Although an hour ride from home, it WAS def worth the trip. Rosanna and staff were polite, extremely helpful and professional as well as friendly. We have 4 big templates plus a 3X5’ island to pick placement for the granite cutting. They made it easy to chose placement and guided us seamlessly!!! Our experience with Atlantis starts back in 2014 when we built our first home in South Kingstown, RI . After seeing an ad on Craigslist (popular back then), my husband told me there was no way they were coming down from northern MA. I called anyway. Daniel answered the phone and was in the next town doing an install! He stopped by my build to take a quick measure. Later that night, he called with a quote and pictures of slabs of the granite I had previously picked out. Two days later, he did the template and 11 days later the install. Fast forward, a few years to our second build in that very next town over. Dan and his crew were back to do two kitchens and two bathrooms this time. Fast forward to now, they just completed a smaller kitchen in a home we are renovating. Daniel is detailed and a true professional. Rosanna is wonderful and so great to deal with. Anyone doing any kind of renovation or new build knows how stressful it all is but the countertops have always been the easiest part for us thanks to Atlantis. I dont even consider anyone else.

Dan and his team were great to work with! They had our counters installed in no time! Great service, very responsive, and our counters look AMAZING! Buying a home and remodeling it during this time is NOT easy but this was the best service we received! Just had my kitchen counters installed by Atlantis marble and Granite. Trying to purchase new counter tops during this difficult time has been stressful. I contacted many people during this process, some without reply and some not willing to work over the phone. Finally, I made a connection with Rosanna and I told her what I was looking for and she was more than happy to accommodate me any way she could. I sent her our new kitchen design and she promptly came back with some suggestions of what counter tops would be a beautiful addition to our new kitchen design. With many phone calls and text during the week to finalize how I wanted to proceed and the product that would work best with our kitchen design, I made an appointment with her team to finalize the deal. A nice young member of their team came and re-measured everything, and it was the same measurements that Rosanna had worked out and once we agreed to proceed and worked on the best layout plan, he proceeded with making the templates. He was very professional and skilled at his job. Rosanna was the best and the service was prompt and contact was exceptional. The installers were professional and great workmanship the counter tops fit with perfection. I cannot adequately express how pleased I am with my experience in working with Atlantis Marble & Granite. We remodeled our kitchen and the entire process of selecting and installing new quartz countertops was seamless, professional and super easy. The customer service we received from Rosana from the beginning was top notch. We changed our minds a few times in what we wanted and Rosana was more than accommodating and patient with us. She explained the entire process to us from the beginning, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made what could have been a stressful kitchen remodel into an extremely pleasant experience. Once the ordered was placed, Daniel and his team came in to take the templates and remove the old countertops. They were extremely quick and efficient – in and out in less than 45 minutes! A few days later, they returned to install our new countertops. WOW! I was blown away with their level of craftsmanship, attention to detail and efficient process. This was an exceptional experience from the quartz countertop selection on a Saturday morning, to the measurement and consultation, and then the actual installation. We were kept informed every step along the way and love the final result which brightened up the kitchen. It was a fairly large job with 4 counter areas in the kitchen, 1 in the pantry, and a desk area.I was extremely impressed with the large main piece that was installed with five workers. They did the large piece to avoid a seam - true craftsmanship. The fit and finish is perfect and the attention to detail outstanding. Just a great family run business that we strongly recommend.

Pricing, scheduling, selection and overall courtesy all receive high marks on the projects Atlantis has worked on for our family.Atlantis has been meticulous in providing us bathroom, kitchen, fireplace, desk and decorative fabrications in granite, marble and soapstone. The attention to detail is outstanding. We were able to help in the layouts of our slabs and also to create non-standard templates which allowed us to add our own special touches.We will always come back to Atlantis for our stone fabrication needs!

They managed to get an 800 pound piece of stone up a flight of stairs, with tight corners without creating any damage!! I would highly recommend them, I love my island!!!

We are in the middle of a full kitchen renovation and Daniel was beyond helpful with the countertops. He came out a year ago and measured and found out our cabinets were falling off the wall. A year later and he worked with us to keep the price pretty close to the same original estimate even though raw material prices have increased. His installers came out and were super friendly and knowledgeable. In all my years of doing renovations for families, this has been one of the best countertops companies we have worked with.

Why has my previous negative review of this company been removed? Everything that could have gone wrong after taking measurements did! Terrible install experience. And they refuse to talk to you if you try to find a resolution. They installed a bar top with wads of packing tape still underneath (think bubblegum under the table), and used a mastic that never cured allowing the top to dangerously begin to fall, and failed to return to try and blend the huge chip caused during cutout for the sink. They talk a good story, but... I do not recommend this group for even the simplest job!

I will give ZERO to Atlantis if there is an option. When we spoke on the phone with the sales people, it was very helpful and responsive. So we decided to use this fabricator even though we had other options. When a guy came for measurement, everything turned out to be disaster. 1) he ignored what I wanted but kept on telling me what he used to do. Countertop/island is a customized product. Like most of the other customers, I have already done extensive research, consulted with designer friend, and knew exactly what I want. So I insist that I will need the island the way I want it. The guy said if you want your way, you are responsible for any consequence. you never call us to say that you change your mind or for anything happened I was fine with that but I dont understand why he has such attitude. 2) when I corrected him a few times that he didn’t put his tape measure in a straight line. He said it doesn’t matter. (Which might be true but please where is the professionalism?) When we came to the final measurement with 1/8 to 1/4 inches difference. I can’t help to correct him again that he didn’t lay his tape ruler straight. He all the sudden said “ I am leaving, I can’t do this!” My partner and I were shocked. We said “if you want to leave, can you please finish the final measurement?” He said “No” I said “can we speak with the sales and re-schedule it? Can you give me your business card?” He said “I am the owner of Atlantis. I will never give you my business card. You speak to Rossana.” Then he left. We were totally stunned and upset. My partner called Atlantis to re schedule. The sales said “ I am so sorry that we have to cancel your order. He is my boss and I can’t do anything about it. I will call the warehouse to return the stones you ordered“ I have never experienced such irresponsible, rude and ill mannered service in ANY industry in this country. Let along the disagreement between the customer and service. Atlantis should NOT cancel a paid order without the customer’s consent!! This is complete unprofessional. No business shall do this just because the owner is in a bad mood and feels that he is entitled to treat customer anyway he wants. I will never recommend anyone I know to use Atlantis.

