Bought Two phones here and payed over 400 bucks. Nokia Endie 6. Thought new phones would solve our problems. These are the worst phones ever and Cricket service has been horrible for years. Their service covers this area but it is horrible. Phone constantly lags,freezes and shuts itself off any time you try to do anything. Live in Fort Garland and the service is awful. Have paid so much money for no service. Phone constantly says System UI not responding. Any time to call CS they dont even know what to do or say. Am about to turn them into BBB for advertising service in this area but there is none. Unless you live in town their service sucks but they have you by the balls because other services dont cover out here.

This store isnt good for ANYTHING but selling & DONT b handicapped, the wont go to ur car, u HAVE to go n!! O & dont get the insurance, it costs $75 NON REFUNDABLE for a replacement phone!!

I am totally Shocked to see a Cricket store here, they DO NOT have service here. You may get a very spotty bar or two here in town but you Absolutely will not have any service whatsoever once you drive away. BEWARE!Note this: While Cricket may be a pay-as-you-go service, if you bring your own phone, they Will lock it to their service - in effect trying to force you into 6 months of service. No matter what they say, they will not unlock your phone.

I am so happy that Cricket is finally here in Alamosa!! Phone service is great and you cant beat 4lines unlimited data, talk and text plus calls to Mexico (witch I love cause I can call my parents everyday) for 100 dollars!! Its great for me and my kids and I highly recommend Cricket.

My family and I love cricket and I visited the store here in alamosa today and it was a very warm and friendly atmosphere. I would mark it five stars if they didnt charge so much to switch phone numbers but other than that great service

We have had nothing but wonderful service with cricket. They have always done their best to make our experience benefitial to us and our transactions as smooth as possible.

The coverage with cricket here is unreliable at best. And heres what they dont tell you...even if you buy your phone out right and do pre paid you are obligated to their service for six months. They will not unlock your phone so you can go to a more reliable provider for six months. I paid a third party company to get me the unlock code to escape the worst service Ive ever had.and even still my brand new s10 pho e still has cricket garbage on it that I cant seem to get rid of. The service sucks and customer service was worse. Save yourself the headache and use any other carrier!!!!!!!!

I went to Pueblo and got cricket service about a month ago. I was happy to see they put a store in Alamosa. I drive all over the Valley on a regular basis and my phone has worked great everywhere except Creede. No Service in Creede but for the fantastic price point Cricket offers it is totally worth it.

The yound ladys that work there are so nice and everytime i go there they have a smile on thier face. Thank you

I have lived in the San Luis Valley for 40 years and have had cellphone service with Verizon, Viero and Strighttalk. Honestly Cricket is the BEST I have ever had!!! The only place where its kind of hard to get service is in Mosca by Sangre School but I have always had issues there no matter what service I had. I am VERY Glad that there is finally a store here in Alamosa.
