If there was an option to leave no stars I would. Went there yesterday to get a new box spring. Was told they sold queen splits. The split they sold my husband was not a queen. A queen Measures 60 wide by 80 in length. These splits were 37.5 x 52.5 the one was dirty and torn up. I will be returning them tomorrow and getting a refund and contacting the BBB.

Delivery and product was wrong tried to deliver a thin mattress noone would ever sleep on vs one I thought I bought. Given attitude and threat of charging me for delivery after refusal of mattress set.

They have bedbugs bad costumer service the store smells badly I would not recommend no one to get a bed from here

When I first got the bed I had left the Plastic on for the first 2 weeks as soon as I took it off I started seeing bed bugs and they gave me a used Bed with out telling me it was used

Great customer service. My boyfriend and I were in and out. We told him what we wanted, the price range, and we had a mattress picked out in minutes. If you’re someone who wants a brand new, gently used, or refurbished bed...this is the place to go. We saved SO MUCH MONEY! If you’re someone who is on a serious budget, they have beds under $100.

Had what I needed for an affordable price and the delivery was great.

Nothing fancy. Had decent prices and close to my house. Bought my matters and box springs. I am happy with it and the cost was reasonable.

Unfortunately I work at the Family Dollar next store, but the owner & guys that run the Mattress outlet are all very nice guys, always respectful & courteous!When we have break-ins they are always eager to help, by checking their cameras to see if they can help catch the person or persons responsible!Everyone that works for them brings the dollar store honest, good daily business!All of their employees seem happy and content working there!Im actually waiting for a spot to open up, so I can work there!I needed a bed badly and I went over there and they gave me a neibors discount!I love my new bed! Great deal! Great sleep!I defiantly would recommend them to all my friends & family! 👍

The guy that my husband and I spoke with was trying to sell us bottom barrel mattresses.😡 The owner stood there like he thought we were desperate customers who would settle for anything. They are not worth buying from!!

Have purchased many mattresses and box springs from this company and will continue in the future. Reasonable in price and delivery fees.

Poor customer service. Employees are rude and incredibly unprofessional. Dont waste your time or money.

Drove by this place and decided to stop I liked the monkey on the corner my children get excited every time we drive by and he is out there, the sales people are very nice I bought bunk beds for my boys pretty reasonable price. Thank YOU
