I have been getting my hair products here for over 12 yrs. I go here bc I know they have what I need usually. The comments I’ve read about the rude customer service sounds like a completely different store. They’ve always been helpful to me and many times I brought my mom for wigs. They let her try as many as she wanted and helped her style them. I have moved 20 mins farther from them and was looking up the number to call to see if they had what I wanted before driving out when I ran across their reviews...so it prompted me to write one because I feel this store has been a good place for me to shop. They don’t take no junk when its given but I’ve never seen them otherwise be anything but polite. That’s my experience with this store and I will keep them as my ‘go to’ because the other stores within a ten mile radius has no comparison on selection and stock.

Customer service sucks, they need better trained workers. Good selection on hair products and at an ok price, Just need to work on customer service badly.

I actually love this place. Ive been here several times and have never had a bad experience. Theyre always friendly and help me when needed. Ive had to return hair during the back to school rush and they remembered me. No hassle at all! I, also, love the free samples! Will continue to buy from them.

I only go here because its close to where I live but I dont think Ill be back. I usually go here often but today I went in to purchase hair and I agree that the ladies in there need to work on their customer service. They are sometimes friendly and helpful but today they were rude and speaking in their native language being shady and snarky. I dont have to spend my hard earned money here and most likely will find another beauty supply or just buy my stuff online. Their selection as far as actual hair sucks and is a bit overpriced anyway.

Very poor unacceptable kind of customer service!! I wish l could give a zero. I asked for hair clippings and one of the ladies pointed to where they are. I walked there, l couldnt find them then l asked her again, she screamed at me and stated they were there.That lady didnt make an effort to come out to help. So my niece started looking and found them. I told my niece that l will never come back here ever again and then the lady looked to where l was and said, yes you should go somewhere else thats when l told her, she needs to treat customers with kindness and respect. I left all the stuff l wanted to buy on the counter.I walk out and l have not gone back again. The dont deserve my money.

I was very unhappy with the Customer Service I received here.But I can Truly say they have a lot of differenttypes of weave to choose from.They always keep up with the Trending New Hair.

This store deserves no star at all. I went there today to buy some weave. One of the ladies asked me how she could help me and i told her i wanted to buy some weave. I asked her to show me the brazillian hair she had. She showed me 2 different bundles. Then i asked her if she had any more and i could tell by her body movements i was bothering her. She gave me a nasty look and when she was reaching out to show me the hair i told her seems like i am bothering you so dont bother. She looked at me and then said something in their language to her friend. I mean the ladies working there had horrible attitudes towards customers. I will be going to other stores. Not going back.

If I could give the zero stars I would, horrible customer service, they act like they are better than you, they’re rude and talk in their native language right in front of you. I live close by but I would rather drive elsewhere than to shop there

I will NEVER go in this store again.I walked in and asked the lady for some items, and she told me where the items were with a snarky attitude.As Im searching for the items,I look up and she is staring at me, and says something in her language.Then she aggressively asks me if I need help.I say no, and she comes around the counter and checks the area that Im standing in to see if Ive stolen anything.At this point, everybody is watching.I was so embarassed and angry that I put down what was clearly visible in my hand and walked out.Even the other customers in the store commented on the situation. They said her behavior was unnecessary.

Ive shopped here twice. Will not go back again. The first visit I purrchased a wig. They only want you to try three but the lady was nice enough to let me try a fourth, so I could get a good fit. The 2nd time, I bought 2 crochet caps. I didnt try them on, just picked the colors I wanted and went home. 2 days later, I reached to put my grey cap on my head and noticed there was no elastic to hold it and place. So I put on the blue one and went back to the store to exchange the Grey cap. I couldnt find the receipt and I read the sign, but figured they would replace a faulty product as good customer service. The woman behind the counter said she wouldnt exchange it even if I had the receipt. Tried to say I used the cap and was trying to shoo me a way like I was a trouble maker. Another woman said if I brought the receipt she would consider exchange, but the woman behind the counter kept telling me not to come back, even with the receipt. I felt jipped and looked down upon. I will not go back .Sucks to have to pass by the store in my neighborhood to go to another. But they do not deserve good customers .

I shopped here but i regret it they had bad attitude following you everywhere like you was going to steal from them one of the lady grabbed the hair from me saying it was sample hair come on dont snatch just ask me to put it back no respect at all to the customers.
