Two day old doughnuts! Thats what I got this morning! Two day old doughnuts! They taste like grease!

Worker had attitude because I pulled up to the window to pick up my online order. She informed me I’m supposed to “let her know” at the speaker. My order was scheduled to be picked up at 4:55. I got there after 5pm. She obviously had an attitude because it wasn’t ready- not my fault.

Donuts was the best. The cashier was polite and helpful. She packed my donuts for me . Thanked me and said come back soon

We had an excellent experience at this Krispy Kreme! The staff and manager were patient, helpful, and gave truly superlative customer service. Our donuts and drinks were delicious and we will be back for more of the same!

Got to watch an whole production of donuts get made go through the icing around the conveyor belt and straight into an garbage can. Such a waste

My sugar had dropped. They were very nice and checked on me. I ate 3 donuts to bring it back so I could focus.

Cant go wrong with Krispy Kremes Themed donuts. Especially on St. Pattys Day.

They wont tell you if an item is not available on special event donuts and sell you a dozen. You are expecting all of them and when you are home you notice they are some different not worth for what you pay.

You may not be able to go out trick or treating but you can still bring the sweet treats home this Halloween!!

Every time I come here it’s, “we don’t have any raspberry filled donuts.” Ok well do you even make them anymore?! 🤦🏾‍♀️

Nothing like hot now donuts! Not always pretty in the box, maybe 50 percent of the time, but its always delicious.

First time in Aiken on wed 7.17 and the kids wanted donuts. Dont really care for Dunkin donuts and that red light was on here lol the atmosphere was pretty nice. The cashier looked liked she wasnt much of a vocal person but overall it was pretty good. And them donuts were worth every single penny!

Dont pass up the Hot and Ready sign!! Excellent service and donuts are always delicious. Grab some coffee too.

I had to get some Mars doughnuts for todays Preservation landing! I ate way too many! They were good!

Seems like every time I come no matter what time it is they never have anything in stock but regular glazed and I have to wait forever for that ridiculous! Staff is nice though

I asked the drive thru cashier if they had hot original glazed. Was informed they make them at 10 am and 5 pm!!!!! What!!!! I live in Lexington and our red light is always on!!!! I ordered a assorted 1/2 dozed and one donut being a pumpkin cake, upon being received, it was broke in half in the box! What kind of service is this! Management needs to be fired and the whole crew need to be as well!

Only 3 stars because why can’t they make more of certain doughnuts when it’s literally a doughnut shop like you can make original all day but you can’t make the pumpkin spice cinnamon swirls all day...I feel like if you’re gonna run a limited time doughnut you need to make them all day not oh we ran out that’s fine we’ll just say we’re out...gonna lose business like that I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to make them all day no matter what type of doughnut it is...

6/19/20 @ 1:19 PM I wanted to take my little one here just because. I informed Rachael at the drive thru that it was my first time just to ask for a bit of extra time. He wanted lemon-filled and I, regular. We decided on lemon-filled because the price would be the same. We bought a dozen for $12 plus tax. It took us approximately 20 seconds to get from the order screen to the window to pay, but you wouldve thought we ordered a whole catered meal, changed it, then blamed them for the color of the sky based on the reaction we got. Their eyes were rolled so hard it looked like they were about to have seizures. The little girl from the back had to come up front just to see how petty she wanted to be and who she was about to screw over. We ended up getting at least half the donuts with dime-sized creme filling. NEVER AGAIN. If you hate your job and your life, change it or stay home. NO ONE NEEDS YOU, especially when we pay for your product and service. The grocery store is better and so are their people. I would give 0 stars if I could. I wouldve given 4 stars just for some decent dispositions.

I ordered my donuts without glaze, fresh hot now sign was on. They gave me donuts with glaze. I was already home and really didnt want to go back out.

They have some donuts that should not be but offer all ok .....but donuts that have frosting in them 😕 what is that. The worries every had.. glaze donuts the best here.......the rest good luck...

Order was messed up and the cashier range us up for more than what we ordered and tried to convince us to change our order so she wouldn’t have to correct her mistake.

The staff was extremely friendly. My son accidentally dropped his water and they were quick to clean it up and didnt have a problem doing so. The lady also gave him a free treat which was very nice of her. The location was very nice, clean, and organized. The wait time for my order was very quick and of course it was delicious as always.

