The guest service desk members were amazing and helped me get my items fast and checked out quickly before the big storm came through last night so i was able to get home and cook for my family just in time.

The store is nice but ladies: watch out for greasy creepy guys who may be homeless randomly asking you out in the store, probably looking for a place to sleep. They’ll have no shopping items, and they’ll corner you in a section guys wouldn’t normally be in (like nail polish) and come on really strong, pushing for name and number. This has happened to me 4 times this month or so, and I just say I’m a lesbian to get rid of them. But I leave fast. The frequency tells me they’re playing some game in this Target location
I love this target and is the one I go most often. Today was very disappointing, when I go to check out my items I asked about the 20 gift card we get after purchasing over 100 of baby items. She just said oh its over that was it. Whats over !!?? She didnt explain I was so confused and upset. Theres signs still up saying if you purchase over 100 they will give 20. I was so confused and upset she didnt want explain correctly. She just continued to scan another customers items and ignored me.
This Starbucks is amazing they make my drink the way I like I always like coming here
Really a combination of things--from the fact that pricing is fair, to the carts ( no draggng, or screeching sounds and they rolled smoothly without trying to pull you in a certain direction) the cleanliness of the store. Plus, the young gal working the self checkout was very sweet. O yes, and I love using my Target card and getting the discount.
Store staff were extremely helpful during an attempted website sale, when their handheld devices didnt recognize my email address from my circle account. Priscilla and Stephanie from the Beltline, Addison, TX store.

The Target at Marsh/Beltline has the best customer service, they are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Kate, the Manager and Abbey, the sales clerk were extremely helpful. The store is always clean and the items are well organized.

Did curbside pick up like I normally do since the pandemic happened except this time this young woman with stink face all over brought out my bags out and took off right after handling them to me. I checked and half of my order was someones elses. When I went inside to return the bag they gave wrong the woman got an attitude saying it wasnt her problem and that I shouldve checked when she handed it to me. She walked right off when she handed it to me. Thats what they always do. They never stand there waiting on you to check your order to make sure its correct. However your name with barcode is placed on each bag so its their responsibility to make sure theyre giving the correct orders out. Why else do we need to show our codes when we check in.
Store is always clean looking and very friendly employees. But the fact that they still make people wear a mask inside brought my rating way down. Get some balls Target. The masks arent needed anymore.
The shopping experience is always pleasant at Target Addision TX. RESPECTFULLY The young Caucasian girl... Not sure of her name, forgive me...but she was very nice. I walked in the store not intending to buy a lot of things, so I used a handheld basket at first, but once in the store I realized I needed a few more items. When she rung me up, she greeted me, as well as asked me about my day. I had multiple heavy items, and while I was cashing out she grabbed me a shopping cart so that I didnt have to carry the heavy bags to the door. I really appreciated her service and kindness she really had great customer service. Really wish I knew her name. It was about 800pm while I was in the store Sunday 4-11-21. Thank you.
Always find good clothing shoes etc.. always feel welcome, and every target I go to feels clean and organized.

Curbside is great here. Have always gotten it since pandemic began and will continue too. Only downside is the app having coupons but you have to purchase in store to qualify for coupon. Definitely a let down as I can’t go into store.
Used to work here a few weeks back this place is a joke management is a joke! Good people get taken advantage of while the lazy ones who dont do anything just wanting to get by and get a free paycheck do nothing and get told nothing by management while the ones who try and actually work get told and get blamed for what gets done and what doesnt...double standards with everyone here! Management is garbage!!

I love this Target! I just with the grocery selection was better. However, the addition of the curb side pick has been so great during this pandemic. We try to avoid going in stores. No minimum purchase requirement and not fee for curbside is fantastic!

