Its yer normal Nob Hill store. Meaning its got good customer service, is a clean organized store, and its well stocked. Good meat and veggie selection w its own bakery onsite.

Comprehensive, well-maintained and easy to navigate super market. Hot and cold salad bars plus a sushi bar. Peet’s Coffee and Poppy Bank are inside as well as a U.S. Post Office. Nice areas inside and outside for eating or having a cup of coffee.

Clean, wonderful vegetable and fruit display. Small but adequate choices.

A looks new, feels new Nob Hill. The produce is well arranged, and fresh. There seem to be plenty of fresh fruits. The Asian food selection is pretty good and includes sauces and spices that you might only find in an Asian store. The staff is friendly, ready to lend a helping hand. Theres also an ATM right inside.

Id give it more stars if they hired ppl who have friendly personalities and werent so slow and weird. I swear the cashier kept looking at me but didnt say anytjing till it was my turn so there was this weird akward silence while I waited the bagger to finish bagging the previous customers things. It was only 4 items.

I give it a 5 star because the store is very clean but other than that everything is very expensive I only go when they have the meat sales other than that I dont buy groceries their way too expensive for my budget

Ive been going to this grocery store for years and I love it. If you live in the Fruitvale area and looking for something a little more upscale then this is your spot.

Quick check out service, prices vary - some good deals, others you could probably find better prices elsewhere, but its clean, good parking, great hours and reward points gets you discounted gas.

Bought a custom personal cake. Unfortunately, the icing was so hard- it crumbled and seperated from the cake. The manager Julia was the best. Although unnecessary, I brought the cake in to show her. She then explained cake theory to me; apologized and refunded me my money.

I like nob Hill because it is a change from Safeway and Luckys. They have different things there that Safeway or Luckys doesnt have the prices are reasonable and on some specials you can get really good deals. Otherwise on price-wise it can be a little high because I think of it as the quality of the product that youre getting for instance stakes look so good and better than that taste so good. I go to certain stores for certain things no matter what the price is. I cant always do that nowadays but when I do have a craving I will go there for that one item. Or two or three

Prices were very decent and having a full service Peets coffee shop was nice. Breakfast burritos from the deli were awesome.

The people are friendly the store is pretty and its right on the water. They have hot food like Japanese food and sandwiches and Chinese food and meatloaf all prepared hot and tasty.

There cakes here are impressively good and the assortment of treats is dangerous and they have a lot of hot food that they sell by the pound

Nob Hill is my local store. Great blend of supermarket and gourmet shop. Great discounts on the basics while they also carry premium products. Friendly staff, clean environment and always fast checkout. There also is a coffee shop and large comfortable seating area with chairs. I’ve used the area for small meetings. The area overlooks the water of the estuary.

Getting a lil dirty outside and sometimes there isnt a cart for you. BUT still much better options than other grocery stores nearby. Lots of organic produce. A great selection of vegan options. And the best bakery imo of any of the grocery stores. My go to spot

Great service. Curb-side pickup for $6 saves time and limits exposure. I wish the had higher quality seafood and bakery as well as more selection in the bulk department. Good deals on wine if you buy 6 bottles.

Did my shopping. Got in line with a full cart. Waited 10 minutes for my turn, and was next in line and then the cashier closed the line. There was only one other line open with a long back up. Went to ask for the manager, waited for a while longer, and finally left with no groceries. Wont be coming here again.

The checkers are still very nice but I had to wipe down my own cart. Oh well. Not a big problem.

I like this groceries store. Its like a hidden gem in Alameda and locates very close to Oakland. The store doesnt get too crowded, which means it has items in stock while the same items are sold out at other stores. It always has sanitizing wipes available. The staff is friendly, and the produce department has organic veggies available. I also like that it has self check out.

This place is never adequately staffed. I have waited 20 minutes at the deli counter and the manager flat out refused to help me because people are on break. Horrible ownership/management.

I love Nob Hill! They give out free fruit for kids, offer the best bulk wine discount (30% at six bottles), and typically have everything we need. Minus one star because they are chronically understaffed in the deli area, and at times the produce is not up to par. But I have to say, the produce is getting better for the price you pay.

In and out with excellent customer service. Many props to Seraphim (yes Angel); who was just that. Even behind his covid mask I could see his eyes smiling and hear in his kind voice pleasure in helping me; which made my pit stop that much more enjoyable.
