Don’t be in a hurry via drive through. The team is very nice but speed of drive through has been poor over the past 2-3 months. I hope they fix as 15-20 min waiting isn’t a pleasant experience.

This location needs to get their act together. I placed a mobile order for two traveler containers. I called the store as a courtesy to let them know what time I would be there to pick them up (45 minutes from when I placed the order). When I arrived (at the exact time I said I would be there), they said they would start working on them. 🙄 Then someone else came to talk to me (a manager I assume) to tell me they actually were out of the traveler containers. She offered no suggestions to remedy the situation until I asked specifically considering that I had already paid for them. She said they could refund me or she could call a store down the road and they would be able to do them there. She gave me some sugars to help speed the process along for the other store and then gave me the address of the other store. When I arrived at the other store, they said she told them I wouldn’t be there for 20-30 minutes (even though it was only 5 minutes away). Thankfully, they were on it and incredibly kind. Even made sure I had cups and lids since the woman at this store clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Very disappointed in this Starbucks location.

I arrived here and I told the staff member buzz that I had a pick up. Well, this lilttle man was hesitant at first before saying hed get it for me.....20 mins later and no order. I had to ask another staff member where my order was and he got it for me. Buzz disappeared without saying a word smh. These type of people do not need to be working in customer service because theyre rude and make everything personal instead of remaining professional. Sasha is another problem. She has the worst attitude. If you dont like working then go home! Poor management here and some bad apples.

I cant remember everyones names at this location but every time I go to this location the staff are extremely nice and happy! No matter how long the lines are, I always feel like, for a Starbucks, it moves fast. I think they have a great crew and always get my order correct, even when I complicate it a little.

They ran out of straws…. Didn’t say anything about it until after they took my money. How am I supposed to drink a frozen frappe with no straws… completely pathetic

Good customer service, but each time I come, I get the same thing, seems to be a little iced or watered down. I usually get venti caramel ribbon crunch with shot of expresso

May it was just me but I didn’t appreciate their service. Given they were busy and whatnot looked like they were training a new hire; I was ignored. I’m stood in the mobile/ online order line… it seemed like all the other patrons were seen but me. Not trying to make this a racial thing but I stood in line, not acknowledged, directly at the register, first in line. Other people (white) that weren’t in line were greeted, noticed and helped.

This is a great location. Starbucks is on a new level with care for customers and the whole experience. Love every person who works here, they are all so kind, personable and make my day.

I always get excellent service at this location! My drink cups are always clean, noting running down them. And they are usually very fast! One of the baristas made this for me on September 25th around 4 pm and I forgot to post it that day. It looks like a work of art rather than a drink thrown together in a rush. Theyre passion shines through on their drinks!

Great customer service and always quick!

Filthy and understaffed. I had to wait over ten minutes for my tea. They don’t even bother to keep up appearances. There are flies in the display and dead flies on the ground. The trash is overflowing outside and obviously hasn’t been emptied all morning.

Worst Starbucks ever. They don’t offer decaf coffee and they are the slowest one I’ve ever been to.

Im not a fan of the corporation in general but love the coffee and this particular time went to buy a homeless guy and myself a coffee. The guy at the drive through couldnt get my credit card to work and gave me the drinks for free! I didnt expect that and offered $100 bill to pay but he said they didnt have change but it was ok there is no charge and smiled! Very nice gesture and much appreciated.

Ordered a venti vanilla latte and usually this location is great but dang I feel a little cheated when I received a 2/3 full cup. Still delicious but I expect more from a 6$ drink.Update: love this locations customer service and attitude!

Delicious. Friendly. My only issue is that it was a very busy time of day and one car was holding up a TON of people. It seems like you could possibly have that person step/pull aside or something to keep things moving. But, idk since Ive never worked there. But besides that, 👍

Always slow. They tend to ignore walk-in customers standing and waiting to place orders in favor of drive through and mobile orders. Hey, Im standing here and have a busy life, too. Then, when I FINALLY was able to order my coffee with no room for cream, they left nearly half the cup empty.

Ivy was very helpful! I messed up my order and she fixed it and didnt charge me extra. Will be back because of the service.

I usually enjoy this starbucks and their quick service, but I went recently and they spilled my drink all over me, my car, and my food in the basket. They did not say sorry nor did they offer to fix my drink, instead she laughed and said oops. Very disappointed and angry.

This Starbucks is great! The service is always excellent, quick, and accurate. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. Breakthrough Music has been coming here for years. The only downside to this location is that people like it so much that it often gets busy and full of people, so parking can sometimes be a challenge. Otherwise, this Starbucks is well-managed and has been a great experience for us!

My vanilla bean frappe wasnt great this trip, but theyre typically pretty good.