I had a terrible experience at Target today. First, I purchased three sweatshirts that were marked at $10 but were rung up at $20. The cashier was already very rude & because of this I did not notice she made this mistake. Once I did, I walked back to make sure I was not misreading the sign and an associate CONFIRMED the price being $10. She advised me to go to customer service where I was greeted by Mr. Nathan. He was VERY RUDE throughout this whole process and made me walk back to find the associate that confirmed this price. He was still being stubborn and made it seem like it was my fault but he would do me this favor when in actuality it was the store’s mistake. The advertisement was on a table with NO OTHER KIND of sweatshirts and he claimed they ran out and just placed the ones I purchased there. If this was true, why advertise an item that is no longer in store? Take the sign down to avoid confusion!! He then proceeded with the price change and gave me my money back BUT he gave me $13 on a gift card and the rest in cash. He could not explain why he did this. He was unapologetic the whole time and did not seem to want to help me. This made me very upset and frustrated considering the whole inconvenience. I asked about a manager but no one came to speak to me. As I walked away I could hear him talking to his coworker and saying I was being ridiculous and speaking about me. I was already frustrated so I did not even bother going back to continue the conversation. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Terrible advertisement.

Very peaceful shopping experience
Store is consistently out of product and not stocked often enough. This particular store is a small Target though.Website is continually wrong when indicating items are in stock, only to find shelves bare of product.
Best service at these Target, just went there today and for some reason I forgot to wear my mask 😷 which never happened to me before until I realize Avery body keep starring at me and didn’t know why. Too good for clearance? It’s a pandemic, and as much as citizens in this area want to claim that the ‘economy’ needs to stay open, I was unemployed and not receiving benefits for several months this year. So it’s already suffering, and I rely on clearance sections to help me put clothes on my kid’s back. Guess I’ll go to the Children’s Place.
As of March 02, 2021 the stores entrance route was poorly designed. Pathway to right is blocked which is fine. Since exit door is right, but then there’s small isles for quick items directly in front which you cannot sneak by cause only about 1 direction will fit. So your forced all the way to the left. I felt like I was in a traffic control point where the other slower shoppers have no sense of being in the way. The store design makes sense for the store not so much the shoppers . Like items were separated. I couldn’t even find the men’s section. It has been the worst target I’ve been to in DFW. I’d probably try again in a couple months, but for now I rather drive to another or go to Walmart. I at least expect it at Walmart. This one didn’t have people managing the lines at all.

The layout of this Target is weird. If you want paper towels, its in the front far corner tucked away by pet stuff. But things like cleaning products are way in the back of the store, I think with toilet paper? Some hand wash is in the back corner, some is by lotion and shampoo up front, and its splitting up the brands making you hunt if youre replacing one you ran out of. Just doesnt flow as well as other locations, and something about it feels less clean and bright too
Bought a big screen TV and the Target team members were incredibly helpful and patient as we were ultimately able to fit it into my sedan. Thank you guys sooo much and may you all have a wonderful Holiday Season.
I had to drive to a Target much farther from my house, because the Target close to me didnt have the item I wanted even though online it said it was available for pick up - and the Target employee found the same info in the store when I asked where this item might be. Why isnt the website info accurate???
The product came without a box, dented and broken. It sure looks like it has been returned.
This target is convenient to my home and I enjoy shopping here. The store is always clean and they have associates ready with a clean cart for you when you arrive, which is nice. Definitely my go-to Target location.

Had the absolute worst customer service experience at this target location. Who ever the long haired gentleman named Joseph is, he has the absolute worst manners and customer service. I was literally told to put my items down and to get out of the store 8 minutes before closing even though I was making my way to the front to pay. I honestly believe that because I was dressed comfortably that he discriminated against me by assuming I was less fortunate financially. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!! The employee Joseph left me with such a bad experience I may never shop at target again. He also walked right past people without saying a word to them about leaving due to store closing soon! I hate this location now and will make sure to tell everyone in person and online how terrible my experience was and how I was discriminated against!!

Came into target with some friends, and were very disappointed with the way we were treated. My friend put on a shirt over her shirt to see if it would fit. Juanita the lady working by the fitting rooms that were closed yelled across the store and called us out, and embarrassed us in front of everyone. Not only did We feel embarrassed, but we felt discriminated against. She made us feel like we were not welcome in the store. I understand there are policy’s, but she could have informed us in a much more polite, and professional way.
The drive up service is so amazing and quick. I’ve used this service about 5 times now and it’s so convenient. I buy what I need and pick up anytime I want. The employees are all super nice and polite. Best part about this service is that it is free!
Came to get some sports cards my son wanted. Someone was there buying them all im infront of me. I heard the person say thank you for calling me to the employee as he purched everything. They are always sold out and now I know why.

