We were in the market for a small microwave oven and she helped us find exactly what we wanted. She also took the time to share the process in getting a price adjustment on a chest freezer we recently purchased. Are they closing? Sure seems that way. Selection is extremely limited. I only went because i had shop your way points to use. Took me over an hour to find anything that remotely interested me.Very sad.

We were looking for a refrigerator. Lots to choose from. Great sale at the time. Delivery/haul away price was reasonable. Got what we wanted and they were able to deliver it withing 2 days. Rolly, our salesperson, was very helpful. Suggest they take phone orders in the future. We needed to check other places before finalizing the sale. Which meant we had to go back a 2nd time to seal the deal. Also qualified for a $150 rebate from HECO!

Sears has long been a go to for appliances and tools. The service is still good and the associates still helpful and eager, at least in appliances. Sadly, the store is looking old and stock seems low in some departments.

You can still get great deals at Sears, unfortunately it looks like Sears is on its last legs and will not be around much longer. There is a lot of empty floor space and empty shelves. I saw it coming 4 years ago when I went to buy my 30 Craftsman riding mower. Six salesmen all standing by the beds and appliances talking story and no one helping me. We had to practically twist someones arm for help. The exact same thing happened to Windward Mall Sears. Sears claimed it wasnt closing and then it suddenly closed. For awhile it looked like Pearlridge Sears was fully stocked and was going to be around. Now there are no lawnmowers, weedeaters, and the tools are 1/3 of what it used to be. The craftsmen tool name and brand was that was their bread and butter was sold to five different brand names like Dewalt, Stanley, Lowes, and so on. Better visit them soon to see if they have something you might need because it could be anytime soon that they will cease to exist forever in Hawaii.

Sears was okay, but i could never find the things i wanted to buy since its not sold there. But my overall rating is a 3 stars for Sears, good job to all the hard working employees and a big smiley face to Sears for being the best store. Next time i do wish to be able to see more of the things every other stores have but more extraordinary, something that is quite surprising to see.

Its a shadow of its former self. But their tools are still the best and the most reasonable prices during a sale. Gotta catch the deals before they close all of the Hawaii stores. I think that all of the Craftsman tools are still guaranteed for life as another corporation owns the rights for the tools. Their clothes prices arent too bad either. Too bad Sears is going down, i got some of my best deals there.

As of February 25th, 2020, I went to this particular Sears after a year later since I have lost one in Salem, OR. Everything is organized and staff were friendly as well! I was able to receive the brochures as a souvenir. Im glad this Sears is still alive and running! It was so good to be back at Sears!

Enjoyed shopping at Sears. Found a nice pair of shorts at a very good sale price. They have a variety of departments--including an automotive and appliance section. They also have a few eating places on the first floor. Employees were helpful. Parking is free. Wheelchair accessible.

The customer service was actually worse than the 3 stars I gave it. I waited for nearly an hour before a sales associate asked if I needed any help. BUT, Im glad I waited because Janice who helped me was awesome!! She apologized sincerely and gave me a 10% discount fir waiting so long! Admittedly, I couldve gone somewhere else. But, both her and a gentleman named Wes Upchurch are the reasons I go there. The service they provide is friendly and they make me feel comfortable spending several thousands of dollars at Sears! Id give the both of them personally 4 - 5 stars.

What can I say about Sears besides that it is an iconic brand. I service my car at the auto center quite frequently. I trust that the technicians will do a good job. I know they are more on the pricier side of things but its that trust that I developed with the service department. Sometimes the wait can be so long. It feels like your living at pearlridge. The workers are mostly nice. Clothing on the 3rd floor are always on sale and its good sales. There is a watch repair and credit union on the floor along with both mens and womens bathroom. Dont forget to give your phone number for the shop regards program when shopping at Sears.