They are extremely slow last time I visited this location I never received my order after waiting inside for almost 30 minutes a walked out . I made the mistake of trying this location a few more times and they still took forever

This starbucks has problems staying open . If it rains they have no electricity. Happened twice in 2 weeks. Now they mysteriously close in the middle of the day without explanation. Ive come here twice this week and they just wrapped up at around noon. The staff is nice when they are open though.

Capachino was awesome

An easy quick in and out experience with service and a smile. Coffee was handed to me just as I ordered it. There was a small line, but moved quickly. Theres a small cozy area of typical stores for seating and enjoying your java.

It was fairly quick and the coffee was good 😊

Its a Starbucks. What can you say. Yes they are a little pricey, and you either love them or hate them. For me, when I want a good cup of coffee, they are always my first choice. Ive never been to this particular location before, but the service here was particularly friendly.

This Starbucks keeps changing the pick up policy without notice. The hours are inconsistent and iftif are even opened and allowing you inside the store the bathrooms are closed.

Very friendly in helping me find a delicious drink, which Im now hooked on ~ Iced White Chocolate Mocha!!!! Great atmosphere too!!! Grabbing my laptop & books and coming back!!

Great coffee and food/snack selection, but this is quite possibly the LOUDEST Starbucks I have ever been to. The people behind the counter are talking at the loudest volume and not about anything substantive, its just jibber jabber about nothing, but turned all the way to 11. Dont get me wrong, they are all friendly, but its as if they are talking, nonstop at their highest volume possible. If I could record it and post it I would. I dont know how people are able to study, work or even carry on a conversation.

Very rude staff and unprofessional. I asked a simple question about trying to find a new drink for the coming cold weather and the barista was very rude, attempted to belittle me and make me feel stupid for asking such a question. Every time I’ve been to a Starbucks and asked for an opinion on a new drink, I’ve been handed an exciting new experience, but not this Starbucks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would rather drive the extra x amount of miles to get a somewhat decent interaction with a barista.

Updare at bottom! I really wish I could actually enjoy my breakfast from this location. This has now been the 3rd time I have revieved a cold and undercooked reduced fat turkey bacon breakfast sandwich. I have requested multiple times for it to be left in the oven longer to no avail. This last time is the straw that broke the camels back. Completely cold to the touch and not edible. I should not have to check to make sure people do what you request them to do, but I guess a bunch of incompetent people work at this location. You dont expect this to happen at Starbucks for the price you pay. I would love for you to fix this problem so I can return to this location.I just waited 20 minutes in line to eat a cold cheese Danish. Yet again they cant work the oven.

I was pretty upset with this Starbucks yesterday. We pre-ordered our drinks and chose the wrong Starbucks, the address was very misleading there was no way to know it was incorrect without knowing the street number, we were told to drive to the other Starbucks to pick up our drinks. It seems the employees are well aware that the description of the two stores is confusing, maybe it would be a good idea to change the descriptions?? It would have been nice if they had offered to make our drinks there.

By far the best coffee I have ever gotten 12 out of 10 love it they have amazing manners and always put a smile on your face and remember names of regular customers I love this place and would come here all the time if I had the money the coffee is pricey but so worth it and you can make custom drinks and I definitely recommend downloading there app to have your drink ready and made when you get there

Your white chocolate cocoa mint drinks needs more chocolate favor not white warm water. Not pleased with this drink.

The coffee was good, but they took a very long time with my daughters drink. Went up to the counter and it was sitting by the machines and the staff were not even aware that we hadnt gotten it yet.

Worst seating ever. Effectively set up where 8 people can consume every table or area of its raining outside. Waited over 30 min for a seat and left.

10 minutes waiting to be served ... Priority is for drive and mobile orders. People walk in are served last. Paid for my order at 8:18, at 8:28 was still waiting for my order

I had to have my drink remade 4 times all because the guy through the drive thru was not listening correctly. I asked for 4 pumps of toffee and he thought I said 4 pumps of coffee. The first time my drinks were made small when I asked for the venti size. The second time it tasted off because they put coffee instead of toffee. I went back through and since I was not handed a receipt I couldnt identify the issue immediately until the girl repeated my order and said coffee by then they had already made the drinks a third time. The fourth time once I realized the mix up they finally got it right. The girl was so pissed at me she couldnt even turn around and hand me the drinks so she had her coworker do it. She should have been mad at her coworker for not taking the order correctly or handing me the receipt.

Good service and good coffee. However, the outside looks terrible. It looks like an abandoned building. The landscaping is terrible- weeds, trash, etc. With the cost of these drinks youd think they would spend some of that to make the place look nice.

Never keeps a consistent schedule and the website says open when it’s actually closed
