What a great experience. I was a bit nervous at first when I pulled up and saw the McLaren... And the Ferrari...and the other cars that make you go 😯. Walking in I could tell that this place was next level and I may be way over my head but then I met Cody. Cody was welcoming, friendly and even complimented my 10 year old Acura. I had a pretty specific ask, and they NAILED it. It was obvious that Top Speed specializes in custom FAST and LOUD set ups but my car is not a go fast kind of car. I just wanted something that was well made, looked great, and had just a little bit of rumble to it. I love to buy local and was fortunate to find this spot. Not only did they nail it, but I could tell, I could FEEL, that they were proud of the work, pleased with what they had created for me.Super grateful and happy to give a 1000% recommendation to anyone looking for a great experience.

I bought a shift knob and they sent me a used one. when i called to report that, a guy name Cody asked me to send photos of the signs of use which I did in 10min. Cody then said he would check on other same items and get back which he never did while I called him a few times to check back. after about 7 hrs(just before they close for the day), he still hadn’t call. So I called again. Cody then said his shipping guy said he did not see any of the signs I reported and now it was his words vs. my words. I never thought a sales guy and company like that is still around these days. Save your time and money, stay away from Cody and this shop.

Went in for an axle back install on my 370z NISMO. Because of my work schedule I was unable to go during the week, thankfully Cody said I could come in Saturday morning for the install. Minor fitment issue was quickly fixed. I was in and out in about an hour. Great 1st mod experience.

Cody Bell and the folks at Top Speed Pro1 were great at helping me weld new tips and install for my Blitz VSR Nur Spec catback for my Scion FRS. Turnaround was quick and they catered to my needs perfectly.They are the real deal.

I saw that TSP1 did custom exhausts for exotics. So I knew they should be able to handle the exhaust on my 2015 Audi A6 3.0. They have a premade catback system ready to go. I received the system and was pumped to finally give my car the aggressive sound it deserved. Well fitment of the system was terrible, and the clamps that came with it were cheap and broke. I don’t know if they have these made in China or what. I messaged them and got a pretty quick response initially. But when I tried again I was ghosted. I wasn’t asking for a full refund. Simply wanted a partial reimbursement to have my shop take it off and go back stop. What a disappointment. If your looking for a budget system stop, because it will disappoint you.

My son purchased a high flow cat system, had it professionally installed and a part cracked within 2 days. The part was replaced, he paid extra to have it installed and broke again. After calling Cody, he refused to transfer my son to the Manager /Owner. Very unprofessional. Cody likes to blame everybody and everything but his own product. If his product wasnt designed to offer any more performance than the factory unit was he claimed, and the factory cat quality is much worse than his product he recommended and sold, then why no issues EVER with the factory cat? 2 out of 2 failures with a so called High Performance Replacement cat. lol In an environment where business is hard to come by and so is the timely delivery of sellable products, I as a Business Operator would not want the obstacle of poor customer service and faulty products getting in the way of gaining new customers.

Im running the Top Speed Pro 1 exhaust on my Lancer Evolution, Ive had nothing but compliments from people on its sound since Ive installed it. Definitely a more aggressive sounding exhaust! Did I mention the build quality on the product itself? Its amazing, you can definitely see the attention to detail theyve taken in creating this exhaust. From a Company standpoint I believe Top Speed is doing an outstanding job, their customer service is some of the best Ive ever received, and this is coming from someone thats spent 6+ years working in Retail as a Store Manager. I recommend Top Speed to all my car enthusiast friends. Dont go for those imitation exhausts out there, go for the real thing and support this great company. Keep up the great work guys! Also, Top Speed was kind enough to send me some gear (lanyard, license plate holder, and a sticker) via First Class Priority Mail, talk about going the extra mile! I found exactly what I needed for building a custom sport bike exhaust. The fabrication guy here does good work.

Purchased an exhaust from them never received it. Called Top speed about the situation customer service was no help at all . They denied my claim. And they kept stalling me out and never returned any of my phone calls. Waited about 3 weeks then they tell me there is nothing they can do essentially telling me I’m out a couple of hundred dollars. Would not recommend unless you like wasting money.

This would be my first time modding my car (Infiniti G37 Sedan), but TS Pro 1s customer service is truly top notch. As promised, everything was shipped on the day I was told, and the representative (Ian) helping me even printed my invoice on a weekend (despite the fact that he said it probably wouldnt happen until Monday). These guys are great and Im super happy with the product. Car sounds GREAT!

I bought an exhaust for my G37 sedan. When I went to install it the midpipe was hitting my support brace. I called them up and they said I must of been doing something wrong. I took the whole thing apart again even took it to a shop and said no matter what way you put it, it was going to hit the brace. The exhaust I got was from a new batch that were made. I let them know that I believe that there was a defect on the new batch that were made. They didnt want to accept that even though this was on the Infiniti forums, similar to the issues I was facing. All they could offer me was a 10% discount on my next purchase.I did end up having to take the brace off my car and just dealing with it. The exhaust is reasonably priced compared to other aftermarket exhausts out there, so you get what you pay for.

Proud owner of a 2006 Lexus IS250 and this local company had the best deal on a rear section exhaust for my car. They let me come in to see it, had it out for me before I walked in, cut open a fresh box and removed the foam padding and bubble wrap. It looked great! I asked about installation and even though at the time they didnt offer it, the representative, Will, a young guy probably in his early 20s, opted in to help me after his work hours and for FREE. Thats all I needed. Im a fan, very proud to own parts that work beautifully, sound great and I even bought headers for my car a few weeks later. The owner was extremely nice and even when I needed some adjustment on my exhaust piping, the owner had no problem having me come over and Will and I tinkered with it to get it to suit my picky needs. The owner even stayed late to help! This is not a global enterprise, its a well-run Main St business that loves to give great deals and offer the best quality possible, and if ever something goes wrong, they stand by it and fix their mistakes. Happy to have been a customer and will be back!

Bought an x-pipe for an M3 and it was abysmal in craftsmanship, fit & finish. Wouldt fit properly to headers and then then the rest of the way through. Shops (plural) said to send back as theyd effectively have to cut sections and reweld to fit. I was able to enjoy copious amounts of exhaust fumes be cause nothing lined up going from shop to shop. Learned a lesson.....again.....buy quality stuff

I just purchased a turbo-back system off ebay, for my 92 Dodge Stealth RT/TT... it arrived days before i expected it. It was well packaged, and looks absolutely beautiful! Excellent welds, thick beefy flanges, large strong hangers.... I havent installed it yet(engine isnt finished yet) but my first impression is that its an excellent system!!! For much less than the price of a name brand catback system, I got a great full exhaust!!
