The best customer service I have ever had. Rochelle was amazing she exemplified helpfulness. Whatever this location is doing keep it up. The whole staff went above and beyond. I will be a customer for as long as this location is open.

Great store for outdoor items & pet & animal supplies. We buy our dog food there weekly. It is good quality food & cheaper than the grocery or pet stores.

I called to ask about hay for my backyard and the lady who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. She was able to quickly explain that j would want hay and which options there were. It really saved me from making a mistake and made me whole adventure easier.

They used to have a better selection of generators. Especially champion. Now theres hardly any. The same 2 or 3. Thats it.

Came here for dog vaccines, they’re kept locked so an employee needs to grab them and carry them to check out. I told him what I needed and he grabbed the wrong one. Obviously I didn’t notice since it went right in a bag. I understand you can’t return an item like that but you sure as hell can refund for your own mistakes.

This is a store where you can find REAL gardening/farm tools! Their tools are built to last a lifetime. Lots of bulk animal food that blows other pet store prices away! I will always look here first before goi g to Ace, Lowe’s or Home Depot! Quality products over the big box stores every time!

The employees at Tractor Supply are helpful and friendly. If they dont have what you need, they will order it and it comes in quickly. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to animal care.

Bought a porter cable impact today, got home opened it up and CLEARLY it had been used. Has greasy finger prints on it and is scratched up. Sure they will return it but I still have the hassle of going all the way back to exchange something that should have been new in the box in the first place. Many times I have went there and have been over charged and had them fix it. Pretty sure after this we will not be buying anything from them anymore.

They have exactly what I need for my dogs. I love that I can get vaccines for them here so I can administer them myself without having to go to the vet. The staff here is a lot nicer than the one in Canton.

Not a terrible little store, but not great either. Aisles are extremely small, which in these times makes it very hard to social distance so you find yourself just standing around until the next person walks out of the aisle so you can go in. They are taking precautions such as only allowing a certain number of people into the store and all staff are wearing masks.

Tractor Supply Co. has a great selection of welding supplies that includes everything our son needs for school. Also, their pet products are top quality at good prices. We love that they carry Carhartt, too. As always, the service is friendly and welcoming. Much more personal than other large hardware stores.

They are good people. Always take my German Shepherd puppy in even when she was barking and they insisted she was always welcome. My dog has learned to be more social because they were so cool. The store itself is awesome for what I do.

I was in here just because Id givin someone a ride and they treated me great.. I had asked a couple of questions while I was in there. The staff was knowledgeable and kind.. thanks for that guys I will be back again in the near future.

Today was a rough day, we love our tractor supply but lately you cant get any customer service assistance and standing in a 10 person line isnt great as well as its hard to get around the line of people waiting to check out while your trying to shop. 1 star on keeping some distance from others

Based on my phone call to find information on a product I am giving them 5 stars. The woman I talked to was very knowledgable on mouse poison. I now feel like it wont waste my time going to this store to get what I need. Amazon stopped selling what I usually buy so I will now shop here for vermin control.

Just started shopping at tractor supply!! And i have to say.... I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOVE IT!!! THE DECOR ITEMS THEY HAVE OH MY GOOOOOSH! SO CUTEEEE!! And my 8year old daughter loves the little toy animals yall sell!!

Great place to get my dog food and other supplys.i love to go to walk around the store looking at farm trinkets.

The lady who helped me find the things I needed in the store was very polite and was making my visit pleasant but when I got to check out there was a older lady who was very snooty in a sense. Like I questioned where the bedding was and she said over there and pointed to the door and I didnt notice it. So I said where was it again maam and she was like I said it was over there. Like seriously lady.

The store is a great help to the standard home owner and farmer alike.

You get service like you wont find at the big box stores. The staff are helpful and pleasant. They have reasonable prices and stuff you wont find at the other stores. You can even get baby chicks during the right season. They have vetranarian clinics that are very rationale as well.

Farm supply store, that being said Tractor supply is a great resource for garden supplies, and pet food.

I enjoy tractor Supply Company because their prices are very reasonable and I do like to shop. They have a variety of items that you can select from and it brings me back to the days my aunt and uncle had their farm.

In general I like this store. Ive been to a number of them. However today I purchased a drill press and I was appalled to find the drill stand to be severely covered in rust. I havent had an opportunity to deal with trying to return it so with me luck! I will follow-up this post with what happens. Maybe even change the number of stars. 🤞

This place is junk they never have anything you want they sell smokers but no smoker pellets

Everything is always stocked and the store is always neat and clean, BUT theyre understaffed for the amount of the business they do. While it may take a while to get someone to help you out, everyone there is always super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I have used this store for years. The staff is exceptionally friendly, especially Rachelle. I look for her everytime. If your looking for anything farm or animal related chances are they will have it or will find it for you. Just the other day the tire on our trailer was flat, no time to fix it so we needed a replacment. Not only did they have our tire fitment but many sizes and bolt patterns to choose from. We got our tire and got back to work with little delay. We also bought our new grill there a few weeks ago. Its a Three Embers grill stainless steel. The price was less than anywhere else we could find it. Very pleased with our purchases and extreamly happy I met Rachelle. Thank you Rachelle for the great experience and customer service you always provide.
