I called last Monday(6-13), I am still waiting for a callback(6-21). We were broke down with brake issues with our rented RV in White Sands KOA. No one answers the phone and you cant leave a message, you just have to follow the instructions they give on their message. I called another company that was WONDERFUL and responsive. Dont say you are 24/7 if you arent going to respond. A little communication will get you a long way in business.

Our RV trailer axle broke inside of White Sands National Park. Everyone we called was closed for the night. Josh replaced it and didnt leave us until he knew we were safe to drive back to Houston. Very nice guy. Showed up on time and as promised!!

They came out to us at 10:30 at night and patched a tire for us so we could get back to El Paso. Professional and very friendly. Thank you again for the great help !!!

Have been calling them since 7:30 last night at 11:30 today I finally had to call someone out of Anthony, NM to come help me. When you are under a load and have to be somewhere to unload monday morning you need to have someone come fix your truck. This company say it is 24/7 but no one answer or return calls. I did leave messages too.

I was traveling in the area when my 40 5thwheel RV break and lights went out. When I contacted Chris and Josh they showed up as soon as they could. They had me back on the road at no time. It would have cost me a lot more as no one was available at that time but they fixed my issue so fast and charges were so reasonable.You dont see too many times when the a service provider that take you to the cleaner when they know they can but in my case Chris and Josh didnt.I hope I never have another problem like I did but if I do I know I have Chris and Josh there to help. Thank you.
