If there is a chain that has grown on me its Publix. It amazes me the consistency from store to store, cleanliness, fresh fruit, very attentive staff, quality meat and butchers that try to give you that exact cut, one of, if not the best pharmacy in metro Atlanta, so when I compare this store to my favorite on East Piedmont its two thumbs up. Consistent quality yhruout the 10 or more stores I have visited.
All other food places were packed and lines too long to wait. Need Gluten Free for family. Checked deli and got my sandwich, but asked if they have GF options. The manager happily showed us a GF Large wrap. Commercial size wrap to make a 12 meal. Was amazing, full of meat, and great. They took care to handle allergy needs. Recommend giving them a chance if looking for another food option.
Publix has thee nicest/cleanest bathrooms out of all the grocery stores!
The staff is always very helpful and they usually have most of their products in stock.
Love this publix location, have enough cashiers available and the hospitality is awesome,a lot of produce variety, highly recommended. 😊
I like my local Publix a lot, as usual the service is impeccable and the store is always clean and welcoming.
Friendly, convenient.I love the buy one get one free deals. Consistent with what you expect from publix
I feel most of my prescriptions at this Pharmacy great job guys are always caring and understanding and adapt to situations based on need and we really appreciate it and will continue to grow our business with you
Small footprint neighborhood store.Recently remodeled with a pharmacy, the store is bright, cheery and clean. Friendly staff. Smaller deli, fresh and frozen food sections consistent with store size. Good size parking lot, with multiple entrances. A small outdoor dining area with picnic tables offers a quick escape for a fresh meal.
Ordered a sandwich at the deli, Asked for the weekly special and when I got to the register they wanted to charge me for premium meat, that I did not order. When it was brought to the attention of the gentleman who made the sandwich, he lied and said I ordered premium meat, which I did not. BEWARE
I love this store!! They always have the most helpful employees! Just today Elvia let me know about a sale that would save me money on cheese that I was buying. She has a habit of doing this- always having the best interest of customers in mind!Thank you, Elvia and thank you, Publix!
Excellent helpfull staff. Neat and clean store. Love the BOGOs
I love Publix. Its a very clean store and the employees were quite helpful, answering all of my questions with courtesy and patience.
CLEAN and SANITIZED smelling store...Pleasant and helpful staff...Products in stock.
My family and I decided to order a fried chicken dinner and that was definitely the right decision. The chicken was battered perfectly and the meat was tender.👍👍
The employees make grocery shopping not seem so bad. I dread grocery shopping, but love visiting this store. Every employee Ive ever spoken to is kind and helpful.
This place is incredible!!!! You can buy all kinds of food here. Hotdogs, canned beans, and capn crunch are available year round. Its absolutely amazing!!!! I go there at least 2-3 times a week.
Convenient and well stocked with the things I need.
Perfect check out. Very nice lady. Did not get her name. It was the only isle opened this morning. She was a very caring person. Very pleased.
Bro the monster energy drinks r so good here I DONT KNOW WHAT IS IN THOSE THINGS BUT NOW I SHALL ONLY GET THEM FROM THIS PUBLIX .
Great selection of quality produces! I had the best shopping experience at this place. The prices are fair and its location is accessible. Highly recommend.
The meat counter is always so helpful. The folks at the deli work hard during lunch rush to get your meal right. And I had a spill and I received help to get the mess cleaned very quickly.
Been a customer since the 90s. This store is always clean and the staff friendly.
Excellent service and fried chicken is the bomb!
Very good service Im going back very soon
Excellent customer service and a great variety of goods.
The Publix at Brookstone has been a rock solid go to place for us. The staff has shown what a true group of professionals can do.The team members are extremely helpful and actively keep the store clean and well stocked. The bright spacious interior helps ensure the various sections (meat, vegetables, bakery, etc) shine just right.COVID-19 related shortages aside, this is a great place to shop. Reasonable prices along with a broad selection of big and locally sources products. The Staff:I must commend the staff for their fortitude during these unprecedented tough times. I understand the pressure they are all under to ensure both us and them are kept safe.During every trip to Publix I take the time to thank the staff individually for being there for me and my family. As a military Vet with first responders in my family, I can always look to the Publix team to be there for us with reliable service and stability. Thank you team Publix.
No complaints. Been shopping at this location for 17+ years. Fred in the deli is top notch. Good management, and employee morale.
Lovely store and staff! No self checkouts!!!
Helpful staff had a good selection of food.
Didnt like the mashed potatoes. Otherwise great food.
The Brookstone Publix deli remains one of the slowest places in this area to get meats, cheese, subs. I don’t know why they haven’t established a system so you know when you are next in line. It’s just a crowd of ppl going on the honor system as to who was there first. As a result, the wait times are long. And, the employees behind the counter don’t know who is next or if you have even been waited on.
A very clean store with great customer service.Being from Utah, and visiting, I know Ill be back to grab a few items we dont have at home.
