I worked with Elias Ortiz as my salesman from another location and he was kind enough to come with me to green to finish a purchase on a vehicle I was interested in and I am so thankful. It made the process a lot less scary and very straight forward. Todd in finance assisted me while we were there and explained things in a matter I could understand. Everyone was super helpful and kept my best interest in mind. I will be doing all my car business with them!

They worked late hours and offered to drive the vehicle that we selected to our home state as opposed to my family and I needing to go to Ohio. Excellent experience and amazing dealership. We were recommended by friends and now we see why. We did not even know that much about Hyundais at the time. After researching the vehicles, and learning that side of things, we went in. The rest is history. It was an amazing experience and the people were great. Priced me 10% interest on a car loan, got 4% interest from the bank. A difference of several thousand dollars over overpaying on a loan. To complicate it further, finished my paperwork on Wednesday, came in on Thursday to get the car, and they had sold it. Highly recommend outside financing, it seems the car prices are good due to this setup they get difference in a mark up in the financing.
The sales team from salesman to manager went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I really wanted. Mike Bell spent a good week looking at other Hyundai dealers trying to find me what I wanted. The perfect vehicle arrived at their dealership on Mike’s day off and he came in to make sure I got it before anyone else could purchase it. That is service. He took the time to explain this computer on wheels and made sure I had time to get comfortable operating my new Palisade. This is our third vehicle we have gotten from this dealership but also we have been blessed to also have Mike every time.

What is amazing about this is, we live in Kansas City Missouri.We 1st chatted with the amazing salesperson Earl Witherspoon over the phone. He even picked my wife up at the airport when she flew in to pick up the car & stayed late the 1st time when our flight arrived after the dealership had closed. First, I want to apologize to Jim Marks & Rick Vaughn for not writing this sooner! We had the BEST experience with this dealership!! We purchased a vehicle for our son and a week after we had it, we took it to service for an oil leak. Got it back and within another week, took it back for the engine light being on. Less than 2 weeks later, took it back for an oil leak. When we got it back, the leak was worse than before...so instead of telling us, “Tough break! You bought it.” Rick Vaughn offered to either allow us to find another vehicle on the lot or receive our money back and move on.Because of our great experience with Jim Marks, who communicated with us throughout taking the other car back and forth, we decided to look on the lot. We found the same make and model car, 3 years newer and 44K less miles than the first one. Rick Vaughn did us a huge solid!!! Not only did he give us a FANTASTIC DEAL on the car, we were able to get a bumper-to-bumper, 4 yr/50K mile warranty with a $100 deductible! Because of the SPECTACULAR customer service, we got a vehicle for our son that he will (hopefully)be able to have through college and possibly beyond!In all my years of buying cars, I have never had such a POSITIVE experience with a dealership!! I had a genuinely fantastic experience with the folks at Ron Marhofer Hyundai of Green. Josh, the rep who helped me, was polite, personable, patient, and extremely generous with his time throughout the entire process. I dont know how many people would wake up early on their day off to take a customers car to a mechanic just to get a second opinion on a used car. Josh did that and more. The few issues with the vehicle were resolved quickly, even requiring a trip to the Subaru dealership which Josh handled for me.I know some folks can chalk up all this stuff to them just trying to make a sale, but I truly dont feel like this was the case. The folks at Ron Marhofer seemed to operate differently. They talked me through every piece of the buy process (this was my first car) without ever making me feel dumb or talking down to me. Every question was met with a solid and unbiased response (shout out to Rick too, who helped me with financing and was also great).Ultimately this was a place I felt extremely good buying from. If youve ever had a less-than-ideal experience buying a car, or with a particular dealership, Id recommend talking to the folks at Ron Marhofer of Green.