Had a liquidation sale... got a few things.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in any store. Totally racist. I went in while waiting on photos to be ready that I was having made at the store next door and asked to buy one of their turtle shopping bags for my two year old daughter who loves turtles and also to carry around bags. They made a huge deal and called security and management to the register and refused to sell me the bag saying it was against their store policy. COMPLETE DISCRIMINATION. My sister (who has a much different skin color than I do) went in right after me carrying her Louis Vuitton bag and wearing diamond jewelry and they sold her the bag. I hardly ever write bad reviews but this was wrong and humiliating.

They carry a variety of items (shoes, clothes, some kitchen appliances, tools, mattresses, fans, air conditioners, washers, dryers, refrigerators, plastic sheds, bed sheets, pillows, some bathroom items, outdoor furniture, some electronics, some exercise equipment and some barbeque grills). The amount of items reduced since COVID, so there wasnt too much to see.

Its too bad a great company like Sears has to go out of business. Sears was a company in its day was ahead of its time in doing business, its too bad they didnt keep that quality of business plan going. The present CEO is just selling Sears off left and right, instead of saving a great institution that I believe still can be turned around. Keep all of the Sears Stores and get rid of what K-mart stores are left.

Great Sears! Tool section was a little thin but still had what we needed. I try to shop Sears whenever possible. This one has a terrific area for Hawaiian garb for the whole family at affordable prices. I appreciate the military discount too for some items.

I went in there for a stove. Justin assisted me. He was so knowledgeable and respectful. I needed to call my husband to discuss the purchase, since I also added a refrigerator, Justin stepped away to give me the privacy I needed to speak to my husband. I never experienced that. Sears used to be a great department store with great customer service. Have not visited as much as I used to, but the last time I was there, I had a hard time finding help. Third floor literally had no clerks on the floor and no fitting rooms that I could find anx no cashiers. Went down to the second floor and had to really search to find a fitting room then had to hunt for a cashier. So sad. I had to take clothing I found on the third floor down to the second floor to try on. What happened to customer service.

Looking Levi 505 Jean shorts. None were available. Why so? There were other Jean shorts 519 559 the sorts. The 505 maybe a fast mover item and should have been adequately stocked. Bummer!!

I got oil change service at the auto center. Browsed the store before going to pick up vehicle. Loved how clean and organize it is. Employees are friendly, and large selection of merchandise. Not to mention those great Sears deals

Sears has giant copper fish in the middle of its store that brings back childhood memories. I cant really say anything bad about this store- its always been dependable in helping me buy Hawaiian wear for my mom. Sad to hear so many of the Sear stores are shutting down.

I was there buying steel toe shoes for my work. Looks like they do not sell low price shoes for that like Walmart does but it worth the money. The register forgot to take the sensor off from my shoes. Thats the only down side. You can also sign up for points rewards program or even a credit card which can give you 20% off on your first day purchase.

Came all do way to the Auto Center on saturday for service, I was told they were 3 hours wait (which is understandable) so I gladly ask the representative at the store if I can make an appointment to anytime during the week and he answer no, appointments are only done online. If I am at the store why make me spend time out of my life to go online and make and appointment. Online appointment should be an option and not an obligation to receive service.

This Sears had a lot of inventory that helped me decide which blazer jacket to purchase as I will be attending my mother in laws funeral soon. I found the blazer at 60 percent off which is what we really needed since funeral expenses are outrageous. I also picked up a pair of shoes for my wife. Checked out and we were on our way. Quick...easy...simple.

Dave in tires is not customer oriented. He needs customer service training or should be doing something with less customer contact. Obviously, he miserable and does not want to be there. I can see why Sears is going downhill. Employees are a reflection of the company’s success.

The app doesnt always work properly.... but the convenience of shopping online is per your schedule and then picking up the merchandise is usually in 5 minutes

Went to Sears to inquire about o-rings for the craftsman nozzle. Nothing in stock and not sure when stock will be available. Salesman was very helpful and gave options on alternate nozzle choice, but not a craftsman product.

Visited hearing aid store in Sears Pearlridge. Ive had a bad experience with this store. Bought hearing aids from them about 1year ago and have had to send them back to the factory twice already for repairs! Ive also had problems getting them properly programed. I would not recommend this store to anyone!