I have a precious 40# fur baby, EllaMae who is terrified by loud noises. So because of the very active thunderstorms we get here & in the Midwest EllaMae needs to be sedated. My vet & I finally came across a medication combination that works great. One medication is for animals only & the other is Tramadol, normally used for pain, but we found that it is extremely helpful when we encounter bad weather or firecrackers. Were doing a large remodeling of our home so were living in our 32 motor home during construction. Because of all the storms of late I ran out of the Tramadol. My vet very willingly refilled the animal sedative, but getting her Tramadol refilled was frustrating to say the least. In trying to save ourselves money I checked on prices through GoodRx. My husband uses our Kroger pharmacy so the prescription was called in to their pharmacy....$200!! Needless to say he came home without the medicine. We are on a fixed budget, however I persevered & I called the Publix pharmacy at BrookeStone in Acworth. They not only filled the prescription, but they honored my GoodRx price at $12 + tax. They made my day !! The pharmacist Chris was so helpful & kind.
Very nice people and very very clean.
Very friendly this store is great
Love this store! Everyone is so kind and helpful.
I absolutely love this place! It is large, fully stocked with quality varieties decently priced. The staff are very good. Their customer services are legit. Highly recommend.
Publix is a great grocery chain. Each store is a little different. This is a nice store.
This Publix is always clean and has a friendly staff. And they do NOT have the one way aisle signage! With masks required, there is no need in my opinion. Most shoppers seem to ignore one way aisles anyway. Consistent friendly store.
The associates they were soooo friendly!
Girl at the bakery was helpful did a nice job personalizing a cake for us. Clean store.
Overall, a clean environment, which is very important to me.I’d say 9/10 employees are friendly, which says a lot more than other grocery store employees.Biggest complaint: always out of stock of items I specifically come to the store for. It’s like they don’t know how to keep up with inventory vs. mass rushes (Sunday afternoons, mid-sale, etc.).They discontinue allergy-friendly items all the time, or are out of stock for weeks upon weeks, before limiting the restock. When brought to the service desks attention, it’s the blame game of which department manager hasn’t kept up with that specific items availability.I can’t tell you how many times they’ve asked for my name and number to let me know when my item is back in stock — NEVER have ever received a call. I know it’s just a tactic, but it’s pretty insulting. They don’t plan on actually following through on ordering an item or letting me know if said item will ever come back. Example: Gf/df pita chips (it’s a random game over the past two years if they’ll have them on the shelf), Hope Hummus (they stopped carrying that), another plant-based dip, Schar bread comes and goes, Blake’s GF chicken pot pies are hard to come by, along with the Ore-Ida French fry section slowly shrinking. Daiya Mac-cheese was on the shelf for a while, but it’s gone now, of course. It’s very frustrating to get excited for an item that my family eats regularly (due to allergies) to be on the shelf for a month or so, only to find it missing the next time we visit the store and no place for it on the shelf anymore. Do better, please. Just because allergy-folks aren’t the majority, doesn’t mean you have to stick 20 boxes/bags of an item — have a few for those of us already willing to pay an overpriced amount for said items. The produce section is hit or miss if you can find produce that isn’t picked through or a complete loss. It isn’t always this way, perhaps I just shop at high-peak times. It’s just frustrating when Publix is completely out of something you’re trying to purchase, or a section has been pawed through with only the sad produce items left that should be discarded (bell peppers. Cucumbers, strawberries, avocados, etc.).Many yogurts from the So Delicious line are past their expiration dates a lot of the time. I really have to spend some quality time checking each label thoroughly (which should be done by the customer anyway, but it’s frustrating when all of one flavor that my child wants is sitting on the shelf, but expired).Overall, we really do love Publix. They have the best meat selection with very good prices. It’s the only place I feel comfortable purchasing meat (besides sprouts/Whole Foods).I probably shop here 2-3x weekly and spend around $300+ or so at this specific store weekly. Unfortunately, I still have to go to other competitors’ grocery stores to complete our grocery list since we eat a lot of allergy-friendly items that Publix just doesn’t seem to be able to keep up with. They are doing a decent job with mainstream items, but I’d give them a 4/10 in this category, which is sad since a majority of this community is affluent and likes to eat well/better (ie allergy-friendly items — gluten, dairy, soy-free).
I worked there for 2 years they will be nice to you but thats if you please them all the time and thats if you have good managers that care about you otherwise youll be working 8 hours a week its a great job for teenagers I guess I dont really know besides dont let this be your life you can do so much better I believe in you
Well stocked store.
Such polite workers and great sales. Love this location!
Went to go order a cake, get cupcakes for my son...the choices for cupcakes...what cupcakes...those 2 right there? Was going to see if i can order a cake...their main answer was no, no and no we cant. Than what can you do? Breaking down boxes...thats for sure.
Always friendly and helpful team members. The store is bright and clean.
I like Publix clean bright well stocked
Very nice grocery store and friendly.
Great place to shop for groceries.
Clean store, friendly service.
Clean and well stocked.
I ordered subs online and arrived a little after the designated time. I still ended up waiting thirty minutes for my order. Their saving grace is that the food was delicious.
Love Publix. Great food
Just love the Bakery!
Awesome place
Always love shopping at Publix!