Honestly I don’t even want to give them the 1 star. My wife and I were expecting our first baby and went looking for a save suv before she came. We found what we thought was an amazing deal for an amazing car. We bought a 2015 Ford Escape in cash and left so happy. They said the car was perfect, no accidents, and had no history of anything wrong with it. We hadn’t even owned it for 3 hours and the heat didn’t work. They worked on it saying it only needed coolant. Every week something new has come up with this car, 5 months later and we are spending over $5,000 for a new engine. Our family has maybe got to drive this car for 2 weeks tops since we owned it. We have tried to communicate with them and have only received the worst customer service ever. They lied every step of the way and continue to do so. This is the WORST car dealership ever. So heartless, and so unprofessional. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to you!
Bought my car here about four months ago and honestly wish I wouldn’t have. They set me up with the wrong email for my blue link and never got to use this this feature because of it. I’ve tried for weeks to schedule an oil change and have never been called back. So much for the free three oil changes. Will definitely be going to another shop for maintenance.
Great customer service, listened to what I was looking for and had me set up with the right car the same day. Very transparent about the process laying out all my options, they also made it a very simple stress free process.
Very much wish I could leave a positive review, as I purchased a new car in December and the experience was fine for the most part. However, since purchasing the car, Ive found that I was misled about a protection program I was sold when purchasing the car, which has since led to me not being able to find out more about the program because all the service and sales staff claimed to not know anything about the program, even though it is actively being sold to customers. When I finally got in to try to work out where the disconnect was, the finance manager claimed I had never even purchased the program. Luckily I had kept my signed receipt saying that I had, and they had to backtrack from the lie. Doesnt give me much hope knowing I would have been out of luck entirely if I didnt think to keep my own receipt. Since then, Ive tried to get in touch with the finance manager who sold me the program in the first place, as well as the store manager, and have been ignored and forgotten about. Not a good look, and has unfortunately ruined my experience with this dealership.
Poor Customer Service in the Service Dept.I Stopped in at Ron Marhofer Hyundai of Green on 4-22-2021. I needed to ask someone about a recall that my car has and then if I can get a loaner car while my car is repaired.I parked and walked in the door and was greeted by two people that they would be with me soon. I sat in an armchair for 15 minutes and nobody make contact with me. The one person that had greeted me talked to another employee about leaving to home home and the other person talked to a lady beside me then disappeared into the bay outside. Two other people were young people probably
I havent even arrived here yet. I saw on August 26, 2021 morning for used 2017 FIAT for $8600 through Carfax app. It was the same price on their website when I inquired at midnight through chat. They bumped the price to $13,490 the next day morning. Untrustworthy business because obviously, they low ball the price so that they attract customers and always intended to sell at a higher price later to manipulate the app algorithm to get more views so that the vehicle is shown as hot deal.
Mark Ortscheid is one of the best at Marhofer Hyundai. Our family has purchased numerous vehicles from him and he has never disappointed us. He made this process very easy and achievable. Call him...you wont be sorry!

The service area was very clean and Ted was very nice, greeting me as i entered and explained what was going on with my SUV. He made sure that it was washed after the service. I was able to get in and out in about a hour or so.
By far my worst experience with a dealership ever. Theres too long of a story to even go into with this one but to make it short and sweet, Im 40 and have bought 9 vehicles from dealerships in my lifetime. This was BY FAR my worst experience in my 25 years of driving. Do not expect these people to keep their word. Even when you try they will literally get aggresive towards you like youre asking for more than what they agreed to. It was ridiculous. Do NOT buy a car from this place.

I was looking at a 2014 used Mercedes and on the website it said that their was a back up camera on the car. I drove 3.5 hours to purchase the car and when I got there found out there was not a back up camera. The sales person, Kevin was incredibly rude and said that autotrader puts up the description they want and the dealership cannot control it. I pulled up the description on their website, which was exactly the same description on auto trader, and he responded by saying their are errors on the website. Needless to say if they are falsely advertising this, what else is a false advertisement. Dont recommend going here unless you want terrible service and to get ripped off.

They show their customers true genuine value through action well after you sign the paperwork.Robert is the man to talk to, he is a stand up, put yourself in those shoes kinda guy. Assertive, polite, professional and direct.When it comes to business, vendors and his customers. I can honestly say after spending an entire morning in his office bringing some resolve to a 13 month old saga simply because we are his customer gives a whole new meaning to the term “customer service.”They put real truth to that forgotten business cliche that “the customer is always right.” When it comes to cars and business, Ron Marhofer has the cars and they definitely know their business .Ron Marhofer, they choose the customer.

I went in for a recall. I was greeted very quickly and courteously. I had arranged for a rental car for the day. The technician told me the recall work would be quicker than all the paperwork for a rental, perhaps I should just wait. I did and the work was completed with 40 minutes and I was on my way!

If you are going to buy a car here, the sales department is great. The service department not so much. Ive had to deal with the service department 3 times now and everytime someone is suppose to give me a call back and never has. I keep calling and no one will answer. Worst customer service!!
DEALER RAN MY CREDIT ON A CAR THAT WAS SOLD!!My husband found a car that we liked In our budget. He called and spoke to a sales associate who said the car was still available and I needed to fill out their credit app to run my credit. I did that, sent the verification to the sales associate via text and then was told, AFTER my credit had been ran, that “they just found out the car is being delivered to Pennsylvania tomorrow”. This is something you should know BEFORE you have someone run their credit. Now I will have to dispute this, for their negligence.
BAIT AND SWITCH. My fiancé saw a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe for $7600.00 here so he scheduled an appointment at 5:00PM today to test drive it. We got there, test drove it and we started doing the paperwork to purchase. I was about to write the check when another guy comes over to tell us that the price was incorrect. Instead of $7,600 they said it was actually supposed to be $10,500. I was obviously very upset. We were lured there under false pretenses and false advertising. I asked the guy to honor the price but he refused and said that mistakes happen. We asked if he could double check to make sure they wont honor it. He said he would see what he could do. He came back with an offer of $8990 but we declined.

