What I ordered and what I received were not the same, over 1/2 of the flowers were missing from the arrangement. I contacted the company and they stated they did not have the vase in stock that should have been used for the order. The vase had a. 3in rim and should have had a 5in. She indicated she would pick up the correct vase from her supplier and deliver another arrangement however, she never did. The florist called me twice to say she would be delivering another arrangement, still nothing. Now theyre not answering my emails or phone calls. I should have checked these Yelp reviews before ordering. I do not recommend this florist. I want a refund ASAP!!!

I dont know if this shop is closed or whats going on, but I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law, and they straight up never arrived. Ive tried calling the shop multiple times, and the phone just rings until the call is automatically ended. Luckily they havent charged my card so far, but I did just receive an automated thank you email, so Im not really sure whats happening.My advice: dont order flowers from here unless you speak to a person who confirms they will be delivered. I cant speak to the quality of the arrangements.

I am from out of town and looked them up on the internet. They were close to the funeral home so I placed my order on line. The flowers never arrived. I called and emailed with no response. I even went by the shop on 2 occasions but it was after hours both days. However, no sign on the door saying they were closed or out of business. I have called multiple times with no answer or message as to why they weren’t answering. So disappointed not to have flowers from my family at the funeral. I am using another florist to send flowers to the home but it is not the same. Do not use this company!!

