First time coming here for an oil change and as advertised online the tire rotation was included! That plus a little speaker as a gift! Mike was so nice and super accommodating. My break fluid light was on and he was upfront about that not being a necessary change right now. The honesty from him was well appreciated. Cant say if Id get that same honesty if I had went to Honda or any other place. Meineke was also closing early at 4:30 and unfortunately I wasnt able to pick up my car until around 4:40 but he waited for me which was super nice of him! Ill definitely be coming back! As he showed me the parts my car needed replaced and finding prices; he was walking me through how long it would run before really needing them replaced. Each repair on my car has been professionally done and I have had no problems with my car after they return it to me. Got me in same morning I called. Helped me pick out the best tires to suit me.

Was quick service and professional until I questioned the bill when I went to pay. I was surprised to hear my bill would be $15 more than quoted over the phone when I gave him my make and model earlier that day. After making excuses in an agitated manner, he gave me a discount and coupon for next time. I explained I simply wanted to know upfront the added disposal fee and possible upgraded filter charge and felt like it was false advertising. He completely disagreed. Oh and this was after I agreed to come in earlier than my appointment time when he called me. Not a fan of that type of customer service.

One of the best places to take your car. I only trust this place with my vehicle. The guys there are awesome, there work is always excellent. Never had any issues and can always trust them with anything they suggest. I really recommend bringing your car here next time .

I went in to get front brakes. I see advertisements for Easy Pay. I apply and was accepted. When it was time to pay, I show the shop manager I was approved and he claims they were never setup for Easy Pay. He try to convince me to apply for a Meineke Credit Card. Why would I do that when I was already approved for this one? So, I went ahead and paid.I call Easy Pay to explain that they were never in their sysyem. The operator states that they are and called Meineke. He tells the operator that he never used it in awhile. WAIT.....how can that be when I was told youre not set up?Why the need to lie? How can I trust the quality of their work when blatantly lied about a simple payment setup?Would of gotten a zero but one is the lowest.

Mike was very thorough, professional and polite. Did not try to sell me anything that I did not need at the moment. We did discuss the fact that I should probably replace 3 of my tires before winter and the other newer one still had a lot of wear left on it. Will definitely go back.

In Illinois visiting family when my starter gave out the day before we were to leave. Came to the shop late in the day. I didn’t think anyone would get to my car anytime soon. The guys had my car in the shop in less than ten minutes and got me going in a couple hours. We were back on the road without delay. Price wise I’m not all that up on it to say, but Bring away from home, I think was well worth it. I’m back home and the starter worked flawlessly. Thanks a million guys. You saved my bacon.

So I went in for an oil change on 3/7/2020. Everything was going ok until the mechanic handed over the inspection paper to the person in the lobby. I got up to pay and noticed a pretty big confederate flag drawn on the lower right side of my paper.... once I saw that my whole experience went down the toilet. Do you guys do that on everyones paper or just the brown skin, Spanish speaking Latinos? I hope me speaking Spanish in your lobby was an inconvenience.. Maybe next time keep your opinions to yourself and be more professional since you are at work... Definitely never going back.

They have very friendly staff at this location. They work with you and they get the work done quickly. If there is a problem after they have repaired something, they will fix it right away. I’m a Marine Corps Vet and they are military friendly.

I went there to have my car inspected for Uber and was told my car needed new front tires to pass, so I trusted them and let them get me new ones. About a week after, I checked to see what the required minimum tread depth is and realized I didnt actually need new tires, so they basically forced me into buying their tires. Not cool.Also, I know someone who said he took his truck there to fix the muffle and they stole his catalytic converter and replaced it with just a tube.

Excellent service, always upfront and very accommodating to customer requests. They do everything you need, explain why it needed to be done and will not try to sell you blinker fluid. Have been coming here for years and plan to continue for years to come.

I went there last weekend to have an oil leak checked and my remote locks were not working properly. Pat checked both for free...said its not really a leak and I shouldnt worry unless there is a puddle under my car. I was told by other mechanics it is a leak. He was not able to completely fix my locks - they are computerized, but he did get the light to turn off and only one doesnt work now. So thank you Pat again.

Mike and his guys are great. They have repaired the exhaust on my moms Nissan Maxima, repaired a completely broken break line on her Ford Explorer. When her brake line went out on her while she was driving, she was scared and freaked out. She called up the shop and Mike told her who to call for a tow and that he would get the brake line taken care of. Only took a couple days and she had her truck back. Just today, 7/16/2018, they changed my oil and cleaned my aftermarket K&N air filter on my Ford F150. While his guys were working on my truck, we chatted for a little while and he is just an all around nice guy. He is honest and his prices are plenty fair. We will most definitely be returning in the future.

Have been going to pat and his crew for well over 10 years. When people talk about an honest mechanic this is the type of place they are talking about. In years past they have talked me out of repairs that are not necessary where as most other mechanics would try and up sell even more repairs.

After detecting the problems with my car, the owner Mike was going to call me with an estimate as they were busy when I was leaving the shop after having a service done. He never did, so I have made 4 more calls on separate days, to remind him I am still waiting on an estimate and each time I have heard he would call me in an hour (never happened!). I ended up fixing my car at another shop (I am surprised they pass on $1400), and never coming back to Meineke.On the other note, place is filthy.... don’t plan on waiting for oil change if you have kids with you!
