The lines and wait time are not like most places and this is a well known grocery store been around for awhile but apparently they know the faster they are at bringing out the more money they make! Great Job ACME! Who wants to stand in line for 10 to 15 minutes nobody!

As always the lines were ridiculously long. But the service is always good and the store is always clean. Lately they seem to be behind on stocking or ordering tho because theyre shelves are somewhat bare.

Great sales for Memorial Day! Even busy there was no wait to get to a register. Quick in and out.

Could not find a shopping cart, that was charged properly. Could not find a pushcard. But customer service was great the young woman helped me carry my products out to the car and made sure I got home to my home with everything in the car that was greatly appreciated.

The cashier was rude because we didnt actually have the physical acme card, I just had my phone number. She was ignorant and I didnt even want to stoop to her level. I cant help it she hates her job.

There is never enough cashiers and bad fruits and vegetables all the time. I live 5 min. Away and will not go there unless absolutely necessary.

Clean and nice people. Weird people wandering the parking lot, but thats ktown for ya. I love acme tho, screw the eagle, support acme. Remember the old cartoons where the bombs all said acme? I think of the coyote everytime. I wish hed get the roadrunner already geez oh man hes fast!

They have good food but the prices are kinda high in my opinion

I was a little disappointed, with my 1st visit to this particular Acme store! (😢) To me (🤔), this store is way smaller, than other Acme stores & that made me feel like I was shopping in a convenient store, not a grocery store! Besides that, I didnt find very many name brand, OR, Sugar Free items (* that I was looking for!) I saw a LOT of Food Club (&/ generic?) brand items! But I never found any of the 10 items that I went in there for! I ended up going to a different Acme (= 7 miles away! 😲), where I found everything that I was looking for! Overall, this store was a waste of my gas & time! 😢

Went in last minute, about 3:30 on July 4th for burgers and dogs etc. They werent out of anything I needed, which surprised me. And 5 of 8 lanes were open. Pretty good for getting people to work a holiday!

Cool hotel. Great atmosphere. Only gripe is the elevator situation. So many people for 2 elevators... Dont know what they were thi king when desgining this...and also the cleaning staff clogs up the elevators by cleaning and pushing their carts into the elevators. They should have their own private elevators. There were literally 5, 10 minute waits for the elevators...

They do not have enough variety.. had to visit another store for turkey wings. And for the last 3 visits there have been no bomb pops

Prices are steep compared to everywhere but its a clean store I like it! They got good deals on like chicken meals over by the deli 4.99 to 7.99 for some chicken dinners is a hell of a deal and frozen you can get them with your stamp I like cold chicken so I eat it up cold or hot!

Went to 4 different Acmes for the whole beef tenderloin all were sold out except the East Ave Acme. I think its should be a limit of 2 when a store gets a small shipment of a previewed door buster item. I still love Acmes meats . Time to fire up the grill!!!

Cashier was a little slow checking people out. It took her 15 minutes or better to check out the two people that was in front of me. Otherwise its a great store to shop.

It was before Thanksgiving so I knew they would be busy and I expected a line to get in. Instead the store was packed, hardly room to move through the aisles. The poor cashier was so frazzled because multiple people without masks. Just expected a little better.

Ive been going to acme for my whole life. They cashiers are nice and helpful.

Ive been shopping Acme #18 my whole life! I believe Ive seen the store move locations and be remodeled at least 4 or 5 times. Anyone who knows the store the way I do would agree Scott (bagger/stock boy) is one of the BEST thing about visiting this store!! I think his personal goal is to know all the customers and put a smile on everyones face that walks through his stores doors! Then there is always something to spoil the good it seems like and Im sad to say its the management at this location currently!! Last night I was shopping and found a customer pasted out in the milk cooler (literally) it took the manager 8 minutes to arrive to this emergency situation. Then he spoke to me like I was bothering him with this. Even rolled his eyes at me! Meanwhile, Im on the phone with 911 and the customer is coming in and out of reality and falls flat on her face! Paramedic and police arrive and the manager leaves the situation. Ill finish up my review by saying none of the employees new the manager name last night and the person who needed help got the help she needed and is ok! I also want to thank the couple other customers that stopped to see if they could do anything.

This the one I go to in a pinch . There are better ACMEs not much further . But if you need a bag of ice or ice cream it will due.

Love Acme store, grew up on Acme produce, deli and meats. There are no Acme store in my county but I make it a point to shop there. Walmart will never replace Acme Fresh Markets!!!

Stood in line for at least 15 minutes. Then it closed and i had to get in another line. 10 more minutes. Then before I could get to the clerk, it closed again. This would have to be the last store open before I would ever go back. The leadership for the store is not doing its job.

The food is always fresh. Prices are kind of high unless you shop the sales but t j at have a deli and bakery and they are close to me..

The most friendly people Ive came across

Severely understaffed. Long wait times, few open registers, you have to hunt for a small shopping basket. Produce isn’t very fresh. I live less than a mile away but the long wait times make it worth driving to the Acme on Manchester road. It’s farther away but I still get out quicker.

The parking lot lighting at this Acme is poor at night. Other than that, this store is smaller than some of the other Acme stores which is just right for me.

Always a pleasant to visit been going there for over 50 yrs an still goin there get the flyer get the deals!

This is the grocery store to go to if you want grocery shop in your pajamas. Their shelves are usually stocked well. The employees can have attitudes. They will try to fight you. If you go in the morning there is usually a minimal wait in line. In the evenings you can expect a long wait, with not many lanes open and slow cashiers it’s bound to happen. Often they will carry on a conversation with someone on the phone with their EarPods/AirPods. Check the expiration dates on items, especially dairy. I have gotten home on two occasions only to realize my cottage cheese and chip dip were spoiled. But all the bad is worth it when you have to run out for a short list of items and don’t want to get dressed.

Just left this Acme on East. Ave. 2 Cashiers lines a mile long...already been line jumped...so i go up to Customer service....and. He said he couldnt do that ....will not be bacl EVER!!!

Meat prices are twice as much as any store in town, absolutely rediculous. Whos going to pay $50 for a $20 ham, cmon lets be realistic for a change

Suffice it to say I was injured in their store and I dont feel that they handled it fairly.

Acme is a fantastic grocery store near me in akron. Very good sales and selections.

The people are friendly and dont follow me around like i could be up to no good, they smile in the mornings! the bathrooms were clean and smelled great, the shelves stay stocked and the cooked food to go is always on point. but dont come without your acme card cause the register people arent so nice. :)

The store had brands that I buy and some good sales....but boy could the store use a good HOUSE CLEANING!!!

It needs to be redone or updated. I feel its very trashy and needs to be thoroughly cleaned. I think that they could be more frozen selection instead of o my 2 aisles.I go here because its local and convenient but its not very economical. Also, it opens at 7am on the weekdays so I can stop before work if need be.

They need a new mgr. When we went in, the outside of the place was trashy. There was only one buggy available. We went out to the lot & got one. Cant say it was busy, bcuz there were three young men (workers) standing inside the door. When we left, all the buggies were returned by the door where they belonged. ON TOP OF ALL THE TRASH SHOWN