I love their donuts so much I literally have to space out my visits....but when I walked into the store today it was so flipping hot in there I had to take off my hoodie right away. When I asked why it was so hot in there they said people had been complaining it was cold in there. REALLY? So their answer is to turn up the heat SO high you feel like your going to pass out?

Husband says the Donuts were Yummy. However, We had a very odd experience.Number 1 there was not much selection to choose from.Number 2 An employee was cleaning the rollers while Fresh donuts were coming out. Cleaning is Great but she is spraying Water and not paying attention. Water was spraying in the direction of the Fresh Donuts! Not Exaggerating... Less than 8 feet away she was Spraying. No Doubt Water/Mist was getting on the Fresh Donuts. Odd and Kinda Gross.

My donut was flattened and not as good as it usually is. Not fresh. Very disappointed.

They can not get the choc iced donuts in the right place filled with pudding. I got my 4 dozen in 3 months and they HAD THAT AWFUL WHITE CREAM IN THEM.

My husband went in to get me some donuts 20 minutes before they close (I understand they run out of things and that’s not why I’m annoyed). As my husband was asking for something he was cut off by a rude girl behind the counter. This isn’t the first bad experience with this store either.

July 14 at 9:30am took a visit and the lady working the drive-thru was the absolute rudest person. You are in a customer service industry, if you can’t smile or say please and thank you to the people you come in contact with GET ANOTHER JOB. I love Krispy Kreme but this employee needs a reality check. Be mindful when visiting this location you may not get the best service.

The three people working here did not have masks on correctly as they did not have their nose covered and their mouth was partially not covered. then a worker in the back near the donuts coughed and i did not feel the need to be here anymore.

This location is NEVER aware of the national deals that Krispy Kreme sends to customers. so you cant guarantee to get the deal unless you have a smart phone on you. Right now, you should be able to get any sized ice coffee for $1 for nearly a week - and they had no idea about it and didnt honor it. Earlier this month, had a birthday reward, they said it wasnt on my account. Came back with a printed email and SURPRISE it was on the account. Seems like its a training issue with how to use their own system since this has happened repeatedly at this location. Frustrating to go in for a budget friendly treat and not be able to enjoy the discount and treat. If I wanted to pay full price - Id go to the much superior Dunkin. Also, this coffee was definitely burnt. Not returning.

Too Good!

Started a fundraiser for my family reunion. Did application didnt think it was a problem. Collect the money go to the store and give them the items needed. Manager said didnt see application. Fill out another one just to hear the general manager will contact me. Really. I have known a lot of different organizations including family reunion have use Krispy Kreme so Im not understandingthe problem.

Loved the smell when you walk into the store. Oh my goodness it smelled so good.

Excellent doughnuts, fantastic service all provided by the best people in the industry. The wait line varies depending upon the day and time of day. Yet the staff keeps the line moving along and in an efficient manner.I recommend and frequently visit this restaurant.

Waaaayyy too much sugar in that cream! I actually kinda liked the place itself. The staff was friendly and helpful. Its just the food Im not crazy about. All of it is way way way too sweet! 🤢🤢

We had a field trip here through our homeschool group. The staff was absolutely fantastic! So friendly, so accommodating. The kids loved learning about making donuts. And of course, we all loved eating them!

Oh my goodness! I just had the privilege of savoring a Krispy Kreme doughnuts while that famous light is on and all I can say is that Ill never look at a doughnut quite the same after that experience! It was overwhelmingly AMAZING! I went inside for the first time and the amazing smell only made my craving worse! The staff was super cheerful and sweet which just made this choice an all around slam dunk! Dont change a thing!!!

You know its not going to be a very good donut when you walk on and the smell of burnt grease hits you in the face. The lady was nice enough so I figured I would just get one, yep should have just got it from the circle k down the road. It had a very odd smell and taste to it. Not very good. And the floor was so sticky I couldnt stand to walk bc my shoes were sticking to the floor the whole time. Dont think I will be going back.

The customer service was really good and not only that the customers themselves were kind. Good experience. I ordered coffee and a 24 box donuts.