Overall it’s a good store. During normal times it can get a bit crowded. Never had any bad experiences. My only real gripe and this is target in general. Your auto section is terrible, I don’t need a taillight for a 30 year old car but come on man! I hate going to Walmart which is another story. Was really hoping to pick up some wax for my car on my last target trip. They have the Nu Finish scratch repair but not the regular wax. Or any other band of wax or a empty spot for it. But I went home looked up new finish on my phone and there was the target ad on google! You can order a $7.57 bottle of a commodity NOT a speciality product BUT a commodity to pick in a few days! Then people wonder why retail keeps getting crushed.
I’ve been coming here for years, the staff is pleasant, it’s well laid-out, and it’s got plenty of the stuff I need.
Used to work for this Target. If you’re looking for a good paying job, I’d choose ANY job over this one. Do NOT be blinded by the pay, the managers are BULLIES. I was treated horribly by some managers, and HR will do nothing for you but turn a blind eye. If you want to be overworked, micromanaged, and given anxiety this Target is the right place for you. If not, avoid this location as a place of employment. Seriously. Walmart does better. Get it together 1850.

A separate line for order pick up would be fantastic. I had to wait several minutes while the Target associate resolved a return order where the customer had a barrage of questions. It defeats the purpose to do my online ordering if I have to turn in the returns and exchanges line and there is one person working. Last order was better - one person was dedicated to getting online orders to customers.
You have to catch items on sale. Most of their regular priced items are a little higher than other stores. Hands down Target is still my go-to for the items I need and the quality I #LOVE.
I placed two online purchases for in store, same day pickup. One with Target the other with a direct competitor and they (competitor) could not compete with the exceptional service I received from Target. I placed the order hours before I went to the their store and after signing in I had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for my order. I realize it is an extremely busy time of the year but this is when this service is most valuable to the customer....having the manpower to support their stores is their biggest downfall. Thank you Target for making sure you have the resources to manage your services.

I wish I took the name of the employee that helped me because he was so kind and helpful. I wanted to share my experience before even being given this survey. A young hispanic man that was between the womens and mens clothing area helped me find a pair of pants in the mens section. It went on clearance and the website told me that I could find it at this location. Once I got there, the app told me it wasnt available anymore but I seek help anyways. I found this employee and he looked it up for me in the Target system and took a second look through the clearance section. While waiting, another employee tried to help me locate the pants at another store. Within a couple minutes, he came back with my pants! I wouldnt have to drive to another store and I was so happy. I think hes given the best customer service experience Ive ever had at a Target.
Its a smaller Target but pretty good. It got a remodel recently so now it looks much more modern and trendy. They also have a few self checkout registers and replaced their cafe with a Starbucks. The checkout lanes can get a little busy at peak times but service has always been good.
Awesome store! There are always tons of employees around to help you out, and every single one Ive spoken to has seemed excited to help me. Ive never had a bad experience. The employees are kind and helpful and the store is always clean. I always see employees cleaning and organizing when Im there. Well done!
My boyfriend and I went to Target with the plan of just buying one PS4 game. We walked by the laptops and I noticed they were on sale. While we were looking at all of the laptops a bubbly young lady named Farah greeted us. She had knowledge of all the brands and knew the pros and the cons of each. She was so full of positive energy that we ended up buying a laptop, a cordless mouse and two PS4 games. You need more employees like Farah. Half the time you cant find anyone when you need help and if you do they seem annoyed. She made our shopping experience very enjoyable.
Some of the items were not what I ordered or even available. during the time of order I was in a circumstance that I thought Wal-Mart would be able to assist with but it wasnt likely
I am grateful that the store attendant did not give up when I didnt have a printed receipt and we could not find the purchase in my purchase history on the app. I truly appreciate when people think outside of the box to help take care of customers.
My online order was ready in 20 minutes. When shopping at Walmart, Ive waited over an hour for my order to be retrieved. I paid a little more than I wanted for an assemble-yourself TV stand because this was the only retailer I could find with the exact dimensions I needed. However, it turns out to be built like a tank! So glad I ended up here. Will definitely be getting furniture from here in the future.
Target is my favorite store. Just about all I need, and lots of what I want, are there. Long-time employees feel like friends. This particular Target has been amazing from the first day (yes, Ive gone there that long) for employees who ask as they pass you if you need any help - whether they work in that department or not. Prices are often better than anywhere else I go.
The cashier that has been working the self-check out station is wonderful! I didnt catch her name but everytime Im there, shes been ever so helpful and caring! Thank you for hiring employees like her!
An excellent Target! This store was extensively renovated several months ago and feels almost brand new as a result. This location features a wide upscale product selection and is kept well-cleaned and organized, making for an welcoming shopping trip! The team members are also courteous and helpful!

