Was assigned here for a Day Job under Staffing Partners located off of 1441 Kapiolani Blvd. Ste. 1907# in Honolulu. Its a HUGE Warehouse Store that sells Living Room, Dining Room & Bath & Bedroom Furniture. Its like a Small Ikea.

In the market for a queen-size bed, headboard, and platform. We were lucky to be greeted by Derek Miyazaki, who provided us with concierge service. He ultimately found for us the exact set that we wanted at a price that was exceptional. And, by the way, he managed to get us a good deal on expedited shipping and assembly, too. Derek made our day!!

Weve purchased 3 items from her in the past month, and working on our 4th.I -store- Brandon assisted us with our claim for one of our bedside stands that was covered under our warranty. No one called us ro follow-up months ago after ir was examined. He ordered us the replacement.

When you visit HomeWorld Pearlridge make sure to see Brandon. He is a wonderful salesman who knows his stuff. He is very patient and professional. After going to every furniture store on the island twice, we were disappointed. We got no help, no information. But when we met Brandon it changed. We went to the Pearlridge location to look at a bedroom set and a murphy bed. Michael Wood was great to work, exhibiting excellent inter-personal skills and answered all of our questions and provided print-outs of specs. We ended up ordering both set and excited for the delivery to try things out. The items were discounted and in addition we got the Valentines Day additional discount - so we were very happy with the total price and value. A giant mahalo to Michael for a job well done !

Sales person Sherry was very nice and helpful. Stock man Henry was very helpful to all the sales people . You could feel how they were all nice to each and especially service oriented. I know because I was there for a while truly thinking about what I wanted to buy to ensure they were a perfect fit for my house and my needs. Sherry helped me measure and politely and professionally provided all information of the products I was interested in and for my purchases. Great service and great products!

Weve been here several times to fill our new house and every single person whos helped us is fantastic. Its the no pressure assistance that we appreciated. Sheri was excellent! She took the time to show us every single coffee table and console and when we decided on the furniture she made sure to get us the best price available. Sheri kept us updated on the latest promotion so we got the best deal! The selection of furniture is great and there are pieces that will fit anyone’s budget.

Although we did buy a floor sale coffee table marked down from $419 to $217, there were scratches on the top and a nick at the corner of the table. When I brought it home, my husband commented that it should have been marked down lower because of the wear. Since all sales are final, we are stuck with our purchase and will have to make the best of if.On the brighter side, the help I received to find the table and deliver it from the loading zone into our vehicle was positive.

We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked into the store, on Black Friday, no less. Summer was courteous and listened to our needs. She showed us options, clearly heard our concerns, and worked with us until we found exactly the furniture we wanted. She was knowledgeable, steering us to quality furniture that will last in our new forever home here on Oahu. She worked patiently through a he wants/she wants situation and helped us find compromise chairs that we will both enjoy. Summer also carefully explained the delivery process and worked with me arrange a time for delivery. We were very satisfied with the customer service and the variety and quality of choices available at the Homeworld store in Aiea.

The store is ok but for me the selection of furniture was not enough. It seemed like all the chairs were of the rocking style. I only really found 1 chair that had the right kind of fabric or feel that I was looking for. Overall I was not impressed with the selections.

This is the 3rd time that we have bought furniture from Jake. He is extremely knowledgeable and gives you several options to choose from. We will always ask for Jake when we go to Homeworld.

My family of four can agree that this place is beautiful with a variety of selections. However, we didnt like the fact we were followed throughout our time and literally up the ass. It is f*ing annoying to have someone butt in a personal conversation every time. Do not go unless you want to be followed and pressured into buying something. When I said no I had the look as if I wasted their time but oh well onto the next store! As far as prices go expect to spend more than 600 for a piece of furniture. For instance, a table with 5 chairs was 999. Not bad. But that was the cheapest I personally saw. Prices vary. They give 10 percent military discount thats a plus!

This place is huge and the people that work there are NEVER pushy with me they show me what Im looking for or let me browse if thats what I prefer. Ive gotten well over $5000 worth of furniture there and oh its never let me down!

Bought my new couch and so happy we bought it!

Weve bought 2 couches from Homeworld in 5 years. One was Jonathan Luis pull out sleeper that we had made for our studio and it was great. That sales women isnt there any more but she was fine. The next round was for our present sectional couch for our new place. Margaret helped us build the couch we wanted on lazyboys interactive webpage, we picked the fabric we wanted, the pillows, everything. Margaret was very attentive and helpful and if there was anything we needed she was there to help. Another plus is that if there are any sales while youre waiting for your couch they will apply those discounts to your price as well. Ill have to take a few pics in the daylight and post them. Definitely give home world in Aiea a try.

Customer service was excellent. My questions were answered. I would refer my friends and family to buy at Homeworld.

This is the largest showroom on Oahu, but dont expect to window shop the furniture without having a tag-a-long. They say the boss insists that they follow you around, needless to say it can be quite nerve racking. Cant even have a private conversation about furniture without a salesperson butting in.

I am a repeat customer at HomeWorld. Earlier I bought furniture at the Beretania Street store, but this time the table I was interested in was not on display there so I went to the Pearlridge store. At both stores I received the same helpful service. They also have good prices. I will definitely be back!

The worst furniture shopping experience ever. We purchased items in a color we didnt even want based on delivery date promised. Unexpected company coming so we were very clear about our needs. A month and a half later we still do not have our furniture, our calls have not been returned and we had to purchase something else to accommodate our guests. Most recently someone left a message about the items being at the docks but they need three weeks (!) to clear them for off load.Terrible customer service. Absolutely the last place we would ever recommend to anyone.This app forces you to leave at least one star. This one star should be a NEGATIVE 20 STARS.
