Need more check out cashiers at all stores. Forever have to stand in line every shopping experience

Dollar is the store for almost anything, although I wish they would get more of the neat items advertised in our store

Employees are very friendly and helpful. A little disorganized but yesterday was Easter so its to be expected. Overall will continue to shop at this particular location.

The employees have mostly been helpful when Ive needed to ask for help about items, and when they normally carry an item but run out, theyve tried to tell me where else might have it. Theyre organization and stock displays need tending most time i visit which is why Ive given the Dollar Tree 4 stars instead of 5. But good overall experiences and decent products here for a buck.

I really do like the place but more and more often the store is messy. Stock boxes block the isles so bad you cant push a buggy in some of the isles!

Love the Dollar Tree!! I purchase most of my decorations, gift wrap, cards, and kitchen gadgets there. The seasonal choices are great. Go early in the season to get the best selection. Solid selection of food too.

Today is the first day in awhile that I have ever walked into DT on richland and immediately got greeted as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed help with anything. I needed some balloons, and she was currently blowing them for Valentine’s Day. She immediately acknowledged me and stopped what she was doing and assisted me. (SAMM) is absolutely the most respectable sweetest and cares about her customers. Samm is the first one I have come across that takes pride in her job. Dollar Tree needs to acknowledge her with her customer service. Thanks a lot to Samm who takes customer service seriously!!

Overall a great place! They have lots of nice cheap items. Some items are of good quality to be priced at a $1.

I stopped in yesterday for some last minute birthday decorations and to get some balloons blown up. Thank you so much to Tristan for all of your help. He was stocking shelfs and stopped to help us. He was very kind and answered all 100 questions I had lol! He was such a wonderful help. Excellent customer service! I will definitely go to the Dollar Tree first!

Even though everything in there is one dollar, if youre on a tight budget, you can find a lot of nice things at the Dollar Tree, from staples to canned goods, cooking utensils, glassware and dinnerware, to what have you. But my favorite part is the decoration section. You can get matching place settings and table cloths, birthday and wedding banners, rubber and mylar balloons, party favors or whatever you need to have a lovely party for kids or grownups. They have gift wrap, gift bags, ribbons, bows and stuffing . . . Whew, I cant think of anything youd need for a party that they dont have. . . Except maybe the champagne.

When you dont have money or it is low. Dollar Tree is the place to go!!!

Nice size store, they usually have a lot more variety than other smaller dollar stores. This one has a freezer and refrigerator section.

The cashier was very rude and smart mouthed. I was in their with my mom and we both said we was unsatisfied and she was looking for a number to call about her.

Simple items at low prices. Store is in serious need of cleaning and getting products on the shelves and off the floor.

The aiken store in Richland. Associates are rude, sarcastic and if I remember correctly they are there for us. Not us for them. I will never stop foot back in that store. If u plan on keeping this store open you should hire people who know how to work with the public. Just lost a sale of about 20 dollars.

The workers were rude and said they open at 9 but when I went to walk in they said we’re not open but it was like 9:02 ....
