Today was the last day this location was open because they are going out of business unfortunately. I walked in to see what they had and what the deals were. The entire time they just stood there staring at me and calling other people on their phones. My friend went there earlier in the day and said they welcomed her in and was very sweet and helped her out and chatted with her. Not sure why they were rude and decided to stare me down while I was in their store. They had terrible customer service.

I’m such a stickler for customer service when I spend my money, particularly in retail since I don’t have to be stepping foot in that store in a world where I can buy everything online. While I have had some of the younger more inexperienced girls fail me from a service standpoint, (lack of engagement, stare at me and make me feel uncomfortable) Ashley and Nicole when working on my embroidery work last week were so great to facilitate with. They talked me through a process of bringing them the correct file type for their machine so that I could get my work done on several bags. I will bringing them a lot of my projects because they priced me fairly also. Thank you ladies.

They have the so many beautiful clothes & coordinating accessories with a wide variety of gorgeous necklaces, bracelets & earrings. They also sell items that are perfect for the bride to be and her bridesmaid(s). Interesting & unique items that would appeal to any bride. I love all the clothes which are suitable for all ages based on the style. The clothes are an eclectic & classy. The also do custom monograms on backpacks, handbags, etc. Its a small shop with a lot of pizzazz. The prices are reasonable and the sale items are great and dont have the picked through look. Love, love this shop!!

So, two weeks ago I go in a purchase a total of 5 messy buns beanie hats for a Christmas presents. I waited the two weeks that it would take to the the monogram done on my hats. I go in to pick up my hats, they are a complete disaster, they look horrible. I knew that I should of looked in to these a lot more then I did. But, I did not expect them to look that bad. For the Owner to supposedly pay a lot of money for the embroiderers to learn how to do these things for it to look like an kid took it and done it.The Customer service from the manager is horrible, whomever the manager of the store (Tammy) is completely and utterly rude, during my complaint to her, she was talking to me like I was trash on the side of the road. She told me that the OWNER of the company was going to call me and I have yet to hear from her. When I pay 60+ dollars for something With their name on it, you would think that the so called company would make sure that it is done right like the customer had asked for the 1st time. I want to wear these beanies out in public and send more business their way, but there again I dont want to wear something that is missed up and that you can see my monogram unless you are standing over the top of me or have my hat pulled so far down that is covers my eyes. I have bought many of things from multiple of their stores ever since they have opened. And for a loyal shopper and firm believer of shopping small business, you would think that you would get treated with more respect then what I was given.

We drive over 2 hours now to shop here because we moved. more then one location the black leggings are my daughters favorite I love all the cute and holiday prints on the leggings great selection for gifts too

While I love love the merchandise here I j have been very disappointed with the service here. I have shopped here four times and purchased three of them. I was never greeted and not even small talk at the register while checking out. I think the store is super cute but good service goes a long way and they definitely do not provide any type of service.

The store was nice. We havent been here in years. I miss the miss storeit ised to be. Im not sure about the Kylie kits???? I think, im looking at a storr competing with other stores. its lost some of its charm. And its way over skud. Not enough space to enjoy the viewing of the product.

Great little store, lots of personalizable items and loads of great bows.

Not gonna say its the worst place ever. If you dont care about customer service its great because the clothes are cute and everything is neat. Other then that the workers look like they hate there job and stick there nose to the floor unless you have to go out of your way to ask for help. They answer your questions with an annoying tone. And when you spend $350+ in there they still dont change there tone of voice with you like Im just expected to pay that much when I go in there. Its ONLY this location. The cartersville location is the BEST. Will stick to that location from now on because they appreciate my business!
