I normally don’t do reviews but this just didn’t sit right with me. I’ve been going to Aiken discount for probably about 3 years normally I go for my tires to be rotated and while I’m there I get them to change my oil but normally my husband does the oil. I call a week ahead of time to see if I could get a same day appt they have nothing available so I schedule a first available for next week. I get there and they said I never scheduled an appointment while they are slam packed full. Took 2 and a half hours to complete which I got since they technically had to fit me in because someone forgot to schedule my appointment that was made. Get home and drive my car and it’s spewing oil because there is too much oil in my car. I don’t even see how this could happen with professionals but it did.

Everybody here is very friendly and nice! I highly recommend Aiken Discount tire to everyone! Christine is a very nice person as well as the owner. They treat there customers with respect an very professional!

Cannot give a more positive review of this establishment. We are from out of state and we’re passing through Aiken and woke up to a low tire from a nail puncture. Found Aiken Tire on Google about a mile away. They took us right in and had tire repaired in < 1/2 hour for what was a remarkably smalll bill. Lovely, polite, professional people. I truly want to thank them with all of my heart.

Good people. Locally owned and usually busy for the same reason. I just bought a new set of tires for my truck and had a flat the 3 days later. I figured I had a bad valve stem. Nope, it was a self tapping screw in the tread in my passenger rear tire. They didnt charge me a dime for the repair. Good people. Nothing else to say.

After being given options for tires for my vehicle, I arrived at time schedule for appointment. Friendly, professional staff checked me in, whisked my car away, and returned it in just a hour, sporting its new “shoes”. The facility is impressive and the price was awesome! Thanks, y’all….

I am so thankful for Mr. Wallace and Aiken Discount Tire and Auto. I hit a pot hole on I-20. Im from out of town and had to get my car towed here. Stranded and scared Mr. Wallace put my cars needs in front of others to make sure I made it to Atlanta within the same day. I dont know what I would have done if he didnt fix my car. I live 4 hours away and very unfamiliar with the small town. Mr. Wallace was my guardian angel. He even called the next day to make my car was still running fine. This is the type of customer service you NEVER see anymore. I am so blessed and thank God for Mr. Wallace. Best tire shop hands down!

After 4 weeks of waiting for the frontend of our minivan to be repaired @ #AikenDiscountTires in Aiken,SC. N a quote of about $1200 + Labor. In the process of waiting, they tell my my brakes are grinding, metal to metal sound. Which I didnt hear when I did hear n feel like something was wrong in the frontend. 2 days before I took it in to have it checked. So of cause I declined to have the brakes changed @ $500 is what the told my wife!They go n CHARGE US $1,901.10!!!!NEVER AGAIN WILL U GET OUR BUSINESS, N ANY1 ELSE WE KNOW!

I wanted a specific tire that want in stock so they ordered my tires and installed them the next day. Friendly and helpful employees. Installation was quicker than any other tire dealer Ive ever shopped at.

Quality service, but dont plan on waiting . Better to drop off . Extremely long wait . They give you a wait time but its never near the time . Like 2 hours after time quoted.

Very professional. Chris did an outstanding job. My son was driving from Maryland back to college at Ole Miss and had a tire go out on I-20. We were able to call and get him to the shop, where they took care of getting him back on the road. He made it to Mississippi that evening. Chris and the team there were such a blessing!

I called all over Aiken trying to find someone to help me with a new tire for my camper with no avail when I found Aiken Discount Tire. I explained I was visiting from out of town and was on my way back home when I got a flat tire on my camper. Aiken Discount Tire fixed me up super fast under an hour, and I was on my way. About 2 hours down the road I called with an issue I was having with the tire they replaced. Spoke with the owner and he took care of my problem — super nice folks with excellent customer service.

Very professional!!!! Quick diagnosis!! And very, very clean! They even sanitized the seats after each customer! The local fire department and police also does business here!!! Great people!!!

These folks are fine Christians and one need not be wary of getting service done. From my personal experience I know they will not repair something needlessly or rack up the bill. They also have the best tire prices in the csra I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend this place to everyone. They even provide free rotations every 7000 miles for any tires purchased and installed there and will not try to upsell you into something you dont need.

Outstanding local business. They were friendly in way that made you feel like family as soon as you walked in. Not to mention they also had the lowest prices in Aiken. I highly recommend them!! I will never take my car anywhere else.

I popped in today to get two tires replaced. I was taken care of quickly and back on the road in no time. They also have the ability to special order tires. Awesome!

In and out, these guys are about their business! Service with dignity and friendly staff, a real pleasure to work with! Todd knows his stuff great with Suspension and alignments. Mr. Wallace long time owner is hands on present in the building over 90% of the time. This is the place to go for repairs, without worries of being over charged!

