Bought a rear bumper and was missing a few bolts. Also the license plate lights provided didnt fit. Would reccomend but make sure everything is in the box and assembles nicely

Unfortunately for me I have been here 3x since I got my new car and keep taking off the driver side mirror on my garage!Emily, at the counter has been completely kind, efficient, fully explained everything. Was really kind on the phone, extremely helpful and very fluent in Spanish and English.

I called them asking for a radiator support for a honda civic 2002 and they told they have it, so they made me drive all the way there just to tell me that they couldnt find it.

Called them and they were very short with me like I was wasting their time. Arranged for pickup. Asked me to inspect it and I did. Everything seemed fine but when I took it to get painted they pointed out the it was bent. Asked for them to exchange and they refused. Just a scam to sell off their damaged parts! Poor business with poor customer service. Will never return. 0 accountability.

Wasted my time, a bit disappointed to be honest. I called twice over two days to ensure they had the part in stock. I get there and the guy says they have a damaged one they can sell me. Someone painted it apparently and returned it? And atop that it had no box so transporting w/o damage was fun. I asked him why i was told TWICE they had it in stock and he said they dont actually visually look which I suppose I can understand but WHY ENTER A DAMAGED PART INTO regular INVENTORY? The discount for this $8!! If I wasnt in a bind I would have told them to pound sand. Word to the wise, FORCE they to do a visual before you drive an hour there to pick up a part.

Sold a damage part. Pointed out the misplaced spot weld. Manager told me I was wrong. Bolted on it shows.Check hoods for sprayer holes as well. Didnt match. Dual Port v. Single.

This is a great place to perchase body replacement parts if needed. Much cheap than purchasing from a deal from bumper to bumper.

Order a light assembly, drove an hour and a half to get there. They told me they dont have it! Their response is we can only go by whats in the computer? How about you get off your lazy ass and go check before people drive an hour and a half? Terrible, terrible service, but they could care less anyways.... also agree with other reviews about the terrible blonde there
