Alishea was amazing!!! She was very helpful, she was patient and very friendly. Im thankful for her help in getting my passport photos printed, she was a lifesaver. I was a little frustrated because I waited until the last minute but Alishea turn my night around with her great customer service. I left there with a smile on my face thanks to her.
Most inefficient & incompetent excuse for a pharmacy in the world! I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru and finally the girl comes to the window. Tells me to go to back of line and start over because can’t find the script. One problem they close in 18 minutes. So precious will probably close shade before I get my aging dying mothers medications . Every time they’re slowest pharmacy ever. I feel like every time I visit this store I’m on a Seinfeld episode..,😩
Yesterday i stop at this location that I am customers about 6 years.I wad needing a box of needles for my diabetic pen.The lady said will waiting about 15 minutesBut i wait for 45 minutes to get one small box.Unfortunately after this time i left without myNeedles.The people inside this location need to learning the difference between refills that need time to get ready, and stretch the arms and grab some that is ready to go.Is a total customer disrespect what they didWith me..

Me and my husband have covid. I was picking up his prescriptions through the drive through and asked if I could purchase some cough drops while I was those. The woman replied with “yeah but we’re a little busy right now so it would take me a little bit to get to that.”I said oh ok. Thanks so much for all your help. Find a different pharmacy.
This location is terrible! I have trigeminal neuralgia. My medication costs $800 to fill once a month. So, its extremely expensive and extremely important for me to be able to have a normal life. I usually call ahead to make sure everything is in order for my prescription to be picked up on time because it repeatedly gets delayed because they dont have enough to fill the prescription. Nearly every time I call, they are rude, negligent, and completely uncompassionate. They have lost the prescription multiple times. They have said theyve ordered enough to fill it and failed to do so in the end. This is not one time but almost every time! They are a nightmare. Its bad enough to have the chronic pain associated with Trigeminal Neuralgia (a.k.a. the suicide disease), but this pharmacy makes it SOOOO MUCH WORSE!!
Went to Wal-Mart waited 25 minutes for 5...5! Rx.... Waited 1 hr here for 1 refill... Step it up Walgreens or youll be the next dollar trees. SMH
If I could honestly give this place a zero I really would, the lady working the pharmacy counter was extremely rude and talked to me like a dog and I did nothing to provoke that behavior, her name badge said Can.. and the rest was covered by some sort of card. After reading other reviews it was more than likely the young lady named Candace. I use to love thales customer service here, but Ill be taking my money elsewhere.
We get all of the families prescriptions filled there.We just moved to acworth ga.a year ago.Weve had a few issues there but all in all i will continue to use this pharmacy because its right up the street from our home.
We came in to fill a prescription (waited 2 minutes) only to be told they are closed. They did have time enough to tell us the closest pharmacy but not enough time to fill the prescription I guess.

Well Walgreens was very good up until about a year ago and after that I just went bad the new pharmacy workers use profanity talking sexual things and I had a refill to be picked up a when I got there to pick it up I found out that they had sold my medication to someone else I asked why? There answer was we sold it to a person who needed it more than you and if thats not bad enough they have a new old lady working back there that even though you are in the computer system she has got a personal list of peoples names on the medication that they are on and before you can get your medication she has to check her list and it causes a big problem with holding people up and she is also really rude and smart mouth like the time I went in there to pick up a medication she gave me the run around and got really hateful and very smart mouth with me so I am the kinda person that dont take that to kindly so I told that what I am going have to do show her my license to prove that I am who I am she just looked at really hateful but after spending a good long while with her screwed up ways I finally got my medication but I am not going to do business with Walgreens anymore I would not recommend them to anyone.
Wouldnt refill medicine unless I have Acworth address!!! Dont waste your time and money in this place take my business somewhere better! Terrible customer service!!!
I have been to the Lake Acworth Dr store a few times and each and every time, the young lady working the check out, Candace, is beyond rude. Everyone is dealing with their own problems but when your working in the medical field and with people that aren’t feeling well, you might want to check your problems at the door. I have never been anything but kind to her but yesterday took the cake. I understand that your job is busy but getting aggravated with customers because they are there to pick up a prescription is uncalled for! I suggest you find a job that doesn’t consist of dealing with the public. No one deserves that unnecessary aggregation and attitude when they’re just picking up a prescription. I walked in having an anxiety attack and I walked out an it was even worse. Thank you Candace. I’ll be finding another pharmacy. One that treats their customers with respect.

This pharmacy is unorganized as of July 2018. They have temp staff that does not provide organized suggestions and make mistakes, which they then back up with poor attitudes; a terrible combination of being wrong and argumentative as well. Being told Rxs are for pick up, taking time to drive to the pharmacy and then finding out the Rxs are not ready is unprofessional ---- and this has happened not once but three times. Apologies not provided. Most recent experience was prescription stated as ready and the Good Rx discount was not longer valid after their merger, which they fully knew about, and they did not have the courtesy to inform of huge price change until I arrived. No apology again. This might be a phase, but for now consider using another pharmacy.

This Walgreens uses expired license and sells to people that come in already intoxicated. An expired license is not a valid license and it’s against the law to sell to an patron that is already intoxicated especially when those Patrons are driving.
The customer service in the pharmacy is second to none. Always willing to lend a helping hand.
The staff is always friendly and always keeps me aware of any delays. Kendall ordered a medication for me that they normally do not carry and now keeps it on hand for me, for no fee. Publix tried it charge me an additional fee for this. I get all my prescriptions from walgreens now.

I asked the cashier if a certain product was included in the sale that said select items only with no specific description for the product on the weekly ad. She said she didnt know and couldnt check and that I had to pay for it if she does check... I asked if she can scan it and check before I pay, and she said no she isnt allowed to do that because the manager doesnt like it when she voids purchases. Thats just nonsense.
Just now walked in the store a to ask a question and the lady at the front counter was extremely rude and unhelpful, so I just walked out and went across the street to the CVS.
Staff is super helpful and friendly
Always happy with my visits here, never have to go look for a cashier like most these stores.
