I had a flat tire on my Alfa and knew I needed new tires so I took it here after calling around everywhere and everywhere else kinda brushed me off like they were too busy. As someone who works in Customer Service, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. My car feels great, drives great, and they got it in sooner than expected. I’ll definitely be coming back when needed.

As u can see I been going to Midas for years until this week my journey has stopped there they have always did my oil changes etc and tire rotation until I recently found out they strip my bolts out and when I brought it to there attention they wanted to charge me to fix there issues that they did were is the satisfaction for ur customers in that there is none Givin me the thats normally wear n tear no its not I can put a bolt In and put it on right this was neglect to do a job right and a rush job how ever I will pay to have my vehicle fix but not bye them anymore I hope the 89.99 was worth me being a customer for over 7 years and telling everyone how good of service u guys do when I hear people talk bad about this place .I think the public should noe what kinda place this is yall check ur cars .

They were a absolute blessing! I was beside myself with anxiety and stress, they kept in touch constantly to update me and were very friendly and patient. Thankfully the problem was gone quickly and they gave me the guarantee I needed. Plus, they did not charge me for their time. I am so grateful.

Could of had a little faster service since I had an appointment and still had a long wait. However,the staff was very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and sat down with me to explain what needed to be done.

Great service out of there in less than a hour

I called Midas to have a repair done to my 2014 Ram 1500 before towing to their location. I was told they would honor my warranty with American AutoShield. The next day a different employee claimed not to honor after I towed my vehicle and recommended me to another Auto repair facility that took me though the exact same scenario! What a waste of time and money. I give them 2 stars for being such good professionals at wasting my time and money👎🏾

I made two separate calls requesting an estimate for some work to be done on my car. Both times I was put on hold for an extremely long period of time (almost 25 minutes each) for the person to go to the computer and get an estimate. The person never came back to the phone. I am more than certain that this was intentional. The person should be fired for this. The owner of this establishment must be informed about this. The customers time is just as important as your time.

These guys are very knowledgeable and are very professional. The prices are reasonable and they actually care about your car. After service if you experience any problems you can just take your car back and they will check it out and make it right. Billy is the manager and he is great, he knows his customers by name. I would definitely recommend this place for your car needs.

The staff at this location is always very friendly and courteous. I have been using them for oil changes in two of my cars for a couple of years now. I appreciate that they include tire rotation with their oil changes, because a lot of other places in town do not. They send coupons on a regular basis, which helps out with the price. I also like that they check to see if theres anything else wrong with your car that you need to know about, so that you can go ahead and get those things fixed, if you can afford it.

I like going to this establishment. They get me in and out, take care of any issues Or concerns I may have and never try to up sale me on something I do not need. If they encounter something I am not aware of they being it to my attention and give me the option to address it, recommendations and general opinion. Prices are always fair to me. As long as I am in Aiken I will be going to them, if I don’t move to far I’ll continue to do so thereafter.

At first I was afraid to go to a third-party auto repair shop, but this Midas is awesome. Billy is the manager. He is super nice. They have really good professional people wholl take care of your car! They do good inspection too

I went there for a routine oil change and had an excellent experience. I received a coupon from Kroger so definitely be on the lookout for possible deals. They discovered I had a rear brake pad issue which Im good in comparative quotes for obviously, but it was nice to know that. Also their waiting room had on Bear Grylls which is endlessly more entertaining than any other waiting room Ive ever been in

They always do a great job, and wait times are never long. Even if there is an issues, theyre prompt on correcting it.

Its a good place to get your muffler taken care of all of your mufflers needs

NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!So I was originally told it would cost $19.99 to diagnose the A/C in the truck... then when I dropped it off I was told $89.99 to do the evac and recharge so I said go ahead as long as its around $100. A/C in South Carolina is important! I get a call that they found a leak and for $203.00 I will have A/C in the farm truck. It was more than I wanted to pay but the thought of A/C all summer was worth it! The next morning I took my horse to the Vista to school and on the way home it was blowing hot air at me when the A/C was on high. Today I took it back and they said the compressor needs to be replaced for $700+ more dollars! I pointed out that if they had diagnosed it properly the first time I would never have gotten it fixed. They offered no refund, I gave them $200 and I still have no A/C in the truck!

Midas in aiken is under new management and I had one of the best experiences. Very friendly and courteous and explained very well the repairs needed for my vehicle. Will go back and recommend everyone I know to visit Midas in Aiken

Never have Smart Start IDD device installed here. They take care of Midas customers before your installation. Been sitting here since 8 am its now 1130 am. Still have not started. It could be 2 more hours. Customer service is terrible not a bit freindly.No HEAT in sitting area, burr!

If youre wanting a place that takes advantage of people this is the place to go! They are excellent at reporting to you problems with your vehicle that couldnt possibly exist! You know that break pad that you just replaced less than 6 months ago? Guess what, its no longer there according to Midas, but instead your break pad is worn completely down and damaged your rotor. Now youve got the pleasure of buying new pads and a new rotor. Now I know youre wondering, cant I just refuse service? No, not here at Midas, where the hold your vehicle hostage and wont turn it back over to you. Youve come in for a simple oil change and your leaving paying $500 for services you had no choice in. Honestly Midas worked very hard for the 0 stars I wish I could give them.

I thought Midas was just for brakes until another service shop sheared off a bolt when trying to replace my catalytic converter, said they cant get the bolt out, and then recommended we go to Midas as Midas had the right tools and could get the bolt taken care of.We ended up having Midas fix the bolt, the catalytic converter, the burnt out coil, our a/c in another vehicle, a broken window, and replace the door panel that had been broken. Then we had them replace the oil just because.... well.... at this point, why not???We are very happy with the work. We did have to make appts for it all but, having the appts got us in and out and they saved us quite a bit of money. Thanks!!-- Staci

Went to get my oil change here for the first time and the same week my oil maint req sign came on. My boyfriend checked my oil and my car had no oil in it. And the car I have if my motor shutdown is expensive to replace. So I will not be going back here to get an oil change. I will stick with my other provider for an oil change.
