Granite Crafters did a great job installing our new quartz countertops! The warehouse had so many choices for granite & quartz.Very fair price on material & labor. The 2 men that installed were careful to cover our floor, dispose of old countertops & clean up too!We would definitely recommend them! Sink was set in place but have to hire your own plumber they don’t install plumbing.Thanks Mark & Crew!!!

I LOVE my new countertops! Mark, the owner, is the only person I will work with from now on for granite. He installed Sierra Bordeux, an exotic stone and 63 sf of it to an already existing cabinet and backsplash combination. I didnt know this, but it turns out, the proper order to remodel a kitchen is counters first and backsplash second. Well I called Mark and told him I wanted to install countertops but leave the backsplash intact. I don;t know how they did it but they managed to remove old countertop and intall the new one without even breaking one tile on the backsplash! And the results are amazing. I will use Granite Crafters again for my bathroom.A job well done and quick too. Installation took half a day.Mark was personally there to measure and then also during the day of install. He didnt leave until clean up was finished.Thank you Mark!

Did a good job fabricating the countertops and putting 2 of 3 in place. But forgot to secure 1 of the countertops and has not responded to my text informing Mark of this problem. Also, put in a under the counter sink with a deeper bowl than would work for where my kitchen sink waste pipe was located. As a result, my plumber had to open up the wall and cut the pipe lower to hook up the sink. Which cost me considerably more than just hooking up the sink would have.

5 Stars ...Granite Crafters and Mark was an excellent choice. Mark stopped by our house to see our kitchen and then spent time with us at Global to help layout the counter top and select a slab. His installation was neat, professional and beautiful when finished. Marks experience helped us make some final decisions and guided us throughout. It was a great project .... well done !We did take the time to check other options and contractors but selected Mark because of his experience and fair price. I would use and/or recommend Mark without question or hesitation.

We don’t normally write reviews, however, we had such a wonderful experience with Mark from Granite Crafters that we felt compelled to put this in writing. We went to 8 different granite fabricators and selected him based on meeting him in person and reading his reviews on Google. He met us at two different granite wholesalers while we were selecting our granite slabs to assure us that the slabs would work with our large island (11’ ½”X 3’) without compromising the patterns. We had all questions and concerns answered, and without his kindness and professional knowledge we would have had a difficult time piecing the island together. He came through with everything that we discussed. We are very happy with the way our project turned out. Beware I just had a granite counter tops installed and the sink is off center to the sink cabinet by 2-3 inch. Mark the owner tells me I said I wanted it the same as my old one... really...and my old one was not off centered When you notice your new faucet is way off center and when you ask you are told you wanted that way.. shows no regret for the error not only is this an unacceptable statement but reflects this companys poor communication and craftsmanship, OH did I mention the seams dont match and I was told I can match the front or back but not both... certainly the sink is a huge issue that I will have to get redone by someone as the owner is unwilling to fix his mistakes... buyers beware this is by far the worst installation I have seen...DO NOT RISK a POOR EXPERIENCE...