After going through a horrible experience with another supplier, we had found Atlantis Marble and Granite, who took care of everything just as promised. Rosana was extremely accommodating and very thorough during the process. Everything was delivered in a very timely, efficient and affordable manner. If you are looking for a stress-free, no BS experience, then definitely call Atlantis. We will absolutely be working with them again in the very near future.

Rosana was excellent to work with. Answered all of our questions. Great workmanship and the installers did a tremendous job. It only took a week from when they did the template to the installation and the best thing was that the price was quite a bit cheaper than other estimates we had. Definitely would recommend

I recently had nearly 100 s.f of new Granite installed in my kitchen, and not only was the service top class from initial inquery, the product quality was outstanding. I have never met a more responsive and friendly sales coordinator on the phone ( Rose-Anna), she communicated and coordinated everything amazingly, the gentlemen who showed up to make the templates was on time, friendly, and hit it 100%, same as the installers, on-time, friendly, respectful, and did amazing work with a beautiful install, and clean when they left. I dealt with Rosana and she was very professional. The prices were better then anywhere we had looked, including The blue and orange stores. The day of the install the driver hit one of my driveway lamp posts, damaging it to the point that it needed to be replaced. I called Rosana that day and she was great, agreeing without hesitation to replace it. Unfortunately it was January when this occurred and the ground was frozen. I let her know when spring came I would call her to remind her. Come April I contacted her and she was so friendly and accommodating. I purchased the pole and was promptly reimbursed and they sent one of there contractors on a Sunday to install it. By the way, the contractor was great too. If you are looking for stone for your kitchen or bath this is the place. Thank you Rosana!

I needed countertops for two kitchen in a two family house in Springfield, they were super professional and the granite looks so much better than the regular laminate before. Rosanna was so nice and friendly from the first step. I will definitely use them again.

Atlantis Stone was able to offer us the Fantasy Brown granite at almost half the cost one of the bigs box stores was charging us. We were able to meet with the fabricator to lay out our template. Install was very quick and efficient. Very pleased and highly recommended.

I have used Daniel and his crew on two separate occasions. They are very reasonable on price, very efficient and do a very good job. I was particularly impressed that they had silicon in different colors to match the granite surrounding! 100% recommended. I will use them again!!!

Thank you will never be enough for what Atlantis did for me! I was royally taken advantage by a granite company in Rhode Island. The company in RI took our money ($1,800 to be exact), never gave it back, and we never recieved our stone! Upset doesnt begin to describe what we went through! I called Atlantis in a crushed state and asked them to help me, and they did. They took a flat out tragic situation and turned it around for us. My countertops are FLAWLESS, the workmanship was perfect, and the price was extremely fair. Atlantis is HONEST and not looking to take advantage of homeowners. I love, love, love our new countertops they are GORGEOUS and truly from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! Rosanna in the office is a wonderful human being and it was a pleasure working with her. I look forward to using Atlantis in the future!!!! I will recommend them to anyone looking for stone. I cant say enough good things! I normally dont even write these reviews but if I can help someone avoid a big mistake and what we went through then its worth it.

Atlantis Marble and Granite does superior work at very reasonable prices. Daniel and his crew are exceptionally polite and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Daniel offered to go to the granite wholesaler to help us select the specific granite slabs we wanted in our kitchen, but we trusted his judgement, and it paid off. The seams were nearly invisible, both between slabs and between the counter top and the backsplash. The fit was precise. The edges were well done. He carefully balanced the slabs so there is no wobble. I have only good things to say about this experience.

Had 5 quotes done in the area and they were the 2nd to lowest price. Template and install appointments were booked within 3 days of calling.Install looks great. I choose a quartz with marble looking veins and one seam was required. They were able to line up veins at the seam to make it less noticable. Looks really good! Happy with my new countertops!

We have been trying to correct an issue with their installation for more than 3 months. First they left the back splash one inch higher than we wanted. When we pointed it out, their response was just build up the countertop an inch. Then they cut the back of our BRAND NEW SINK off to do an under mount. They didnt talk to us first, the just did it. They claim we bought a top mount sink but wanted an under mount so they did us a favor. The sink was a dual mount-Under or top mount. We even gave them the manual when they came to take the measurements. Had they told us the sink was too big for the cabinet for an under mount, we would have paid extra for them to take the granite back and resize the hole for a top mount. On top of that, they cut knotches out on the left side of our cabinet to put the sink brackets in (without telling us), only put ONE bracket on the right side, 4 brackets in the back and NONE in the front of the sink. We now have to reinforce the sink ourselves to ensure the sink wont drop when filled with water. When we contacted Rosanna about the issue she was so unprofessional and insulted us instead of helping resolve the issue. We asked a local contractor to help us, so he reached out to Rosanna and she did nothing but bash us. I cant get through to the owner, Dan, because of her. I have no other option but to share my experience... DO NOT USE Atlantis Marble and Granite in Acton, MA.