The arrangement I purchased for my deceased mother-in-law was beyond my expectations! I received more then what I paid for. I definitely recommend this florist for all your flower needs !! Why is there not negative 5 stars?I don’t even know where to begin..my hubby bought me a dozen red roses to be delivered to our home as a surprise while he was out of town a few days ago. They were delivered to the wrong house(thank God my neighbor and I are close) What came, unbeknownst to me, was some cheap(I know my flowers when bloomed)thrown together arrangement with THREE pink roses, and a bunch of green leaves with some(as I know now) Eucalyptus buds🙄.One of the eucalyptus bud stems fell on the floor just from carrying it from the door to my kitchen table, and my dog got to it. I immediately called Elena at 4:56PM (right when the flowers arrived) & she told me to send an email of the pic of the arrangement and that she would get back to me. I told her that my dog had eaten it/gotten a hold of it!!!Elena didn’t have the decency to tell me that she closed at 5:00PM so while I am frantically waiting to hear back from her, after 15 minutes I called back just to reach their 24 hour service who could not help at all.In COMPLETE PANIC, I rushed my baby to a 24hr hospital (please keep in mind that she is a teacup Chihuahua) and this is very traumatic for her. I had to pay over $1000 for the visit, tests, etc ON MY DIME👏🏼Elena never called me back, nor emailed me back until the next LATE morning & her reply was “ask your vet that question, it’s eucalyptus buds”..??🤯My husband had them delivered as a surprise to me and I didn’t know they were supposed to be roses. When he gets home he asks me if that is the flower arrangement that was sent to me and I replied with yes…HE WAS FURIOUS by this point.I have demanded my money back and have STILL not even had a reply from Elena stating what they need from me exactly to get our money back. Elena finally responded days after (yelling in all caps) that she looked through the system and could not find anything under my name, but yet when we spoke the day they were delivered, Elena pulled it up just fine and said it was a various/florist choice and didn’t know what is was..?? YOUR THE FLORIST ELENA!PLEASE! If you need to use a florist, pick another, pay that extra couple dollars to get the right thing that you want that has a mustard seed of customer service.I know MANY people that have used Elena and have not gotten the right arrangement, not have it delivered the same day, and now my experience just tops it all I think!If I would’ve known the company my husband was using I would have told him absolutely not!If I wanted to completely embarrass Elena to the point where nobody would ever use her again, I would put the screenshots of the emails up, but I have some decency in ME.In my mind, my dog could’ve easily died and Elena did not even have the decency to tell me she closed in 4 minutes or would not be able, aka, DID NOT FEEL LIKE getting back to me until she felt like it, after I JUST talked to her on the phone about the whole situation with my TEACUP chihuahua.And as I stated previously, I am still waiting to get my money back and this has been DAYSSS AGO!THE MOST HORRIBLE AND SCARY EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY BUSINESS!!!UPDATE: 3-29-2021 I just FINALLY got Elena to get on the phone to give our money back, Elena LITERALLY SCREAMED at me, & told me “it was not her responsibility to return our money” & it must be a land line bc she slammed that phone down as hard as she could in my face while I was in the middle of just asking how to get our money back..NO EXAGGERATION, Elena just literally SCREAMED at me and slammed the phone down..The bank is now refunding our money bc I recorded the conversation audio(told her it’s being recorded) & emailed it to them with all the emails. Also, I sent the emails and the voice audio to the 24 hour vet we had ZERO choice in going to & he has agreed to return 3/4 of our money. All this over roses I didn’t even receive. PLEASE, use someone else who has a mustard seed of customer service. Sad…
These ladies were the nicest and most understanding people I could have done business with. Admiting I was late they still took care of me and provided me with a cool affordable vase to put all my flowers in. I recommend comin to this great store in this little town if you need flowers.
TERRIBLE!! Acworth Flowers was supposed to deliver a bouquet for my daughter’s 13th birthday to make it special today! Nothing delivered and the answering service has no record of my order yet I have the confirmation email!! I am SOOO MAD and incredibly disgusted with this flower shop!! Do not EVER ORDER from this place! They are pathetic!! I had to give them 1 star in order to rate this TERRIBLE business!BTW....they already charged my debit card without shipping their product! Completely ILLEGAL!!
I was ordering from Canada and wanted blue and white flowers for a funeral. I called a d got a woman, then another woman picked up the phone and took my order. She said they had white amaryllis flowers and delphinium I blue. We talked about how cheap spray painted flowers look. She assured me there would be none. When I got my bill it was 108.00 and I saw a photo..Red amaryllis, blue delphinium and white chrysanthemums spray painted blue. Thankfully the family appreciated my gesture. It made me sad to trust..and then be disappointed.
I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day using the website. I received a confirmation number and confirmation email. When Valentines Day came my wife did not receive the flowers. In the afternoon I called to see if they were still going to be delivered. Well, the shop said they had no record of my order. I gave them the confirmation number, still no record. The young ladies(I had to call several time and got two different helpers) were very polite and suggested each time I speak to the manager. After holding for extremely long periods of time, I just hung up. Being new to the area I was looking for a hometown florist. Unfortunately Acworth Flowers & Plants is not what I was looking for.
Very disappointed with the overall experience with Acworth Flowers & Plants. I placed an order 2 weeks in advance for it to not be delivered on June, 3. I don’t live in the Acworth area so I placed my order over the phone & I paid over the phone.I called on June 3 wondering why my order wasn’t delivered and got their 24 hour service line because they were CLOSED. Why was an order taken for a day that was closed? I called the following day and explained the situation to the Elena, who answered the phone. She told me “well we were closed yesterday” as if I hadn’t already figured that out due to my nearly $50 order not being delivered. She offered to REFUND & DELIVER my order (which was appreciated until I called to confirm the refund I got not 1 rude response, but 3 different rude responses over something that was their mistake).I wouldn’t spend my money here. Save your time and efforts and go somewhere else.
I called Acworth Flowers after a friend sent us an arrangement that had accidentally been delivered to the wrong house (our condo community is very confusing without specific delivery instructions). They quickly apologized and had a fresh, beautiful arrangement delivered the same day!
Flowers were not delivered. No phone call and could not get an answer when I called during business hours.

My husband ordered flowers online for me and they were filled by Acworth Flower and Plant and they were GORGEOUS! Beautifully blooming yellow roses with cheerful daisies. Sometimes when you have online orders you feel like they clean out the frog with whatevers left over but these flowers were amazing! Lush and full with very prompt, courteous delivery.
I ordered flowers for a dear friends sons funeral. When I got to the funeral home on the day of the viewing they were no where to be found. So I gave it to the day of the funeral and they had still never came. I called the shop three times and was told each time that they would take down my name and number and have someone call me back. It is now the end of the day and no one bothered to call. I paid $75 for an arrangement that never showed and on top of that this was something from the heart and this shop couldnt care less. Find somewhere else to go in Acworth, this place is terrible.

