Dr. Buckley is hands down fantastic. Went to him for my eye check and glasses and liked him so much I took my mom as well. Very patient and knowledgeable and never pushy on trying to sell something you don’t need. Great selection of frames you won’t see at big retailers and very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend to anyone. (P.S. I’m not sure who Dr F is who was mentioned in posts from a few years ago, he’s not there anymore)

Hands down one of the best eye places in MASS! What makes this place so unique is the great service you get every visit, along with low cost prices and great rebates especially on contacts. But the biggest benefactor for the customer is simply the availability! I called 8 places before coming in contact with Dr.Buckley. All of whom couldnt fit me in until September (current date July 11th)! Michael put me in the day of, thats right July 11th, and was able to provide with contacts immediately as well without delay. He could have simply shipped them to my house and sent me on my way but rather gave me two large boxes and took it out of the total amount being shipped! Hes all about the customer and puts himself last, had some great conversations with him too, Id pay just to talk to the guy! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Acton Vision. The new owner Dr. Buckley is a great eye doctor. He is friendly, patient, and kind, explaining every part of the exam. I had been having trouble with contacts that were not quite right. Dr. Buckley patiently made adjustments until we found the exact right fit for me. Im delighted with the result. His front office folks are also very courteous and helpful. They helped me find new frames for glasses and seemed to really understand what shape and size of frames work best and are most flattering.

I had a great experience coming to Acton Vision! Everyone was very friendly to us and there were plenty glasses to choose from. There werent many people so everything went smoothly. One thing to say though, the store has changed ownership and is a lot better. The doctors are also different from before.

Top notch doctor, very knowledgeable and friendly. Takes time with every patient and is quite patient himself (LOL)! Would highly recommend.

I wish there are negative stars so that I can give NEGATIVE FIVE stars -- this is the WORST doctor that Ive ever seen and probably the WORST service that Ive ever experienced in my life. Stay away from him if you can.I read some bad reviews before going to Dr. F but I thought its probably not a big deal since I only have to see him once a year just for a quick eye exam, and I liked that fact that hes local. Unfortunately I was wrong. I took my daughter to him last year and she complained that she felt uncomfortable during the exam but I didnt pay much attention to it.We went there again this year (last week). I requested for the exam for contacts only and after the exam, Dr. F charged us for two items, the regular eye exam and the exam for contacts. I said that I clearly mentioned that I only wanted the exam for contacts only. Dr. F insisted that his receptionist had explained to me that the two exams cannot be separated, which I did not agree. Dr. F lost his control at this point -- he tore up my daughters prescription and said the F words at least three time right in front of us. I was really shocked and said -- Youre not acting like a doctor. You acted like a baby. Dr. F then asked us to leave. I just could not move my legs because -- first, I havent paid for the service that I asked for; secondly, I felt that Dr. F owed us an apology. Dr. F kept shouting at us that he was going to call the police. I said -- “OK, please call the police.” So two cops came ...... Well long story short, I paid the full bill ($75+$63) at the end and Dr. F did not apology apparently. What a shame!

The new owner is great and I definetely recommend going there. Hes really patient when he is doing your exam too.
