Ordered a venti, and i haven’t even taken a sip, and you can see in the picture how little of the drink they actually gave me (just barely above that third line!). i’ve been going to this location since it opened and it’s been a steady decline in quality. the staff are always friendly and trying their best to deal with the crowds; i don’t blame them. unfortunately this means the orders are often wrong (like mine in the pic was supposed to have no whip cream) and the wait time is long.the location is near the public schools and a major highway and constantly gets swamped so either order ahead (if they have it turned on), or be prepared to wait. avoid the afternoons during the school year when the high school lets out or you’ll be there for more than 30 minutes, especially in the spring and early summer.

Typically a pleasant experience. Staff is nice and always working. The wait times are long and so are the lines. If you use the app an order ahead thats the best option.

Their service is slow, they manage to get the order wrong more often than not, and when there are 6 baristas, 2 on their phones, 2 apparently on break, one staring at the register (no one there) and one trying to make the drinks, its no wonder. This Starbucks made every other one look amazing -- this is not from just one or two visits, a dozen++ - this experience was not the exception, rather the norm at the Acton Starbucks...

Been going to this Starbucks since they have opened. I don’t know what has happened recently but their employee turn over has been high. The baristas are overworked and rude. I used to love going there but as of late not so much. They used to be friendly and welcoming. Now they are overwhelmed and dismissive. I don’t know if it’s new management or what! COVID is no excuse for this behavior. I do want to mention a couple of baristas who are excellent. Rochelle and I’m not sure but I think his name is Alex. He is a tall thin young man who usually works in the afternoon. Both are kind and always on top of things. Thanks to both of you for always making my day brighter.

Service is so slow. If you can’t accommodate online orders in a timely manner then turn that function off. I order 20 minutes ahead and still not ready.

This store never has any cold brew. Half of there menu usually sais sold out at this store. Its very disappointing because this is the only one on my way to work

Convenient location. Typical Starbucks fare.

Slowest service ever. There are not enough Starbucks in the area so this one gets swamped. Easily a 15 minute wait for a drink that comes out wrong. The staff there try to be nice but they’re so overworked they come across as rude.

This is a hit or miss Starbucks. I can count on one hand the number of times theyve made my order the right way. They are also slow even with 5 people behind the counter. Unfortunately theres no other SB close by.

Absolutely ridiculous wait time for a lemonade and a cake pop. There were more people behind the counter than in the store. I don’t get it.

Extremely slow, sorry guys but with 5 to 6 employees working and it took an honest 20 minutes to get a wrong order, more training.

Always Consistent friendly staff

Some of the staff that have been there a long time are excellent. Some of the newer staff could use additional training in my opinion.

I have always loved Starbucks for the variety of frappaccinos.. Am not a great fan of coffees so no comments but I do love white chocolate mocha from their hot drinks..

Its in a convenient location. The seating is adequate. Today the bathroom could have been cleaner. But. I think normally its better. Today was just an off day.

Theyre sugary drinks are good but their plain coffee is meh and theyve had the same food choices for years now! Food is getting boring and not to mention is too expensive. Change it up like you do your drinks!

Excellent customer service! The staff is friendly, competent, and they work fast. Rest assured if ever there is an issue, the staff will not only work hard to rectify it but will be more than happy to hear you out without judgement. I want to give special attention to Myles, Kelly, & Rochelle. These 3 made my coffee dreams come true today and I really appreciate that! I think we can all agree that any job involving customer service is trying to say the least. It requires a thick skin because you are basically getting the brunt of every customers anger/frustration. So please everyone be kind and respectful even when giving your concerns/complaints. Weve all got a million things going on in our lives. Were all battling things no one knows about & were all doing the best we can. Today the 3 baristas I mentioned made my life a little easier and I just want to say thank you. We may never know the impact we have on others, but know that when you show kindness or help someone, it costs you nothing and it DOES make a difference.

I go there one or two times a month and they have the calories posted, but the wait is very long for an average Starbucks. Nice location; 1/2 mile away from the highway exit. I would suggest using the mobile orders for a shorter wait.

Very friendly, awesome people. They work fast, and they smile too, even if you dont have an ounce of caffeine in your system. Be nice to them, they give you liquid hope.

Loving the new Very Berry Hibiscus refresher. Its everything on a hot summer day. Great experience: I walk my dog the mile+ to Starbucks, order online so my drink is waiting when we arrive, and sit on the terrace with an awesome drink for me & water for my dog. Thanks, Starbucks!

I honestly dont understand all this hype over Starbucks. I know other places that host coffee so much better, for better prices. The food there tastes average, and they resell packaged foods for double price. I give two stars for food, one star for price (relative to other places and quality) and four stars for atmosphere.

Really wonderful partners at this Starbucks, if youre in the area go here.The parking lot can occasionally be obnoxiously filled, but they really have no control over that.

This is my nearest store and I visit it the most. The products are standard quality for Starbucks, the staff helpful even if usually in a rush (which is good if you are too). Interior is roomy, but only one wall has windows--it looks onto a patio, which is a pleasant place to sit in warm weather. There are about a dozen parking spots on-site, but across the access road is a large strip mall parking lot with plenty. I give it 4 as there is no drive-thru. The site is convenient for off-on access to route 2 from either direction and the access road is a cut off that avoids a nearby large intersection with lights. Clientele is a mix, as there are no major nearby businesses, colleges, or hospitals.

I ordered the Venti Caramel Macchiato and loved it.

This is my go to Starbucks. The staff are great and really make it worthwhile.

Love Starbucks but not do much this location. Service is a little slow and the place is always unclean. They were just recently renovated but still dirty floors and counters. Any day....any time of day. Busy or not. Not sure if they train their staff to clean but they should.

If you can’t handle mobile orders then don’t have that option!!!! 25 min for a mobile order is insane!!! Just do better!

I am a mom of an almost 2 year old. I frequently use the mobile order option to save time in the location with my toddler.Today I placed our mobile order, went into the store and stood waiting for 20 min with my toddler who after about 10 min of waiting was bored and upset. Finally, I had my fill of waiting and taking the dirty looks of other patrons and walked up to see what was going on.My order had been sitting behind the mobile order station, my name had not been called, & the staff had just watched me wrestle my toddler.SEVERELY disappointed in how this entire interaction was handled. I frequent Starbucks daily & have never received such poor customer service.

Rude manager, or so she said she was. Blocked fire lane and atm. But for her that was okay because she was loading product for 3 other stores. Called the corporate office to let them know my experience. I should have talked to a wall. I would have received a better response.

The staff is professional and dedicated. The layout is weird and unwelcoming as Starbucks famousthird place concept. Maybe its time corporate do something about it. See the Littleton, MA new shop as an example for that concept.

I could not find any place to get my caffeine fix so I went in. The staff were not very friendly and the line was long with many waiting for their order. The location was not well maintained. The coffee was average slightly above what you would expect from McDonalds.

After mobile order it sucks to go to store and buy a coffee you need to wait 15 minutes in this location so you can have a coffee

Using the app for pick-up is a breeze and saves so much time.

Lately I have not been too impressed with this location. I ordered coffee one morning and there was an overweight employee whos pants were falling down so every time he bent over he flashed the customers a huge portion of his butt crack (gross). Another morning I went there and of course it was busy but I noticed 3 of the employees were stopping to have personal conversations with each other why wasnt I invited to the party? you should just go no bc I wasnt invited blah blah blah Needless to say I havent been back there for awhile. Ive been going to Dunkins because I can at least get my coffee and go with no BS.
