Gilbert was very attentive and helpful while purchasing/upgrading a new phone. While we waited for activation, he was able to assist other customers and keep me updated on progress. Ensignal also threw in a phone case and additional charging cord so that I was protected and equipped. I would recommend both Gilbert and Ruby at Ensignal to anyone anytime.

Victoria did an awesome job helping me set up a new phone. My old phone was broken and she was still able to connect it and retrieve everything from it.

Went in last week to get the phones being advertised as free on the website ... was told theyre not actually free and wed be charged $.50 per phone per month ... PLUS would have to pay for the taxes on the phones ... three of them ... amounting to an estimated $45 eachwent back online and removed that order from our cart and then added the ones showing actual free ... checked out with only having to pay shipping ... NO TAXES WERE CHARGED!!trying to rip customers off by charging taxes not required by Verizon!!

Went into this store for help with my Apple ID lock and they were unwilling to help me. Gave me apple 1800 number and sent me on my way. No happy with how they handled the situation. Went to another location in another town and they fixed me up.
