Fair lead time and price. The fella that unloaded my pressure washer was very polite and professional. You can tell they are in their peak busy season. Regardless, a small, family owned local business is always something Im happy to support!

They make you pay upfront to look at the lawn mower. Theyve made their 25 dollars doing nothing so they just sit on it. You have to hound them to even get started on it. Then when I finally got it back it still didnt work but oh boy I had a new blade that I didnt need. Dont go there.

Do NOT take your mower here. I got quoted $150 max, and when I went to pick my mower back up it was $260, because THEY chose to do more work than I asked for without giving me a price first. When I complained that they didnt quote me on that part first he told me he would just keep my unit and we were to leave. I will never take anything back here again. Very unprofessional and a complete rip off. If I could give 0 stars and write a review I would.

Buyer beware!!! I called this place asked for a part I gave the part number they said they would check took my number and never called me back! I thought ok it happens right? so i go in the next morning and tell them and not only did they not have the part but this rude and arrogant dude says Well its not even worth my time Im like ~His time. what about my time calling and driving down here? turns out he was (the owner) I walked out jumped on Google found that Amazon.com had my part shipped free the next day a Sunday even! Akron Lawn & Garden makes me glad companies like Google.com and Amazon.com are holding these places accountable and crushing these rinky dink shops into smithereens. Dont bother going here

Worst place in the city.... took my tractor tire in to get checked because it wouldnt hold air and was told they would call me before any work was done.... 3 days later I get charged 20 dollars for the repair... 10 for bead seal and 8 for the plug....I ve taken my cars to actual tire places for cars and paid less for more... this place sucks all together.

Steve,had my mower 3 years ago to restore the fuel system on a sears mower. They were paid 70.00 in april of that year . The mower quit the first 15 minutes. Upon returning Steve said it needed another carburetor so O.K. install another . April and May came and went by. We finally had to go into the place and ask what was the delay. He smart -ss said its pending. The April work was paid and now its almost June. I asked for the mower back unfixed which Steve was overjoyed to return it and keep the money. We finally got our money back thru a court process taking 3 months . Another shop got the mower running . We found this shop had stalled us and kept the charges when the mower at our request was returned unrepaired. Highly not recommended. 1 star

Took 6 weeks to get warranty work done. Attitude of staff is much like i dont care. Shouldnt be that difficult

Had to call three times about my mower it took almost a month to get an answer. Third time finally told me what was wrong. Will never recommend anyone to this place.

Should probably update their hours listed!! Made a special trip because the lady I talked to on Thursday said they were open until 1 on Saturday and I got there and they were closed! Aggravating and disappointed
