Shout out to Jermaine abd Anthony, the 2 delivery drivers that delivered my sectional today. These guys are awesome, they got it in and even continued to move it around until it was set up the way I wanted it. We need more workers like this, their work ethic is phenomenal. 5 stars from me!!!

I bought a sofa in December right before I had surgery on my foot. One of the recliners need to be adjusted. I am 79, female, live alone As soon as I could drive again I went in to discuss my problem. The man that was there never told me his name. He said a service repairman would be here today. I got up at 8am, got dressed and waited. At 11:30am I called the store. The same man answered the phone. He said, “ No one is coming today . I did not have time to find your ticket. I was too busy to look for it. They will be there Monday “. Now I gave this man the date I bought the sofa, my name, my address and my phone number when i ask for help. This was poor customer service

The customer service at this place is impeccable! Theyre kind and helpful. Abbott assisted us each time we came in to narrow down our choices. He was patient in answering all of our questions and concerns. Wonderful guy! Definitely great quality furniture with a great staff.

Please do not get caught up in what you think is a great deal; its a set up. the furniture is not of the best quality. and Jeremy and his staff are THE RUDEST!!! yes Jeremey has been in been for a long time under different furniture company names in Aiken ripping people off.

Yes, you can get a good deal on furniture there; they are willing to lower the prices to match or beat out the competition. However, its more of a bait and switch tactic. Because my family did not get what we ordered and the customer service afterwards was horrible. yes when you walk in everything is set up nicely; but dont get fooled by the cover of the book; because its really a terrible story. think of how hansel and gretel were lured to the house because it was made of candy yet there was witch inside-yeah keep that in mind

Absolutely amazing service and staff. We went there searching for a complete king bedroom set and left ecstatic. All 3 of the workers who were there were very friendly but the 2 that checked us out were fantastic! Will go back for any future needs.

We have many choices where to buy furniture. We can buy at big box stores or online or at a local furniture store.We chose to buy our living and bedroom furniture at Aiken Furniture.We had a sofa that didnt get stitched correctly and an ottoman that had a wonky leg. They replaced the ottoman and replaced a portion of the fabric on the sofa.No hassle. Professional and prompt replacement and service.I would highly recommend Aiken Furniture. Like buying insurance. Anyone can sell you it but what is the response time if you have a claim.Linda Atwater.

I purchased a Jackson furniture sectional from this company, the frame for your arm collapsed, which was repaired 3 months after purchase, We discovered the arm support was nothing more then a thin piece of cardboard, it collapsed again in August 2017, and did not last more then 5 months, the frame has a lifetime warranty, the arm frame failed again. Warranty is supposed to be handled by the seller.Prior to their move they said they would take care of it, but it is now April 2018 and it is still not repaired, I would still like it repaired- but am still waiting.

Lovely stuff and staff was very nice. Im giving it a negative review because they have a NO RETURNS policy - on anything! Say the piece didnt look or fit just right in your home... most any furniture will let you exchange (for a reasonable fee of course). They wouldnt let me return a brand new, never used ottoman. Out $400. Poo on them, I wont be back!

This store is most deceitful in its approach to selling. I was a stressed buyer looking for a recliner for my mother who is in a nursing home., her recliner broke the day before after 14 years of constant use.I completed the transaction with Jeremy for a Catnapper power recliner. Agreed to accept the floor model even though it was damaged as the situation was one of urgency. Jeremy assured me that it would be replaced when one came in. HOWEVER; After taking my charge card and processing the purchase he removed the top sales slip and then stamped my copy with ALL SALES FINAL NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS. I neededto know that in advance..because certain assurances were made and bad information about the chair stated. No manual, no instructions for a 9 volt battery and where to place it no paper work on guaranty/warranty provided. I was told to go to Catnapper website and it would be there. Instead found 150 complaints on the internet about Jackson Furniture Co. and how poor their products were. The majority were same purchases as mine. Cancelled my card before the transaction could be completed. BAD business practices. Just like Jackson Furniture Co. No matter what, save your money as you wont get any satisfaction from the Manufacturer, doubt that Furniture Outlet would provide any either, as they do not state the sales conditions in the store or on their website, of ALL SALES FINAL NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS!!FYI...the above picture is in error!Up date Nov 19 2016; on the information above. A forgotten statement regarding lifetime warranty. IF you purchase anything manufactured by Jackson Furniture Co. off the floor IT IS Not Covered under their warranty. This is one reason we cancelled our account with Citi bank even though it would be under the conditions and classified as a fraudulent purchase. This was the only way we could prevent the payment process. Advice from Citi Bank itself; the purchase was still under pending and had not gone over to active...as advised by the Citi bank agent once in active all we could do was to dispute the transaction. The best way to protect our funds was to close, using Fraudulent purchase as reasoning. We have excellent credit rating and would never have proceeded in this manner had the original transaction been forthright and honest. Now a week later, the chair that was delivered Saturday 11/12 still sits in our hall way [covered] waiting for Furniture Outlet to come pick it up. Since Monday 11/14, I have contacted them 3 times. To no avail....I was told today by the Manager of this Aiken store, that it is out of his hands; his boss will handle this going forward....if you had not posted to the website, he would have come for the chair by now. It remains to be seen how long the boss will leave a product out of inventory and out of possibility of another sale due to our truthful statement about their business practices.

Bought a couch that has needed repair two times in under a year and a half. They didnt want to cover it the second time. I have never needed a couch repaired in my life until this one. Manager Jeremy is beyond rude. Avoid this place at all cost!
