I used to work here and can honestly say you will find the best car knowledge in this place. Most of their staff have years and years of car repair knowledge. They also have the fastest order times Ive ever seen. Like many have siad, if its not there then it will be the next day. Dont listen to the people who have them one star based on bad knowledge. They obviously didnt look up the right parts on the website.

On December 17, 2013, I bought a battery at the Adrian, Michigan store. Benjamin was behind the counter. He actually said Welcome as I approached, then proceeded to deliver the friendliest, most sincere customer service Ive ever experienced at an auto parts store and - possibly - anywhere.I mentioned that my wife (who was waiting in the car) was in a bit of a hurry to pick up one of our kids. He found the battery I needed very quickly and had me on my way in no time. When I came back with my core about 20 minutes later, he asked if my wife was able to make it to her appointment on time! Holy cow!After I shook his hand and thanked him, Benjamin wished me a Merry Christmas, as he had several other customers before me. (I watched him provide the same high level of service to the two people in front of me.)For me, car trouble is a tremendous pain, but when I encounter someone like Benjamin who provides a solution in such a positive way, its almost worth the inconvenience. Outstanding job, Benjamin! I will be telling my friends to visit your store. Merry Christmas to you, too!

It is the preferred place where many auto shop mechanics go... As i had a mechanic friend who wouldnt go anywhere else, especially when it came to getting the right part. As some auto stores dont always give you the correct part.

I have been shopping at this store for years; I do a lot of my own car repairs. The staff are terrific, particularly Ben. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I can even send my wife in to pick up a part and they help her without making her feel stupid.

Really would have been nice if Adrians advance store would post the correct hours on Christmas eve open until 4pm only to have placed an online order for pickup to find out that I had just wasted my time and gas and a 2 day set back on my project because someone had changed the hours back to noon instead of 4 thanks guys I really appreciated wasting my time should have posted hour change on your web site too jerks! I have been a loyal customer for years!

Id give five if they would actually keep more than Chevy ford and dodge parts in stock.

Friendly, knowledgeable and always seem to have (or will have next-day) the right part the first time. When I need parts I drive an extra 25 minutes (round-trip) past three other parts stores to go here... because I only have to do it once.

I have been going to Advance Auto Parts in Adrian for about 10 years. I have, without fail, been able to find all of the parts I have needed for any of my vehicles. The technical assistance has been correct and maybe not what I wanted to hear it was accurate. I have made it my policy that no matter where I am, and Ive been in more than a few states, that any time I need a part, I find an Advance Auto Part store.

They have what you need. As long as you already know what you want. Very helpful employees, theyll do whatever they can to help.

Good place to get parts reasonably cheap if you have a commercial accout. It helps lower your prices the more the more you buy. So if you rarely buy parts there is no point in having a commercial account.

I give no stars cause thats what they deserve when they sell you something that has no warranty. They sold my wife an expensive blower motor for an 04 Sebring. But im out of pocket for $68.89. They could of returned it but they didnt want to help a customer save money and time . Because my car still dont have heat and now am missing work over it . Just sucks cause its a waste of money for something I never even needed. Save your time and not shop there .

Always try to spend as little time in here as possible because if I dont I start buying things I didnt go there for initially. But I think the sales clerk is on to me as he seems to take longer than usual going to back to find parts that I need.
