It was nice and clean. I found Rae Dunn bowls. I was so happy. The employees were very nice and sweet. My daughter found a toy and kept pushing it and dropping things. I found everything I wanted.

Im all about finding great items for less than buying new. Or even finding items still new for a bargain.

This store was progressively gotten better in the past few months. Its more organized and a bigger selection of furniture. Staff is great, and prices are reasonable. However, the bathroom is scary.

This is a new location and very nice new building from my last donation visit a few years ago. The male staff member greeted me in a friendly way and helped me take my donations out of my van.

Not enforcing proper use of masks amongst staff and customers.Watched Cheri pleasantly chatting with several unmasked customers as she rang them up, her own mask only half covering her breathing holes.Naughty, naughty. This is why we cant go back to work.

Verbal clothing exchange policy differs from written posted policy.Was in a week ago a bought clothes for my father, he has lost weight, buying the clothes to find his size. Knowing i might need to bring the item back i asked the cashier upon checkout what the return policy was. She replied, no refunds,7 days for an exchange. 7 daya later i return with 2 clothing items, told the cashier i would like to exchange them. She said ok, they need to be exchanged item for item, jeans replace jeans and sweat pants replace sweat pants. That was not what i was told a week ago and also it it not what is posted as their Official exchange policy in the store and on the receipt. While the manager was polite, she did argue with me after i pointed out *todays* verbal was different than last weeks and does not match what is posted. She told me that they can not take the time to inform each customer of the policy. I replied I specifically asked and was given a different answer last week.

Second hand shop has many things from clothes for babies to adults, to furniture, to kitchenware and so much more. You can find brand new items with tags still on sometimes. As with any second hand things remember to check zippers, snaps and buttons, etc.They also offer unique employment opportunities that is great for the community.

Newly organized and cleaner than other stores Ive been in.

Its Goodwill... The store itself was new and looked great. They could organize it a little better the clothes were all mixed up instead of roughly sorted by size and the shelves in the back were a hot mess. Also, any of the clothes priced individually (all the nicer things) were too much, for a couppe $$ more you could go buy it new.

The store is such a mess with clothing not being in proper spots the plus section has small and medium clothing and the childrens clothes also is all mixed up and out of place who ever is hanging needs to put clothing away in proper places and also who ever has been pricing needs to realize the products are used and not brand new alot of the products are higher then you can purchase them in a regular store..Its crazy how you mark up donations so high when this is supposed to be a non profit organization..items should be priced so the less fortunate can purchase items too..

Overall I love this goodwill since they have moved by Walmart. Much cleaner and organized. I have to say though, I think goodwill in general can be a bit high on their prices however I understand why. All in all it’s a nice place to find random oddities you might need.

Everything is hung according to sizes much easier to shop

Sooo expensive for a store that gets things FREE! There was a single hand towel marked for $4. A broken plastic drawer set for $10 (2/3 drawers were broke). I remember when Goodwill in Adrian sold things for $1. I dont go there in often because its a crapshoot.

Found what I needed

Its organized pretty well an they have a good variety. Theyre prices can be high on things at times thou. The staff are always super nice & helpful.

The staff was so friendly and really helpful when it came to looking for specific items. The clothing is all very clean and affordable. Very surprised seeing wedding dresses and such gorgeous variety of other dresses. Found exactly what I was looking for thanks to the staff

Nice new building- I wish it had more diversity? I hear places like this (in nicer areas) get to choose where the merchandise goes? Ie, perhaps the nicer area stores could ship better stuff to the adrian store? Only my opinion

I dont feel that Goodwill should be do high priced. Clothes and other items are donated and the prices are ridiculous. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and they only had a bar of soap, no thank you. Also, it smells in this store. I felt dirty when I came out. I wont go back. I will donate my items to Salvation Army from now on.

Found some summer shorts and shirts today, some used some new and I only spent $20.31 amazing! Very nice store as well and the check out attendant was very nice.

I used to love coming here, mainly for books, but recently they moved the books to a much smaller rack and hardly ever have any at all. Plus the books went from 25-50¢ a piece no matter what the book was to upwards of $10 or more. Pretty sure one of the last times I was there they had a book for $12. They jack the prices up on stuff when you can tear their price tag off and see the store it came from was selling it for cheaper. The prices here are getting ridiculous and good finds are few and far between. Its almost cheaper just to buy clothes from Walmart, especially when the clothes people send in new with tags are marked up to 5+ dollars.

They might not have what you are looking for, but they got stuff. Great place for someone who just moved out in their own.

The selection is great but if you have breathing issues, stay away! Whatever they use to cover up the musty smell that clothes can get, its TOO STRONG! I was just getting over some allergy issues and it sent me into a huge coughing fit! Had to leave b4 I was really able to get in some good shopping! (this has nvr happened anywhere else)

Not a good experience this time around. All other visits have been good. What happened was I did not get in my sack all that I paid for (2items). I had found what I had been looking for and still dont have. They gave me a voucher to spend next time there. Thanks.When went back walked the store lookingfor the items could not find nor were they at the register I checked out at.

My wife loves this place and we go often. While the new building looks great I do miss their old building that had a lot more.

Buyer beware You can get a lot of value if you dont mind wearing used clothing. Just dont I think selling used underwear is good for our environment if you know what I mean. Should have Glade plug-ins around the store smells. just saying. Other than that prices are okay but should be a little less expensive considering.I do shop there for my growing children.

Love this Goodwill. Clean, well lit, well staffed. Some new stuff is overpriced for a thrift store, but the deals you find make up for it! Lots of Target apparel and home items.

Always fine that I like when I go in, just 1 thing when they pick the color to wear you get so much off, just seems like I never find any of them.

Been to a lot of Goodwills over the years but this one kind of stunk. Figuratively.There wasnt a great selection at all and the prices were a bit higher than they should have been for the quality of the items.We visited and ended up just not buying anything. Everything we were interested in was just too expensive to what it was worth.

If you know me you know this store is my fav...although their prices are going up thats what why I gave it 4 stars. This stuff is given to you. I will add Adrian store prices are better than Jackson usually.

Clothing has lots of stains and worn out areas i.e; wallet pockets, pant legs that get walked on, ect. They also sell used underwear which is gross. I found some shorts I was going to buy but they were sandwiched between 2 pairs of boxers so I decided against it. None of the clothing is organized by size. Not uncommon to find womens clothing in the mens. The store is very clean though.

You never know what youll find. Always a good value if they have what you need.

My best Michelle RohrLoves this place and she gets up every morning at 5:15 ambecause she wants to work at goodwill . She tells me the she soglad that her best friend patti and Tom . And she loves to see Navi .
