They are short on help but thats the way most places are right now. But they got my oil change done when they said they would.

I went in at 5:20 pm that’s the only time I can go after work. When I walked in they turned me way even though they close at 7pm.

Good deals but terrible service. They wanted me to go get my tires on the other side of the building. Only way was going outside in the rain and walking all along the building. I started doing the waking just to find out that the door was locked. Had to walk back. Then they decided they would go get my tires that I paid for online! I had made all appointment for this and they still didnt have my tires there.

When nobodys in line its in and out. Great service. Also had a flat tire repaired and they seemed lightning quick. They even swept my carpet.

Went to the auto center just for them to take a tire off a rim and put a new one on the tire was already off the vehicle I called 20 min prior to showing up cause they said they could do it if I got there by 5:30 I got there at 5:05 waited 10 minutes cause no one was in the lobby for the guy to tell me no we can’t do that don’t have enough time...?.?.?.?.?. I just called 20 minutes ago and you said you could but nope horrible customer service.

Worst place. Tried to overcharge me on oil I purchased off the shelf. Incredibly rude staff, refused to let me speak to their manager! And the old guy working behind the counter is uneducated on anything! Even social skills!The WHOLE department needs to be overhauled and I WILL BE TALKING TO CORPORATE.

This location is a joke. All the tire employees are clueless, yell at each other, make massive mistakes, are rude to customers, rude to older people, and can’t complete simple tasks. I will not return and would recommend staying away.

They put my tires on. They did a good balancing and mounting them. They got it done in a decent amount of time. The prices were good also.

Walmart is always good some of the customers leave you hanging a lot but for the most part Walmart cant be beat

We were told a single tire change would only be 45 minutes. Turned into 1 and 1/2 hours. Why? Because only 2 - 3 guys were working while the others were just walking in and out of the garage area. Ashley who helped us with the intial setup was most helpful and apologized multiple times for it taking so long. If its quick service youre looking for, go to Discount Tire in front of Wal Mart. I called into Wal Mart customer care and was told that I would receive a follow up call once the store was made aware of my issue. The call never came the day they promised, so I called in myself. After my 2nd call I receive a call from the new Store Manager of Wal Mart in Adrian who wanted to make things right and had heard numerous issues with that particular Tire and Lube Center.

Mechanics an tire ppl are great, fast & friendly

I was originally told it would be a 1.5 hour wait to get a leak in my tire fixed. 4.5 hours later I ended up just buying a compressor and leaving because they were waiting for me to bring my keys in even though they were sitting in the cup holder where they asked. Ridiculous.

Put a whole in my oil pan cost me a 100 to get a new one