Ordered flowers through FTD on the 4th of February to be delivered on the 13th of February. The delivery person from Acworth Florist came on the 13th of February but attempted to give us someone else’s flowers. We told him of the error and he took the flowers back and told us he would be back in 30 minutes with our flowers. That did not happen. Long story short and 5 phone calls and two days later we got my wife flowers. Then on Tuesday the 18th of February the original delivery person from Acworth Florist tried to delivery another set of the flowers I ordered. I told him that we received the flowers late Saturday which he was very surprised to hear.. Bottom line my wife received her flowers two days late, no apology or explanation from Acworth florist. In my opinion they are definitely not customer oriented nor care for their customers.

Above and beyond does not even come close to how well I was treated. I have used many flower shops before and this is by far the best service I have EVER received.We had a death in the family and my budget for flowers was not enough to cover the Peace Lily I wanted, so the girl on the phone offered to pay the remaining balance with her own money.I was blown away, cried in gratitude, and she said it was her privilege. I realize this is a very rare situation but these are the kind of people who really care, and who I want to give all of my business to.Thank you so much Acworth Flower & Plants, you have been an example of love and giving to me in a time of heartache.
I paid $70 for a European garden. I was very disapppointed with the value. The basket was very small. I also had Daisys put in the arrangement. They were drooped over and looked like they were dying. I had to apologize to the family for the poor arrangement. I live out of town and was not familiar with the area. I ordered these because the shop was close to the funeral home. I would not recommend this store.

The single best flower arrangement we have ever received hands down...First, they came bright and early on my husbands birthday, no waiting around all day. So fresh and beautiful. It was the birthday cake done in mini carnations and mums with a rose on top and candles. Just perfect. The balloons had color coordinated ribbons and were plump with helium. I really wish there was a ZERO STAR option for this shop!!!I ordered flowers online for my daughter and her family. I upgraded the order, paid for expedited delivery, and hoped they would help cheer the family up just a little. It was the 25th birthday of my Granddaughter Taylor, who passed away 2 years ago from a seizure. The flowers arrived, the large Angel plaque was replaced by one a third the size of 2 birds, the flowers were about 4 high, not 12. Half the flowers were missing, and they were tiny, not at all the large colorful blooms pictured. I called very upset that I paid $100 for something worth $20 at rhe most!! The man said they would credit me $38, upgrade them to Premium status, and deliver by noon the next day. I said fine, could Taylors little sisters (ages 7&8) put the others in their room, and the family could have the corrected ones? No problem, they had paid the shop for them and the florist would toss them. The next day the florist driver called, past noon, and said she was on her way with the new flowers, but had to collect the small arrangement in exchange for the larger one. I told her the guy said the girls could have them, they were cut flowers, and going to be tossed. It was part of my agreement the day before. I ask her if SHE was going to be the one to take them away from the girls after we told them they could have them! It was part of the agreement as much as the refund was. I called again, this time to the name printed on the Floral card that came with the flowers. Spoke to a Manager named Elaina at the Acworth shop, who I can say has no customer service skills at all!! I explained everything to her, she insisted they had to pick up the flowers or could not redeliver the others.. She said my order went to the online order taker, then Tele Floral and then her, and they were contracted to pick up the old ones. I told her I didnt care who was in the middle, or how many, I just wanted what I paid for. She said she was only paid $60 off the $100 for the first delivery, and $109 for the second, and she wanted the 1st ones back. Once again I called the original online florist, after an hour, and them calling Elaina 3 times, they said the kids can keep the others, and everything was fine. He was going to send something to the floral manager stating the new revised contract. They paid the florist, she was not out anything, for both.We waited all day. Nothing. I got the number off caller ID for the driver and called her to see when she was delivering... she said Elaina called her and said to bring the flowers back to the shop!!! So.. today is Saturday, I ordered these to be delivered on Taylors birthday last Wednesday.. now another call to the original florist person. They listened... told me they were going to have my upgraded order redelivered by a different florist, not using Elainas shop, redund me 15% more, and this would happen on Monday!! Wow!! I can definitely recommend the online service, FROM YOU FLOWERS, but be aware, if you live around Acworth Georgia... do NOT let them use her shop for anything!!!!SO..THANKS ELAINA, FOR MAKING MY GRANDDAUGHTERS 25TH BIRTHDAY SO MEMORABLE FOR US ALL.Elaina, you have to be the rudest person I have come across ever. It was hard enough to deal with this sad occassion, and you made a bad day even worse. You are a mean mean woman.
