Great logo company. Quality work.Embroidery / Silkscreen business is much like the roofing, painting and drywall business. Disgruntled employees, with personal problems, blaming the owner and giving low ratings are yet another way they blame everyone but themselves for their problems. That is sad. Good and reliable employees are hard to find and very often affect the quality and service of a business due to workloads placed on the owner When they dont show for work, or make errors in production, the owner takes the blame.S&S is best for larger runs which meet the needs of companies and small businesses. One or 2 piece orders are usually too expensive and time consuming to run. Embroidering names on a single, or small, orders is rarely a problem. Custom logos etc., on small orders, can not be delivered in a timely manner at a low price when large orders are in progress. Confirm with the owner who will provide an estimated delivery date for small runs.
Ive been doing business here for years I always get exactly what I need and it is always done very efficiently...
They have been my go to print company for all of my shirts and hats for over 5 years. In 5 years Ive always gave them the benefit of the doubt but theyve constantly not delivered, not returned my phone calls, not returned my emails. They didnt care about my business so I had to fire them unfortunately. I even called to let them know of my displeasure, still no call back.
Is there a way to leave 0 stars? Im challenging 1 person to call and see if they speak with anyone...not gonna happen. We went in and placed a large order at the beginning of October and they were to be done ther next week, still havent heard from them and they refuse to answer their phone. (Its now January 5th) Worst customer service ever! So glad we found another company, doubt this one will be open much longer!
Their new office manager is awesome! She really takes care of business.

Our 11 year old little league team in Coventry ordered uniforms the lady who took said order quoted screen print price but our coach ordered stitched we received the uniforms late . Had to use them for our first game but we informed the owner right away that the pants were wrong color the screen print was faded and poor quality . My sons jersey faded out after one wash. Our coach returned them to him bc he said he would fix them and atitch over the bad screen print. That didn’t work bc he ruined our jerseys. Then he re ordered them and tried to charge us 30$ more per jersey on top of the 750$ we already paid him and would not give us the jerseys this was after three weeks of run around and different parents going there only to be told they are not done yet. I tried to reason w Dave the owner I told him it wasn’t wise to wring kids from the community his business is in. His exact words were I don’t care this community doesn’t support this business. I recommend that everyone around stay as far away from this business as well as his Kemper golf business. The whole issue started when HIS worker took the order wrong from the start he should have never let a product of such poor quality leave that store. I am disgusted with the poor attitude shown by the owner Dave Mahalick and will make sure I tell everyone I know in this community about what happened here. These young kids have been without jerseys since game 3 we are in game 16 now. Your a pathetic excuse for a business owner Dave.

I worked there and honestly I absolutely loved it until they paychecks were getting messed up and it didnt even seem like any worried about quality besides me
If you have a lot of time on your hands to wait around for something to get stitched.....THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!! 3 Months and still waiting on ONE item!! Called multiple times and they tell me if will be next week. ......Now its week 12.
