Drove to the mall to shop at Kay Jewelers because the online ad says still open. We found them to have been closed for a year now!So we ended up Stow Kays

Received very rude customer service on the phone. No reason for it and quite frankly unprofessional. I called to ask when I should come in to have my 6 month ring inspection per their policy for the warranty. I had missed my date and am currently quarantining because of a positive covid test. I did not want to void the warranty by not coming in, and did not want to come in and expose people, hence why I was calling to ask what they needed. The lady on the phone repeatedly told me I had to wait till I was clear of covid, disregarding my actual question and all around speaking to me rudely. Obviously I know I have to wait till Im clear, that is the entire reason I was calling. Thank you for nothing but attitude and no real answer :)

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Great selection at fair pricing. Store easy to see and I dont feel pushed. Always an excellent experience.

Antwan, Ron and Christine were EXCEPTIONAL. Got us a great deal on a necklace my mom and I picked out for her. She is currently battling cancer and this cancer ribbon necklace was exactly what she had been looking for, they helped us find the right chain length, gave us options and chains that were different and helped us find one we liked. We never felt like a burden even though we weren’t spending much and we were taken care of amazingly. After hearing about my moms cancer, Ron went and got Antwon and he gave my mom a st.Jude bear from all of them there. The amount of gratitude my mom and I feel towards them is never ending. They made our whole Holliday season and showed us what caring and kindness means. Please give them a shot over here. You won’t regret it.

I used to be a frequent customer to this specific store. However, the assistant manager there always has the worst attitude and tries to preemptively guess who she thinks has money, and who doesnt. I would definitely recommend another jewelry store if youre seeking excellent customer service.

Even though the Mall (Chapel Hill) is run down, Kay Jewelers is still a great place. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful

Sent a ring out to be sized, they told me it would be around a certain date and they would call when it came in. Called the day they said it was to be in and the associate told me they dont call in that situation but it has been ready. Inconsistent stories and high(ish) prices but good in-person service.
