I lost my engagement ring and Corey was absolutely amazing in helping me get a replacement! We were able to find the exact ring, and it was the last one in the company! We got it shipped in to this location and Corey helped us pick out the diamond, a wedding band, and a ring for my fiancé.Definitely go see Corey, he was so friendly and helpful through the whole transaction. He definitely made this stressful situation easy for us!

Was gifted a necklace from my boyfriend that was pretty expensive. Within almost 2 weeks the chain broke and they were gonna charge us to have it fixed, thankfully the women didn’t because it was within the return window, but not even 2 days later the clasp is messed up and my necklace fell off while I was working. I called and was told to just come back in so they can refix it for a charge this time which is BS. I’ve had this necklace not even 3 weeks..

We came to Jareds in Montrose to pick out my engagement ring. We gave them our budget and they showed us only 1 option and wanted to quickly make the sale. I asked can I at least put it on my finger to see what it looks like..The day after I called in to make sure they know I want my diamond to be placed vertically as nobody even asked me and the woman on the phone said she cant find my ring....When we were at the store, I asked about different band shapes and placements and didnt really get an answer, they were just rushing me trying to seal the deal. Also a woman on the phone said they do engraving free of charge and when my fiance went to tell them what we want engraved, they said we have to pay for it and we were told they do it on the spot, but now the salesperson said it takes at least 3 days. And icing on the cake, when I told him to just take the ring and well take it elsewhere to be engraved, they gave it to him in a ZIPLOCK BAG. Lol very luxurious.... And now Im reading all these other reviews how rude they are, rushing people, being unprofessional, and worst - people having diamonds fall off...Im just scared and sad and disappointed that we purchased from them. I was planning to call in and ask to speak with a manager, but now Im seeing other customers saying the manager is equally rude. Everyone be aware and be very careful!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought and ordered my girlfriend necklace online which was fairly expensive piece. Within 2 weeks the chain broke and at first was going to charge us to have it fixed. Thats the positive things out of this review which is why its getting 3 stars and not 1 or 2. Now onto the negative, after having it fixed 2 days later the clasp on the necklace broke (different part of chain then what broke previously) and was told to bring it back and would have to have a charge to fix it. All I am going to say is this, jewlery piece is nice. If you were to buy from them just be prepared for what is to come with the chain. I feel like this shouldnt be charged to fix within little over 2 weeks of having it, Nonsense.

Jared was amazing ! My husband and sons had a custom ring designed for me that incorporated my moms wedding ring diamond along with their birthstones ! Jared did an amazing job designing it and had it done so quickly ! It’s gorgeous! The staff was wonderful and so much fun to deal with . Now I feel even closer to my mom who passed nearly 6 years ago . Thank you Jared !

I had my grandmothers diamond placed in a custom designed setting. Its been a year and I cant describe how pleased I still am with Jareds Galleria. The entire experience was wonderful, I even had them change the ring when it came in the first time and they were happy to change the design- they wanted it perfect for me. I went in today to have it sized down a little, Tina, my original salesperson remembered me after a full year! When we had originally worked on the design, she had inquired about the history of the ring, what colors I wanted to highlight in the design, etc. I was so indecisive and yet she was so patient. The next time I get jewelry I am heading back to work with her. Matt checked the ring to make sure the setting was still in great shape. The workers are so professional and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. They actually like their jobs and relate to you as an individual. I have been to several other jewelry stores and this one is the best! My ring will be sized and ready tomorrow... less than 24 hours! Keep up the good work! I highly recommend them to anyone.