The rating is for the Starbucks not Target itself. The manager, younger Hispanic chick, is extremely rude and always messes up my order. I don’t ask from anything complicated EVER!! She throws stuff and always seems angry. Just like everyone else, I enjoy the convenience of Starbucks inside of target so that I can drink my coffee and shop but I absolutely HATE ordering when she is there because of the very poor customer service.

I have always loved going to Target but this is the worst store I have gone to. I went to exchange my babys diapers for a different size and the people at the guest service were very wanting to argue and being very. Next time I will make sure to go to a different store.

The office employee/manager told me today I could not replace a lost unused gift card I gave as a gift making it seem like they were not responsible for our mistake. I could understand that if it really was the case but lo and behold I look on online and there is a corporate number I can call to get it mailed to me. In fact corporate told me they should have replaced it at the store. Hey corporate you should have a better training system or this target just doesn’t care about customer service. You can snicker and roll your eyes at my request but at least know your job duties as guest services and get the problem resolved.
Their produce section is always on point as well as the cleanliness and organization of the entire store. Ease of shopping and checking out is a plus... I only wish the store was larger but generally carries everything i need.
I like the style, modern and simple items throughout the store. It is also clean and bright. I do not feel overwhelmed when shopping at target.
I ordered a bike for my son from this location. Thirty minutes later, I received an email that the item was no longer available. Tried two other stores--same thing. Finally. went into a store that actually had the bike. Picked it up and paid for it. Got it home, and the rear inner tube was flat. Target did take the bike back, but when we called another store (Lewisville - Castle Hills), they didnt answer their phone. Epic fups all around.
I mean, can you have a bad experience in Target??? I love this locations new design and Im sure they do too because I see stuff Ive never seen before and of course I have to buy it!! I gave 4 stars because some of their peak times could call for a couple more cashiers. They are however, always friendly and personable.
This is a great store, and it is extremely well-organized, but they dont have enough self-checkout lanes to meet demand.

I was in the store tonight looking for Lactaid. The department was being redeployed and everything was moved to different areas. The pharmacist directed me to A21: But it was not there. I turned around looking for her to take another guess and everything was locked up. I ask a clerk Priscilla for help looking for the Lactaid that I had to have. We kept looking and it was clearly not where it was suppose to be based on her gun. I thanked her for all the extra time she gave me and told her I would need to go to another store. I walked clear up to the open register number 6 by self check and made the purchase for my remaining items. I look up and saw Priscilla running toward me saying she found it on A27. What a great example of an employee going above and beyond to help a customer even though I gave up she did not. I wish all employees treated customers like they were as important as Priscilla did this evening. Hats off to Priscilla to a job WELL DONE.

This location has become my primary target because i live real close, but im so sick of seeing this woman with blue hair and a blue target work shirt. Tonight was the second time i feel like she gave me the stank eye, spent a good 10min looking for infant medicine even after asking a different woman where it was. Should be over by where the medicine isWill probably just drive further out and not deal.

The cashier today was very rude and not professional. She refused to give me $15 gift card when I purchased $75+ baby items. I asked her to scan my Target phone app, and she said “don’t show me that. I don’t care. I don’t use cell phone.” Eventually another girl helped me process the transaction properly, but the cashier still spoke rude to me. I have shopped at Target for years, and have been enjoying the discounts. Today would probably be my last trip to Target though.
