But we started off Rocky with lil miss communication but they are all great workers awesome car it would recommended anyone to have their car worked on our to purchase a vehicle from them. I do not recommend at all save your money considered going somewhere. Not customer friendly or are good mechanics.

This was my second and last time back. The first visit I was getting a canister vac sensor replaced. The technician just kept clearing the code with the computer. I ended up coming back 4 times before Ferris sent my truck to his cousins shop to be fixed. Today I returned to get a power steering pump put on which I was told would take 1 to 1.5 hours. I was there 4+ hours and when I got my truck back it had black grease all over my headliner from the mechanics hands or something. I have to get it cleaned now. After I drove my truck off the lot I heard a terrible whining sound when I accelerated. I called Ferris and he told me to take it to his other mechanic across town. His own mechanic told me that when they started my truck the cap wasnt on and it was my power steering soaked alternator that was making the whi ring sound. Ferris promised to detail my truck and to replace the alternator, but reniged. I thought it funny especially during his religious holiday. He had his mechanics hang up on me and is now avoiding me causing me to sue. Whatever you do DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. YOU WILL REGRET IT. If I could give them a zero rating I would.#SUPER FLAKEY

Broke down at the exit ramp on a sunday and luckily they were open to help. I was moving to north carolina in a group and could not wait. They allowed me to leave the car there and even offered to lend a car to the airport to get a rental. One of the better experiences Ive had from a small shop. They did diagnostic and got me going at no extra charge. Definitely helped me when I needed it.

Went in to have tires mounted and balanced now my car shakes at highway speeds. At least the tires are on..

This business will give you a price for the service you want done, and theyll charge you the quoted price. But youre not getting out of there without something else going wrong thatll cost you much more money than your first problem..

Kenny did a great job on my daughters car, the subframe had rotted out, he replaced it and the price was great, everyone there was very helpful. Ill be going back for more work.