Ive been buying tires here for years and I have never had a major issue. The few minor things that have happened were corrected as soon as I had time and Ive never been charged for anything other than the work that Ive asked for. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I pass at least 7 other tire places just to come to this shop.

I’m all about giving people credit when u do a good job. This place is not even close! Called to get a quote & make sure they have a tire in drove across town. After waiting forever they send lady over to say they don’t have it. I ask “why would they tell us 15 min ago they did?” She proceeds to say I’m obviously having a bad day. I say “well I am now” after exchanging a few words she I finally said “u know u could just say sorry u drove over & we were wrong” ...no she literally says “we don’t reward bad behavior with an apology!!! SAY WHAT??? Stay away people trust me!!!

Not just tires! People that keep thier word, are the only ones I deal with. Ive never been disappointed here, and trust and depend on this business with great regularity with the many vehicles that I buy sell and trade, and provide for my family. Id trust my mother to these people. Great place.

This place is really cheap but I dont know if thats a good thing because not one thing went right here and even a long customer he stated that the only good thing about the place is if you need a tire but nothing else and it comes down to this man was right on the money and they still charged me even though that did not fix my problem and they just gave me a sheet of paper stateing that there was lots of things wrong and could do no more with my car so I went else where with my business and the only thing I will buy from there are their great tires.

Owner laughed at my wife then charged her for an alignment that we never asked for. They lied and said that the service was asked for specifically. People like this are crooked and life has a way of repaying how you treat hard working people.

This business once again did an excellent job, and was able to get me an appointment during hours I am not working. I needed new rotars, and a tire patch. I was able to make an appt for early Sat a.m., and only had to wait about 1.5 hours or so. The staff there are very professional,vand explain things well.

Technicians are friendly but limited abilities - wouldnt recommend coming here for anything other than tires. Owner doesnt keep his word, hides in his office while nasty office manager lies about him not being there. Wont be back.

Ive gotten 4 sets of tires here and I have been 100% satisfied every time. Just today they pressed ball joints and bushings for me 45 minutes before closing. Cant beat customer service like this.

To be honest. The service was good, But I paid over $180.00 more in parts. I went to this place because it was an emergency, but I checked prices later. I found the tires for $47.00 and they chaged me $70.00, also the rootors for my breaks I found them in $30.00 they also changed me $70.00. I was very upset with pricing. The charge for labor was normal, but they charge too MUCH, for parts. I would advise you to buy your parts online and have them put them on.

Best tire and service in Aiken. Same mechanics have worked there for years and anytime you find a place that can keep their mechanics and treat their employees right, they are treating their customers right too.

Never a response from the online quote option (2 submissions). Today I found myself in the lost void of elevator music from being placed on hold for the third time. I shouldnt have to drive to the business to make an appointment if they have phones. Ill utilize other tire centers from now on.

The only discount you get from Discount Tires is the word Discount. These people are very ridiculous! If you have your own (tire pressure monitor system) tpms that needs to be installed in one tire. They want to charge you $20.00 per tire and $20.00 to program each tire. My advice too you is to go somewhere else unless you do not mind throwing your money away.

I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone. Terrible customer service. Had my truck brought here by another company I was dealing with, took them forever to do the workand when tthey finally went to do the front end alignment they neglected to tell me I had a tie rod end that was ready to fall apart. Cant do an alignment with a bad tie rod end.

Quick turn around to get your tires back on the road with you as well!

Took my car here after I got into an accident. First, I didnt receive one call the whole day they were looking at it and I kept having to call them. 5 hours later they told me they couldnt fix it that day and needed to order parts. They quoted me at $1000 worth of damage but insurance came it had almost $6000 worth of damage, which totaled the car. Found out later from the mechanic that the bottom of the car was all torn up (so more obvious damage that they never told me about) and that they wouldnt have been able to do those repairs anyway. The owner called after the weekend was over to ask if it was getting repaired as if he didnt know the story. Wallace and the lady who works at the front end were incredibly nasty to me and my husband during the whole ordeal.

We used Aiken Discount Tire to replace our breaks, and mysteriously the center cap emblem on our Cadillac is missing. No one wanted to take responsibility, and blamed us. The owner was extremely rude and advised my husband if his worker said he didnt do it then thats the end of it and to leave the property. They accused my husband of being rude and accusatory. You think?!. We get service from you. And this mishap happen, not only are we blamed, but we were humiliated, and made to feel like we were wrong. TO ANYONE THAT USES AIKEN DISCOUNT TIRE SERVICES. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAR THIROUGHLY BEFORE LEAVING WITH THEM. I just want to prevent this unfortunate incident from happening to someone else
