The employees could use a much needed upgrade… Very in personable very in knowledgeable as well as the woman who rung us up sat there and held a conversation with the woman in front of me in line for almost 10 mins before ringing up our purchase!!!! Absolutely awful staff

I have twin girls and I have been going here for years. My sister lives in another state and when she visits she makes personalized items for her here in Ohio and then sends them to her in Baltimore and the stuff is always the wat that they have discussed on the phone. She is my got to for everything that I need as far as school uniforms and work uniforms as well.

The service was excellent... They had everything I was looking for, and the prices are unbeatable. The Ladies that works there was very helpful and beyond polite.

If I could give this place a negative 5 I definitely would! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional business before such as this place. I order my sons shirts in July 2017 and my son starts school Monday which is 1 week day away and his shirts still have not arrived. I spoke to one of the sales reps and stated I was taking my business somewhere else and she basically gave the impression of I dont care. I would highly recommend going to an establishment where your business is appreciated and they have a professional owner/staff.

Saved so much going here. I got so much more for my budget than i would have every other department store. Had everything we needed(pants, shirts, sweater vests, socks, shoes!!) Only place we will be buying our childrens unifoms from. Amazing customer service vary friendly and helpful.

Great place to go if you need scrubs! Great deals, nice selection, and if they dont have what your looking for they will order it. The owner was pretty awesome and very helpful.

I ordered my childrens clothes and put them in layaway in July of 2015, when I went to pay to get them out, my order was incomplete AND STILL NOT IN. I was told I would get a 25% discount and they would call me when the rest of my order was in. They never called. I called and left a message, no call back. It is January Of 2016...STILL no call. #unprofessional

I came here for school uniforms at the beginning of the 2014-2015 school year, and the service was great. The owner of the store helped me find exactly what I was looking for and the prices were cheaper than the department stores. I definitely will be coming back for the next school year.

I came in this store with a voucher on August 15 and got everything I needed except for black pants. She said she could order them and they would be here in two weeks. I get a text on Sunday the 27th that my pants are ready for pickup. I go to pick them up on Friday the 1st; however, the sale rep couldnt find my order anywhere. She call the owner who instructs her where to look, still cant find them so I decide to come back when the owner is there. I came back the next day the on Saturday and she pretends to be looking for them and then comes out with a excuse saying the pants NEVER came in, huh. And it was gonna take another two weeks to re-order them. So now Im waiting a MONTH for pants. I told her that was, totally unacceptable. However I wait anyway, then she calls me on September 12th to tell me that now she cant get black pants in until the END OF THE MONTH. Oh hecks nall, I told her that I wanted a refund and nothing to do with her business because she doesnt have what I need. She proceeds to say that she has it but I just dont want to wait for it. EXCUSE ME B@#$!, I have been waiting for almost a month now. I couldnt believe she had the audacity to act like it wasnt her fault that she cant deliver on her promises. I then told her that unpreparedness on HER PART does not constitute as extra patients on MY PART. She acted as if she is entitled to my business. Moral of the story is DO NOT SHOP HERE. She lied about my pants never coming in the first time, SHE SOLD THEM PERIOD. If not why send me a text message saying they were there, why have your sales rep looking for clothes that you knew never came in. DO NOT SHOP HERE AND DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IT WILL BE A HUGE SPECTACLE OF A MESS! This place would get zero stars from me if I could!
