I buy a lot of my sneakers here but I always have trouble finding my size. I wish they carried bigger sizes for women. The staff here is helpful at least.

I went to the store to buy a pair of shoes, but those shoes that I wanted were the last pair they had and they were size 7.5 but I wear 7. So the lady worked there suggested that she could order the shoes online for me. 2 days later, the shoes came in size 7,5 ! I was so mad so the next day I went there again to exchange the size and again they said they don’t have size 7?! So the lady ordered the shoes online again and guess what? 5 days later my package came and they were the totally wrong items! They gave me the wrong things again! I ordered Adidas pink velvet sneaker but they shipped the black shoes from Nike and they are size 5,5?! This is the worst experience I have ever had. If you can buy something from the store that you like then that is fine but if they recommend you to order online, do not listen to them or you will regret!

I will never buy from any Ladies Foot Locker ever again. I purchased a pair sneakers and two shirts at the end of the night and the next morning I tried the shoes on and they didnt fit and I really didnt like the shirts so I went back to return it and forgot my receipt but they claim their system cant find anything you buy from them and that they can only give you whatever the store credit is. I came home for the receipt and now will return and buy my sneakers else where. Most stores can find your purchase from the night before no matter which store you bought it then from. Most stores you can use your debit card to find it or Rewards card to find it. The fact that Footlocker has chosen not to update their computers and live in the Stone Age so they can rip people off is a shame.

I have been attempting to call them for 2 hours now, and nobody there knows how to answer the phone. I was actually answered and immediately hung up on at one point. Quite outrageous.