Matt, the GM, is always so helpful--hes super friendly and always goes out of his way to provide me with the best service. The store is clean and modern, and I always enjoy walking around the glass cases looking at all the beautiful jewelry displayed. Dont buy jewelry here unless you want to be hyper vigilant about your warranty and what they tell you.My husband custom designed my engagement ring here (and thats a neat thing to be able to do, hence 2 stars instead of 1), and I picked out and purchased a wedding band and diamond earrings. For about a year, Id been bringing them in to get cleaned and inspected/have the paperwork updated regularly; you have to bring them in at least every 6 months for the warranty to be valid. In August we come back to purchase another piece, and a salesperson informs us that my jewelry had NEVER been inspected. I couldnt believe it, but had her inspect them and update our paperwork.Fast forward 3 months, and a diamond falls out of my wedding band (which Ive only been wearing for a year). I bring it in, and again they tell me it was never inspected, that there was no record of it in the computer. They also ask me why I have two separate warranty numbers for my engagement setting. They never admitted it, but it sounds like theyd stamped the wrong paperwork and blamed me. They told me we mustve returned and re-bought the custom engagement setting (which my husband did not do). After having to throw a fit, they agree to fix the ring, but the manager makes sure I know this is out of [his] pocket.When I come back to pick up the ring, I bring all my pieces in to be inspected again to be sure all the paperwork was fixed. I had to ask THREE TIMES for it to be done. The clerk handed me back my earrings in a bag without updating the paperwork, even though I watched her inspect them.So, all I can think is either they try and scam you out of your warranty on purpose, or theyre incredibly forgetful. Either way...I dont recommend them (not to mention it only took a year for a diamond to pop out of my band).

Allie was absolutely wonderful!!! A few weeks ago when my sister and I came in looking for our mothers’ Christmas ring, Allie made it all happen! Other stores said it wasn’t possible to get it before Christmas. We came in and couldn’t find a ring quite right but she built one and even showed us the stones and let my niece try one on. I brought a watch in to have someone set the time and date correctly. Tina helped beyond belief. She was eager to help by looking through manuals and watched YouTube videos. Her suggestion was to bring it back with the manuals to be sent out. I came in the very next day. Had a great experience a few days ago. I was looking for a watch for everyday use. Ryan was very friendly and helpful/knowledgeable about all of the brands in the case.Lauren, helped at the very end to complete the transaction. Movado was running an online sale that she helped match for my business. It wasnt a crazy request on my part, or an aggressive try to run down the price, so she was happy to help keep the business local and at her retail location. A nice sound business move on her part to win me over.I ended up changing my mind and purchasing a completely different brand without the discount because everyone was so nice and helpful.I really enjoyed the experience and will go back for my next watch.

After having a really bad day dealing with other customer service reps at a number of different retail establishments, I stopped at this location to pick up a repaired piece of jewelry. I was instantly optimistic when the manager, Mat, hit the auto door opener as I approached the store. After entering, I was greeted immediately and my entire experience was top notch. GM Mat and salesperson Amanda both went above and beyond to handle my requests! This staff defines what quality customer service looks like. Whenever she says, He went to Jared, shell be talking about me going to this location! Thanks again, Mat & Amanda, for turning my mood from frustrated to completely satisfied.

I first walked in and they have welcomed me with a smile while saying Welcome to Jared the Galleria of Jewelers:. I know they get paid to say that but at least they did it professionally. Now when you hear others say they didnt help them because of how they dressed is a bunch of non-sense. I walked in there with an average t-shirt and jeans looking like the poor kid on the block (As I am lol) and they still offered me water or any other beverages. Once you explain what you want and give them your price range they will start the hunt of what you are looking for. Now the reason I gave them a 4 star was for the fact of them 1- Trying to sell you the ring closest to your budget and 2- There non-stop questions about a Jared account. Now I know its their job to do and ask but sometimes it can scare people away. Luckily with my sales experience it didnt last to long lol. All in all I have put my ring on layaway and got it in the time I needed it. It is a beautiful ring and I will be back here for the wedding rings. They have a kids room to keep them entertained while you shop around so that should help the parents. When you make a layaway payment be sure to tell them that because they will assume you have a Jared account and ask you for the number. They may even ask you again every payment. Keep in mind this is their job. You should have no problems with this place and just because they wont drop the price down a lot does not mean theyre Mean or Rude, its because they have a policy. Good luck everyone who goes here as I know you will find what youre looking for.

My husband Tim and I have always had a great experience at the Jared store in Fair!awn/Montrose. Their customer service is top notch! Tina has been wonderful since we started going there in 2011. She is always friendly, professional, helpful with our needs, and takes her time helping us find the perfect rings, watches, earrings, etc. Recently I had a minor problem with my Movado watch and both Stacy and Matt were extremely helpful and put me at ease when we had to send my watch back to Movado to be checked. Just picked it up today and its perfect and running great. Thank you Tina, Vanessa, Matt and Stacy for all your excellent customer service over the last almost 5 years! My husband and I went in to buy a necklace for my daughter for Christmas. We had great success finding the right silver cross on a silver chain and the salesman packaged it beautifully for Christmas. Im sorry I dont remember his name.After our purchase, we went out to our car and, as luck would have it, our battery was dead. I went back into the store to see if anyone might be able to give us a jump. Matt, one of the the employees - Im sorry I dont know his last name - volunteered right away. He even had cables, thank goodness! He was so nice and generous with his time, even though it was literally freezing outside.Weve been customers at Jared before and have shopped at this one (in Fairlawn) and the one in Cuyahoga Falls, but now I will make sure we go to this one first. Everyone was so helpful and Im so thankful for Matt and his help!