I was able test drive 2 vehicles, picking the one best for me with John providing expert knowledge of both. Met Mike Bell at the dealership after inquiring about a specific vehicle advertised online. Mike assured us via phone he would be able to assist us with that specific vehicle, and had even one more, very much alike to view that he would also have ready for us to take a look at when we arrive.Upon arriving and speaking for a few minutes about the two vehicles, Mike explained he would be right back with the keys for our test drive. No less than twenty plus minutes later, left sitting alone- never checked on by anyone- never updated as to what was happening- M.I.A Mike returned only to inform us that the vehicle was found in the service department, un-driveable. Un-driveable due to no battery, two non functional window switches, and tire issues.In short, blaming a lack of communication on the service department as far as the vehicle whereabouts.My wife then explained to Mike that she had emailed BOTH of the stock numbers of the vehicles we were interested in to him so that they would be ready due to our limited time availability. Mike then left to get the keys to the other vehicle, this time limiting our wait for a set of keys to a known vehicle to a mere fifteen minutes.The vehicle was brought up eventually- after doing a quick walk around we did actually get to test drive a vehicle that day.I had asked a few questions of Mike that he had said he would work on while we were out. There was some obvious new brake work done on the rear brakes, and I noticed the front pads were VERY low? Also some marring that should be buffed out on the right rear that he agreed would come right out on detail. Upon returning we spoke with Mike again, informing him that we would be purchasing the vehicle.We secured our own financing through our credit union prior to even beginning to search for a vehicle, so there was no need for any type of in house financing what so ever. Mike informed us that there was a recall on the vehicle, and that he would get it over across the street before the detailing, before we made pickup the following day. Never happened.Apparently, the fax machine doesnt work, or, the staff doesnt know how it works. Mike had the credit union email all of the info to him AGAIN, because the fax doesnt work, and hasnt forever. You guys should probably look into that, too, by the way.After we did actually pick up the vehicle and get it home, it is what we wanted ultimately. However, I am attaching some pictures for whoever may be interested in the level of professionalism involved throughout this entire process. The two filters pictured- Cabin Air, and Engine Air both took a total of ten minutes to change in my driveway with the $21.+ replacements from Rock Auto. Nice job Servicing the vehicle fellas.My wife made her own appointment for the recall without any issue, and it was gladly taken care of directly across the street from Marhofer the following Monday .As far as the Detailing goes....nothing more than a car-wash and vacuum here folks. Truly. Sad. Not even a quik-detail spray wax job was done. Vehicle was never waxed-buffed, mats were never even installed, they were still thrown in the back cargo area. Carpet was NOT cleaned beyond vacuuming. I spent about twenty minutes on each wheel to remove the built up brake dust that did come right off with a stiff nylon brush that is normally used.All around, this was a poor experience from Marhofer, and this was NOT our first vehicle from one of their dealerships.*** UPDATE*** We were contacted with offers to make the situations right by the dealership, with the understanding that once they followed thru on their agreed upon actions we would then report via this edited review. Three + months now have gone by, and we have yet to see all of their own agreed upon items taken care of. More of the same that lead to the initial review Im afraid. Buyer beware. There are far more truly professional local dealerships to take your business, and hard earned money to.
I drive a few extra miles to take my vehicle for service because I am impressed with how fast and friendly the service is at this facility!

He was knowledgeable and courteous both on the phone and in person. He guided us through their no hassel process and as a salaried employee all he cared about was getting us in the right car- the sticker price is the price!Kevin offered us the 172 point inspection and the car fax for both of the cars we were there for up front and was willing to answer any questions. We went to Marhoffer in October and purchased, outright, a 2015 Ford Escape. within 4 weeks, the coolant started leaking and the check engine light was on. When i called Marhoffer, as we had driven the car less then 100 miles in that time, they told me to bring it in to be looked at. They said it was apparently a small leak on the coolant line and they would fix it, but we had to cover half the cost. We fixed had the coolant line fixed (NOT by Marhoffer because i received a quote LOWER then their service department) and this past week had to replace the ENTIRE engine because the coolant was leaking into one of the cylinders and had been longer then we even had the vehicle. Marhoffer sold us a lemon. And wouldn’t do a thing to make anything right. we paid more on the car then was listed online, we took that even though their advertising was incorrect because we loved the vehicle. do not trust Marhoffer. i will never be returning there again for anything.
We stopped up to inquire on purchasing a 2020 Santa Fe. We were able to look at the car and it had what we were looking for. Josh, our sales rep, did his job and ran the numbers laying out our options. He was pleasant to work with the whole process. After looking over the numbers presented, I placed a counter offer as most would do when negotiating a car. Josh took the offer to Rob, sales manager, who proceeded to waltz over and inform us the prices on the car is the best hes got and has no idea where our offer came from. We talked and he stated he could come down from $32,xxx to $29,500. Through a little more talking he came to $29,000 and walked away to run the numbers. After roughly 30 minutes he returned, laid out the paper, stated he would only do $30,000, not $29,000 or $29,500 because hes taking a huge loss.Overall Josh was a great salesman and personable to work with. Rob was very rude from the beginning and was not willing to work in order to make a sale. I have been to many dealerships, my father was a car salesman who was with us at Ron Marhofer to help deal. All cars are negotiable which is why they mark them up in the first place. I will be taking my business elsewhere as I am not willing to work with Rob.

