Keisha was great, shopping with a toddler is always a challenge and she took it all in stride. She answered all out questions and make sure we got the best value for our money on a mattress and box spring.

When we went to check out the mattress, the lady manager said that if we didn’t like the mattress set we could exchange it for another set without a fee. When we went back to buy the king size mattress set, she had us sign a form saying there was a rather high cost to exchange the set. We broke in the set exactly as she had told us to. Within a week we hated the new mattress set. We tried to exchange it but were told of the cost to do that. We reminded them what the lady manager had said when we were just checking it out. We were then told we were never told that and would have to pay the high exchange fee. We absolutely HATE the set and sharing with our friends and family what happened. None of us like being lied to and each person we share this experience with is sharing with others and so on.Cruz Garcia

Overall the shopping experience and mattress are fine, but we got taken advantage of and cheated out of several hundred dollars. We purchased a few extra things to go with our mattress and were told they would be shipped directly to our house. After several tries to find out where our stuff is and them blaming it on covid every single time it has now been a year and we STILL don’t have our stuff. I would not purchase here again.

We are happy with our choice of beds. But the sales associate wasn’t clear about delivery. My husband asked if they had free delivery, and we were told they didn’t have it. We were told we could get delivery for $79 (discounted from $149). We have a truck, my husband is a beast, and we were already spending A LOT on the bed. So we decided to pick the bed up from the store ourselves rather than pay for delivery. When we went to pick up the bed the sale associate there (not the one that helped us) looked at us as if we were crazy. She then proceeded to tell us we could have had the bed delivered for free (no set up, just drop it off). The bed was a real pain to move and super heavy. But we did it. We just wish the sales associate had been more clear about delivery.

Regarding their satisfaction warranty, Mattress Firm excels in that area. We had a concern regarding the height of our bed. We returned to the store, explained our concern and emphasized we were thrilled how completely comfortable our chosen mattress has become. We viewed the options available to us to lower the height of the mattress top. Several options were available. We chose an option most appropriate for our situation. The change of the bed foundation was scheduled for a convenient time.Delivery was made by courteous, helpful and professional team. They arrived, introduced themselves, the same team that delivered the initial bed, and proceeded to complete the task. It had been raining that day. The team members, two people brought in the replacement foundation, wore booties on the shoes and set a protective door mat at our homes entrance all to protect our home.