Every time I enter the store I am welcomed, and treated with respect. Everyone is very helpful. No one is pushy, they give me my space if I just want to browse, and they are ready to assist with anything at a moments notice. (which is difficult with me as I am out of my element when it comes to jewelry).If I am in the store finding a gift, the staff will spend time with me and help me until i am comfortable with my selection. (Which makes me look great when I get home and put a huge smile on my wifes face).The manager Matt especially will stop what he is doing and address any concern (no matter how small) that my wife or I have, which has happened on occasion. The issues seem to be computer related, and are taken care of on the spot.I love the warranty option, it does cost a bit more but they inspect, clean, replate and repair anything for free as long as my wife gets her jewelry inspected twice a year. The warranty pays for itself many times over. We dont mind coming in for the inspection that often because I like to know that my investment is being protected. I dont have a lot of money, so protecting an investment is important to me.I came to jared in fairlawn about 4 years ago and I will only purchase jewelry from this store.I have never left the store unhappy.

Walking into this Jared location is always very welcoming. I have been a long time customer and the fact that they remember me each time I return makes me feel very important.My most recent visit was for the semi-annual inspection of the many peices that Ive bought the wife over the years and while I was there, Angela was great. She made sure the jewelry was cleaned and well inspected, she revisited all of the many benefits of our warranty and even suggested a follow up call in six months to keep us on track for our inspections!It was really nice to see the store manager Matt working hands on with the associates and helping out with our inspection and cleaning!....after learning that my wife is a huge Pandora collector Angela then took time to tell me about the up coming event, got me up to date on all the new items in pandora and the two paired up some matching peices for my wifes levian pendant, which I decided would make a perfect gift for Mothers Day! Terrible experience. Went in to buy a watch from this store on 1/18. The sales team decides to do the used car sales pitch. With one person talking to us, theres another one in the background who decides to join in for colorful commentary. Clearly, both sales people were new. We were accepting of that though. Next I kept telling them to focus on the brands and types of watches I was looking for and they kept bringing the most expensive Tag Heuers. Thats fine too. Finally, we decided to buy a Raymond Weil. Nothing flashy, just something simple to wear. This is where everything starts to go downhill.I ask the sales person to ring me out with a 12-month payment plan. She doesnt know how to do that. So she asks her manager to come over and look up my Jared account. She has to go to another register to pull up my account. Then the salesperson decides to run the whole charge on my Jared account without a payment plan, but because her manager has asked her to take a 20% down payment, she charges me the value of the watch plus 20%. They were closing and everything was a rush job and so I wasnt paying attention. I look at the invoices the next day and find the mistake. Ok, it can happen to anyone. I call the store to fix it. No, I have to go back in with my receipt the next day. Ok, still willing to work with them.I go in and one of the salespeople there who I have worked with in the past tries to help me out. Then the next day, the watch stops working and I dont want to deal with this any more so I take the watch back. They refund the full amount on my Jared card, but put another 20% on my credit card which was used for the down payment. The salesperson says Im all set and I should see the credits on my accounts in a few days. Again, being trusting, I assume everything is handled. Check my card statement a few days later and see the second charge for the 20%. I try to call the store and ask for the manager and get someone from their inventory management group. Rudest woman I have ever spoken to. She refuses to give me a direct number for the store manager and he refuses to come on the phone.Finally I call their credit customer service which is where I think this is going to get resolved. (Hopefully). Given that this store has been around for more than 10 years, they need to get better sales people in there and need to learn how to charge correctly for a product. Unfortunate incident with the product, but terrible and rude customer service.Probably will never step foot in this store again.

My ring is fixed. I was surprised to be charged to have the prong straightened. I had this diamond and mount done in January 2017. In November 2017 one of my prongs got bent .. I stopped in at Jared to have it fixed. Sad that it cost me to have fixed.