Gave 4 stars in lieu of since they did not have the canister vacuum cleaneraccessories I was looking for. No one approached during my search on the shelves. But they do have a wide variety of tools and equipment.and very compatible prices.

The last Sears on the island, unfortunately. Good selection of products, good prices, and an auto center with Die Hard batteries. Hopefully they dont close this Sears as well.

I love to buy my appliances at Sears. I like their charge card, their broad price ranges, their specials and the knowledgable sakes people.BUT yesterday there told me that the washing machine that was going to be delivered today....was going to be postponed till Monday. My tenant is not going to be happy. Sears did not even offer to throw in a package of HE (High Efficiency) soap.They are good at Point of Sale...but their followup is lacking. It took me a year to get a replacement part for my refrigerator.

This is one of the last surviving brick & mortar Sears stores in the US ( HI Pearlridge mall). Hope it remains open, as it carries the Hawaii style clothes at reasonable prices. The one in Cerritos CA mall closed. I wonder what store will replace it? Its a huge space.

Really miss the sports departments fishing supply, was convenient to shop there for them. Store is much the same, good assortment of kitchen equipment .

Sears and Roebuck, or just Sears now has always offered a great selection to choose from. From shoes, clothes, hardware, and software. I usually buy my shoes from them, then business dress shirts. I also purchased an entire selection of power tools for when I was an auto mechanic, and as well as when I was a home builder. Dremel tool set for a hobby.

Three levels of shopping and good customer service on each level. Can find almost every home appliance or item I am looking for there. They really need to find a way to speed up checking out though.

There merchandise are improving and prices were 70% off labor day sale...I got a dress, blouse and a jacket and only paid $2.32 as I earned $33.00 in reward points....it was a steal

Went to have the batteries replaced in 2 wristwatches at the watch repair on the 3rd floor at Sears Pearlridge. It was done really quickly so the wait was very short!

I spoke with a lady about a lawn mower. While she didnt have a lot of answers I dont think there was any one else there that could have done better. She was most helpfully and was able to answer specific question I had about several of the products.

Terrible experience, poor customer service at Sears auto center. Two older salesmen where do busy, bragging about sales and where rude to certain customers. I purchased at 10:30 am, unknown to me it was finished by 12:00 pm, when I asked the salesmen at 1:00 pm, is my tire done. I was told, I am on lunch, so the other older salesmen said, Did you get a call, said no, but can you check, he said if you did not get a call go and wait, when you get a call get back in line and wait till you are called. It is 1pm my tire was done already. So I waited for the call, none. Finally after watching him offer help to other customers and checking on other customers job orders. I went went to another salesmen who was kind enough to help me. And found that my tire was done 2 hours ago. He was shocked and sorry that I had to wait so long, i told him how rude and his coworkers where. I sat about 10 feet away from the sales counter the whole time. Those two elderly salesmen did not even say a word to me or was willing to check on my tire. They where just laughing and bragging about the sales they had made so far. I guess my purchase was not much of a commission for them to bother with.

Always have sale items. Because almost all of the places to buy baby items are closed. You can find baby items here. Sears has everything you need except food.

I wanted to contact the furniture department. I was connected to voicemail. I tried four additional departments. Three times I was connected to voicemail. The fourth time I had asked for the credit department. I was connected to a nice young man in the Philippines. At least he was live.

Although Sears declared bankruptcy, the Pearlridge store appears to be well stocked and organized. Good deals and opportunities to earn many Shop Your Way points for a future shopping trip.

Growing up my mom and dad always took us kids to Sears for our school clothes. And every time the clothes and brands got better and better. As you can tell I still do my clothes shopping there, and some other things. To me the prices at Sears is reasonable and when ever I can, I like to support them. And Zippys is right there in Sears. They can careless about you and for Customer Service, they have no clue what that is. Even the girl so called supervisor has no customers service skills.
