Had to write this review as theyve made my day! The place is huge and well stocked. Jessica helped me through the process of finding an office chair that I had seen on their site. She is so personable, warm and incredibly helpful. Its evident that she knows her stuff and enjoys being there. Jessica and the team went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed! (Im typing this from the chair and my back is SO happy for the first time in years). I was looking for used office furniture and went to a competitor who just just pointed to the used furniture section and didnt help me at all. Then I went to Dallas Desk, and Jessica was fantastic. Not only did she help me pick a lateral file, she then went the extra mile and contacted the manufacturer (twice) to help me secure the missing parts I needed to complete the unit. She was also super friendly and nice, and clearly wanted me to feel good about my purchase.I highly recommend Jessica at Dallas Desk if you are in the market for office furniture.
We had the best experience with Chad Pederson @ Dallas Desk. We were moving our offices and decided to order new cubicles for our accounting area. We kind of had an idea of what we wanted, but after working with him and walking through their showroom floor, it just all came together. Chad made the process very easy and he also had some great ideas for us. We told him what we liked and what we didnt like and boom! It was complete; order it; install it; and enjoy! And the Sooner red just made everything POP!! I would definitely recommend Dallas Desk and Chad Pederson.

We ordered two executive desk sets from Dallas Desk. Chad, our account manager, was extremely helpful in answering questions and concerns. He was also able to take the measurements of the office and the measurements of the furniture to ensure the most optimal fit. We will definitely order from Dallas Desk for any future furniture needs!

Chad went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He even hand delivered the power whips for our cubes so our electrician could have those installed prior to installation. He was active in helping us make all the decisions and followed through the delivery process.

I’ve made a number of purchases now from Dallas Desk over the past 10 years and got great looking office furniture and some cubicles at two different companies I’ve worked at. Their prices are great and they have a huge showroom and even bigger selection that can be ordered if not in stock. Our sales person Lionel is very knowledgeable and he’s great to work with.I have recommended Lionel to friends that work for other companies and they’ve been pleased with Dallas Desk and Lionel as well. They have a great selection of used furniture inventory as well. Our last purchase was 5 offices of used furniture that looks great and fraction of the price. Went there today to buy a new office desk, and Jessica was very friendly and helpful, and not pushy in any way. I was even happier to find out that its her familys business, so im not supporting some stupid big box chain. Cant wait for my desk to come in now!

Great experience with Dallas Desk, and our salesperson, Lionel in particular. We were looking for furniture for a new bank branch and all we could find from the other guys was the stuffy, run of the mill furniture. That is, until we came across Dallas Desk. I had been shopping for 5 drawer lateral files. Went to Staples and they were over $1,100.00 each. A little bit of sticker shock. Dallas Desk had used, better quality ones a a fraction of the price. I got 5 for the price of one at Staples. Thank you and my boss thanks you.
Chad Pedersen with Dallas Desk did an excellent job on my last 3 cubical phased projects. As usual you have some hiccups, but Chad was quick at resolving these issues to make sure that we were taken care of and happy with the products that we purchased.

I wash that I could give Dallas Desk an 10 star I have been doing business with Dallas Desk since 1984 great people that knows the office furniture business like no other .
I had a large qty of furniture I needed to sell, they gave me a quote and I accepted. Their buyer took care of everything from insurance to coordinating the time with the building. It could not have gone smoother.
Echo the dont stock what they sell comment. Weve been waiting over two months for our furniture and they havent provided any support or updates unless I reach out. The delivery charge was over $1400 for 20k of product and our office is only a few miles from their location. Furniture isnt bad for the value.
We purchased a two drawer filing cabinet for our office. While the cabinet is certainly attractive and matches with the rest of our office furniture (also purchased from Dallas Desk) its almost totally nonfunctional. The bottom drawer cannot be opened unless the top drawer is ajar just a certain amount. The brackets which hold the filing cabinet bars are plastic and they are cheap. They break almost weekly, leaving us to constantly replace brackets AND reorganize our files every time this happens. The only assistance weve received from Dallas Desk has been in the form of new brackets. I have replaced each bracket numerous times and as there are 16 total, thats a lot of replacing. We finally bought our own silver filing brackets and placed them inside the drawer. This option works much better but of course it was much additional work and cost on our part, just to make the cabinet functional. Needless to say I would not recommend this cabinet and I would be incredibly hesitant to even purchase another piece of furniture from Dallas Desk.
Good quality fair prices
Ordered a desk and was told 4-6 weeks, more then 3 months later still no desk. Joel, our salesman, has absolutely horrible customer service, he doesnt do what he says he will do, wont call back, etc. Go east on Arapahoe and stop in at Office Furniture Team, much better service.
