Here’s a tip for management to employees: if a person has waited for service and it’s my turn, don’t let anyone cut in front of me to place an order real quick. I love going to Publix. even though their prices are just a little bit higher than other stores, the staff is wonderful. They always seem to be and love being made and her pleasure to be around. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable in their stores products as well as which aile you can locate it. You have a question theyre always eager to help. If youve had a bad day go in and theyre sure to cheer you up with their positive attitude.

I came to this Publix tho get one of thier subs. I highly recommend Publix when it comes to hand made sandwichs. I got a foot long with also the good things I like on it for less than $7. You could feed two average adults on one ft. long. As far as the rest of the stores. My only complaint is the prices. Publix seems to be at bit higher than the other guys. So minus one star for that, add one star for their awesome sandwichs. 5 stars for Publix! Oh! Their bathrooms were spotless!

I needed a cake for an retirement event and came to the bakery to place an order. I placed my order with Heather and she provided great suggestions for what I desired. When I picked up the cake on the day of the event I was astounded! The cake was exquisite beyond words!!! It was brought tears to my eyes and it took my breath away. Heather not only brought my vision to life in the cake but she went beyond all of my expectations of making my clients event a memorable one. I will also use Publix Bakery and Heather for my events!

Prices seem a bit higher here but the deli foods smelled and looked delicious😋The staff was very attentive and polite. I found a cheese I havent seen before and it is VERY GOOD and is full of flavor! Excellent!

This Publix location is close to home so I visit it regularly. The staff is always friendly, the store is always clean, and the service is always great! Their produce section could be a bit more extensive (I can never find ginger:-)) but they are otherwise mostly fully stocked on items we need.

I never have any problems with this Publix, employees and always great and helpful. Plus everything around where this store is located is very convenient.

Publix grocery is very convenient within the area of Acworth. The staff is always helpful, knowing where most products are located within the store isles. A question never hurts to simply ask.

Extremely dissatisfied! I was overcharged on two bottles of wine by over $4.00 per bottle. The sign clearly said $11.97 per bottle and I was charged $15.99 per bottle. When I went to customer service I was told that they could not refund me the difference nor could I return it and re-buy it at the advertised price because it was alcohol they have to go by what is input into their system. Nice gig huh? I will go out of my way to shop elsewhere.

They didnt have the correct bread for the deli sandwiches because of a delivery being late. They offered other options. They were crowded and had a line but they worked quickly and diligently so we didnt have to wait long. They only had two registers open to checkout. They have amazing cakes in the bakery and there buffalo chicken dip is the best!

Always love coming here. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. We called to order 12 pieces of chicken, it being 4-5 pm they would probably be busy.They were busy and still had my chicken on time as well as taking care of the other customers. Fresh veggies from produce topped our dinner off.Didnt have to wait in line long either. Overall a great visit. Thank you again for wonderful service.

I like this publix alot, its smaller then some of them, and organization is questionable at times but all cashiers and staff ive interacted with have always been kind. If you go often enough they even remember you! Which is incredible to me.They have several vegan/vegetarian options in frozen and dairy sections which is rare for big chain grocery. So that is nice as well. I hope one day they have a large section for the health conscious family like ours.They also need self check out lanes really bad for the one or two item trips. Sometimes lines can be long n slow, but again, staff more then makes up for it!

Nice place to check out while using the Supercharger in the parking lot. Freshly prepared hoagies, fruit bowls, and parfaits among many other things. Well definitely be back.

If you are not from the Southeast then you need to add a chicken sub from Publix to your list if food to try. Yes, I know, Publix is a supermarket. Yet, their deli subs are top notch, especially their Buffalo chicken tender sub. Tenders are crispy and juicy, perfectly coated in Buffalo sauce. The rest, up to you. Wheat flour and simple veggies is my recommendation. Your welcome.

We moved over to this area in October and this Publix is literally down the street from our subdivision. At first it seemed smaller than I would have hoped for. Buy for basic amenities it was perfect. The thing that stands out about this particular location is the customer service. I have never anywhere in America (former military brat here) met such a warm and inviting staff. They always appear professional. I never hear anyone complaining and it’s the middle of a pandemic. Tonight however they went above and beyond. It’s close to payday for my family and so I was going to have to put back a jug of juice. The clerk asked me why and I was honest with her that I couldn’t afford it tonight. Her and the bag gentleman offered to pay for it for me. I literally started crying. With all the divisiveness in the country and the pandemic it was so nice to see the kindness of strangers on full display!

Good produce selection & their usual great customer service. Having multiple cashier lines open made for a quick checkout & departure.

It was a little bit of a wait to get the vaccine but they were very nice and pharmacist was gentle. Couldnt even feel the shot.

Always clean and they have excellent choices in the meat department. If you cant find what youre looking for they always do their best to find it in the back or they cut to your liking.

Customer Service is 5 star. Cost vs Kroger Plus, Walmart Supercenter, or especially Aldi is unacceptable to me.

Went there to get pricing for my daughter first birthday cake and smash cake and stood there while a Manager and an bakery employee had a conversation that was NOT work related. Not once did either employee acknowledge me or say we will be right with you. I wouldnt expect this lack of customer service from Publix maybe other grocery chains! I will never give this Publix my business again and your store is less than a mile from my home

I used to love coming here. But, boy....it has really gone down. From EXPIRED meat and other items to just awful customer service. I will be traveling 5 miles down the road to Wade Green from now....on. This Publix is not worth the headache of possible food poisoning or dealing with bad attitudes.

This location always seems to have issues keeping items in stock. Every time I shop here, one or more things are out of stock - salsa, peanut butter, bread, frozen pizza, and quite often milk.

This store, where i have shopped since its inception, is not enforcing its mask policy. There were at least 10 mask-less customers when I was there today. When I complained to management they basically admitted they are just not going to enforce the policy. This is unacceptable, with all the info we have on how masks protect not the wearer, but all the individuals around them. I cant even do curbside pick up unless I want to share my shopping history with instacart, What!? Shame on publix.SHAME!

Have never had an issue with bakery, we ordered a cake were quoted a price and then when pickup was given another price 35 dollars more. Also our baby shower was at 12 and the pick up time was between 10 an 11 they call at 9:30 to ask questions about the cake, and told at 10 it was not ready. The decorating on the cake was awful and made me cry. The cake itself was fresh and tasted good but they need to get their act together when decorating and having orders on time and knowing what should be done.