Great customer service. Clean store and good product placement
Workers are always nice
Great location!
Always great selection available and checkout was quick and easy.
This is hands down the best Publix in the area. Consistently helpful and friendly staff. Clean, well stocked and newly remodeled. One of the best meat counters in the area and they’ll happily cut whatever you want. Deli, bakery, fresh fish, and produce are all outstanding. About as good as it gets! There’s another Publix closer to my house, but the extra few miles to go to this store is worth it.
Excellent staff had mask gloves on. Store was very clean and bright staff very friendly and helpful.
Not a big store but very straight forward, fast and easy.
The customer service at this Publix is so phenomenal! I placed a family size to go order in the deli department and Emily made sure that everything will be made exactly to my liking at the best price possible and also grabbed our favorite dipping sauce out the isle so all we had to do was pick up, pay and go! I am so impressed on how she managed my families order with such care. Emily you rock! Thank you Emily and Publix for recognizing quality customer service is very important and something that is desperately needed. Sadly its been fading out from countless establishments.
Its Publix. Great service, clean, the deli and bakery are overly helpful - whats not to like.
Best Publix in West Cobb. Deli, and general selections always top notch. Meats often do sell out quickly here on weekends.. but they will stop and butcher fresh as well.
People walking around without masks. Unacceptable. My last visit to the Brookstone Publix.
Always friendly!
You can find anything you need or crave day and night, from groceries to flowers and even a pharmacy. All 24/7.
Always a great place to shop have been shopping at publix since the 70s when i lived in florida
Limited selection of milk.
Publix meat and seafood here is amazing. Tony Persandi and company aim to please and have great cooking and prep tips. Not our regular Publix, but one of the best. Some other good shops and restaurants within a block.
Deli has super awesome customer service
Nice tidy, well organized Publix. Associates are nice and helpful!
Very clean and the nicest people.
At the center check out, an elderly customer ahead of me hunched over the credit card swipe terminal as she struggled to enter her 10+ Publix gift cards. The cashier was helpless to expedite the transaction but kind to the customer and to us. The line behind us grew longer and longer and restless.I shopped at this Publix Sunday, December 8, 2019.Could these gift cards be consolidated in some manner ahead of the point of sale? Or the customer referred to the customer service counter? There is room for improvement here.
Excellent
Friendly. Usually well stocked but it is a smaller Publix, without some items found in larger Publix stores. Not a large produce selection but well maintained.Helpful Pharmacy staff, with convenient hours.Deli can get busy, and made-to-order sandwiches can vary by whose making them (Note, sandwiches ordered online take priority over walkup orders - slows things down some days). If checkout is busy and you have just a few items, you can take them to customer service.
Best Deli
The slowest Publix I have been to. Took over an hour to get subs that were preordered online. Only 1 person actually making subs in the deli while the rest just stand around and do nothing.
Very helpful and friendly employees, clean and bright store, love seeing the energy efficient lighting for the freezer and dairy sections. Delicious sushi, bakery, deli, and produce! My favorite grocery store.
Friendly cashiers and baggers. Deli is very slow if you didnt place online order. Produce department is limited. Meat department is okay. Seafood never looks good. Pharmacy is very helpful.
Clean store with awesome produce. Melissa in the deli was awesome! Her customer service and attention to detail were a cut above.
I love this place! Great customer service!
I go here for my immunizations. They are efficient, friendly and you get a $10 gift card when you get a flu shot.
Great selections and an awesome staff. The store is always well kept. Their customer service focus always shows.
Philly Cheesesteaks were good this go around but something was missing. Not sure what it was. Was good to satisfy the carnivorous habits for today.
Great store. If prices were more competitive, this would be our #1 local grocery store of choice.
Very helpful staff. Had to insist to the bagger I would take my own groceries to the car! Some variety is lacking. Only one variety of risotto and they dont have lard. Otherwise good quality of produce.
Great service, always well stocked (Wide selection), always free samples of something (literally every time I go) The delli is always stocked and always has help, and the fry cooks make sure the food on selection never sits out too long. Perfect publix.
Good meat. Good produce. Helpful, friendly employees. Great cakes.
Great food, good staff, always helpful and the store is always very clean and well arranged.
Great cakes, $25.47 for a quarter sheet cake, two layer decorated. Well worth it. I love the chocolate whipped cream icing.
Found more than my wife asked me to get. Good BOGOs and she shouldnt send when I am hungry.
Love Gayle at the Pharmacy shes always willing to go above and beyond for your needs.
Trying to get your meds is like pulling teeth! Just go somewhere else
I went to this Publix to buy dinner after work. While checking out at customer service the man asked if I would like to donate $1 to Feed the hungry I politely said no and finished checking out. After I finished and he began to walk away he distinctively said Greed!. This obviously made me very upset. What makes him think he has the right to label me as greedy? Im sorry sir, I dont have a dollar for your charity. Why dont you get a higher paying job and then donate your money to Feed the hungry?Ridiculous.
I went in to buy Hallmark cards. There was a buy one get one coupon so I got four. Another excellent experience at Publix.