I reached out to Ron Marhofer of Green from a listing on Car Guru. Josh and I communicated over several days on his days off. He connected me with his Sales Manager who then connected us to Earl. I could not give a higher review of the entire team. Earl was our Sales Consultant and I would send anyone I know to him. The entire team was kind and low pressure. We bought a van there about a month and a half ago with the agreement they would fix the passenger window and link arms.They fixed the window and said the control arm just had grease on them and cleaned it. A week later the motor in the driver side window broke, so we brought it back for them to fix. A week later the check engine light came on. We made an appointment and the day we took it up there the front strut started making noise. After diagnoseing the van they said the strut was causing the noise and the bank one Catalytic converter was causing the check engine light. The strut replacement would cost $400 and the catalytic converter would cost $1000. At this point weve had the van for less than two weeks and couldnt pass e-check to get plates and registration done. They reluctantly said they would cover the cost of the converter but we had to pay for the strut. We picked up the van for the service paper to say a the flange and gasket were replaced instead of the converter. We drove the van for two days and once again the check engine light came back on. We scheduled another appointment for technician Chase to tell us the other technician, Hank(service manager), put the wrong part in. In reality Hank lied to us saying he replaced it when he didnt to save the dealership money. it back they replaced like they said they did the first time. We got the van back after they actually replaced the catalytic converter. The van was now noticeably louder. Hank told us it was not their fault and they wouldnt do anything about it. A few days later the check engine light is on again but now for a different issue... We are extremely disappointed in our car buying experience and we would never recommend anyone getting service or purchasing a vehicle from Ron marhofer Hyundai, or frankly any ron marhofer when they allow such behavior.. Buyer beware! Did not expect to have such trouble with a $9000 dollar car or be lied to by a trusted dealer.
This was the very best dealership experience my wife and I ever had. Super nice people to deal with, upfront and honest, NO games or high pressure sales, handed us the keys to drive ourselves as long as we wanted with NO salesman in the back seat. We drove over an hour to come to this dealership only with the intentions of looking and considering our options, never expecting to buy a vehicle at the first placed we looked. This place surpassed our expectations. The staff was warm and welcoming! They even let our puppy come with us to browse their selection. We felt heard and understood instead of being ‘pushed’ around. So grateful the car we liked was sold with these guys. Can’t recommend them enough!
Scheduling service was very easy. The receptionist was polite, knowledgeable, and asked intelligent questions to describe the issue I was experiencing with my car. On the day of service the staff was prompt, courteous, and seemed genuinely interested in my concerns about my vehicle. Pricing was over the top, as expected from a dealership but the level of service I was shown exceeds any dealership I have dealt with previously.
Couldnt fix my problems with my brand new Genesis have to drive another 38 miles back again. No car wash opened. Stay away from this dealer. They like to sell them but sure dont like to service them.

Terrible service. Danielle in sales was not professional at all - was more interested in his cell phone than selling a car.After waiting half an hour for them to review our trade in, another guy came up to us and said he was going to start the review and proceeded to argue with us over how much we needed to put down on a car. At that point we walked out.Total waste of time. Its a real shame, because we really liked the car.

I was very disappointed with this dealership after strongly encouraging my nephew to purchase a vehicle from them which he bought a 2019 Santa Fe which is a beautiful vehicle. Although they didnt tell him until after the purchase that it only had one key and they wanted $300 for a extra one. Definitely not right.

I worked with Rob Rose and he was extremely helpful and understanding of my hesitation on pulling the trigger on my first ever vehicle purchase. I never felt pressured and all the staff were really down to earth and easy to deal with. These guys quite literally have the best deals for miles and their customer care is great. They understood that I was making a longer trip and provided me with all the answers and pictures I wanted even before I arrived. After looking at the vehicle I had thought I wanted, I found another similar, but overall better version so I upgraded for yet again a great deal. Whether youre close or far, I definitely recommend this dealership!
Had a great experience! Worked with Kevin Ward who was fantastic as were the others who helped with the sale. They did everything honestly and upfront to make a seamless transaction even with the added work as I was trading in 2 vehicles.
