I thought this local Tile shop would be overpriced and That I would have to travel towards the city, Well I found the prices to be very reasonable and in designing my own bathroom I found the owners knowledge and design skill to be so extremely helpful. Her communication, follow through and payment system was fantastic as well. I purchased shower+ wall tiles from there as well as bathroom vanity top and sink(Installed)

I can not say enough positive things about Glaucia and her showroom. On my first visit, she asked a lot about the scope of my projects. I felt she took the time to really understand my budget, and the ambience that I was looking for in each bathroom. The showroom has a lot of options but is not overwhelming like huge stores. She really knows her products and has the patience and good design taste to help you pick out tiles, counters and paints that compliment each other and meet YOUR ideas. And as I refined what I liked over several weeks with samples I took home, she maintained her enthusiasm and persevered with me as I took my time to make decisions always providing additional choices until I had all the design elements I liked. The showroom has ALL the products (even cabinets, counters, sinks and toilets) in one place and with excellent personalized service saved so much time, and made coordinating the design elements feel very manageable.Everything I ordered came in perfect condition.. NOT once did I have to return an item. We asked and she provided a few references for tile installers, and counter installations. Our tile installer Peter was fantastic and the counters were perfect when they came. Glaucia communicated in a timely fashion about delivery dates and always made herself available for 1:1 consultation time. The process was efficient and predictable from start to finish… 5 stars all the way.

You must meet Glaucia the owner of Absolute Granite! She is a stellar designer. As she listens to your vision she begins laying out tile and coordinating colors. She is full of ideas and energy to go with them. We had just sold our antique house in Concord and decided to go completely modern. She had really cool options to get us started and off we went. When we toured a granite/marble warehouse she did not let you go with first thing you saw. Lets keep looking and sure enough there would something closer to the plan.She can look at a place and suggest ideas if you have not decided on a palette. So much fun to see many beautiful options. Her installation team is careful and timely and she comes for a final inspection. First class style and a top notch team. She made a point to get to know our style and needs, while keeping within our budget. We purchased our quartz counter through her and the price was very reasonable. The purchase and install process was seamless. She also helped us find a painter to paint our kitchen cabinets (who was also excellent and reasonable). She even took the time to help us pick out paint colors and light fixtures.Glaucia is a genuine and kind person who went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our kitchen. We built a custom design house recently and we needed to get ideas for our master bath, kitchen, and dining & foyer tiles. Absolutes selection & quality were amazing and Glaucia was wonderful with helping us coordinate everything. We selected a beautiful slab of granite for our kitchen from a stone place she sent us to in Norwood, and then she helped us choose the most perfect tile backsplash to go with it. Counter Installation went perfect and a beautiful beveled edge was added to the counter. She helped us pick a beautiful quartz counter for our master bath, and coordinated a shower wall tile and rock floor tile, which I installed. After, she found us a beautiful ceramic tile for our dining and foyer area. We get lots of compliments on everything. We are very happy customers and love to support our local businesses.

I had the good fortune to work with Glaucia on the quartz countertop, sinks and vanity for my remodeled wet bath. She chose a slab of quartz and suggested we go with that one, the lighter side of the slab- and not having skill or talent in that area, I trusted her judgement and could NOT be happier. Wonderful experience working with Glaucia! Bought a new house and she walked me though all the steps of what kinds of tile and granite I would need for each room. She has a amazing eye for color and patterns and made sure all the different tiles needed for each bathroom would look nice together. Walked us through the granite selection and even helped us pick the right paint colors for the walls. The biggest help was the small things I didnt even know about: edging sizes, tile layout patterns, granite thickness, sink shape considerations. Without a doubt the best supplier I worked with out the dozen or so I contracted with.

Checked out three separate local countertop places and decided to work with Absolute. They had a huge number of options to choose among and Glaucia was so easy to work with. I needed about 40 square feet of top and the right material and color is important to me. I was given samples to check against the lighting in the room to make sure I got it right. The install went very well. Looks great, even better than Id imagined. The team was courteous, worked hard, took care to get it right, dealt well with a nervous customer (me!), did a thorough clean up. The finished project looks amazing. So happy!
